Claims (2)
- 請求項2に記載の装置であって、
上記背面保持要素(30)は上記可変形構成要素(28)のための剛性ソケットであり、
上記剛性ソケットと上記可変形構成要素(28)と上記供給ヘッド基板(10;10a;10e;10f)とは、上記可変形構成要素が上記媒体部に隣接する領域を除き、上記可変形構成要素の周囲の略全域を上記剛性ソケットと上記供給ヘッド基板とが取り囲むように配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項2に記載の装置であって、
上記可変形構成要素(28a;28b;28c;28d)および上記背面保持要素(30a;30b;30c;30d;30e;30f)はプレート形状であることを特徴とする装置。
