Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rain dripping prevention structure for preventing rain water accumulated near a lower edge of an opening such as a window of a building from hanging along an outer wall surface below the opening.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in a building having an opening 92 such as a window, rainwater that has flowed down from above may accumulate near the left and right ends of the lower side 921 of the opening 92. The rainwater flows down along the lower outer wall surfaces 911 and 912. That is, rain dripping occurs. The dripping on the outer wall surfaces 911 and 912 may cause frost damage, and the coating of the outer wall surfaces 911 and 912 may be peeled off or the outer wall surfaces 911 and 912 may be cracked. Particularly in cold regions, there is a high possibility of such frost damage occurring.
[0003]
To solve such a problem, it is conceivable to adopt a method in which a sash provided in the opening is made to protrude greatly from the outer wall surface as in the structure disclosed in Patent Document 1. In this case, since the rainwater falls from the front end of the sash without traveling along the outer wall surface, it is possible to prevent frost damage.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2858222 (FIG. 1)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, depending on the structure of the opening and the sash, it may be difficult to construct the sash so as to protrude greatly from the outer wall surface as described above. Also, in the case of renovation, a new outer wall opening is formed in front of the existing opening where the existing sash is attached, so that the sash cannot be projected forward from the new outer wall opening. .
In addition, if the sash is made to protrude significantly, there is a possibility that the external appearance of the building is impaired.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and provides a rain drooping prevention structure excellent in external appearance design that can easily prevent rain drooping on the outer wall surface near the lower side edge of the opening. It is what we are going to offer.
[0007]
[Means for solving the problem]
The present invention is a rainfall prevention structure for preventing rainwater flowing near a lower end of a lower side of an opening of a building from hanging along an outer wall surface below the opening,
The rain dripping prevention structure is provided with a drainage member projecting forward from the outer wall surface below the lower side of the opening.
The draining member has an abutting portion that contacts the outer wall surface, and a guide portion that transmits the rainwater.
The guide portion includes an upper surface portion inclined forward and downward, a front portion formed in a substantially vertical direction, a bent lower end portion bent obliquely forward and lower at a lower end of the front portion, and the upper surface portion and the front portion. And a curved surface portion that smoothly connects.
[0008]
Next, the operation and effect of the present invention will be described.
In the rainfall prevention structure, the drainage member is disposed below the lower side of the opening. As a result, the rainwater that has flowed down from above toward the vicinity of the lower side edge of the opening always falls on the draining member, is guided to the front of the outer wall surface, and is drained. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent raindrops on the outer wall surface below the opening.
[0009]
Further, the draining member is formed with a guide portion having the upper surface portion, the front surface portion, a bent lower end portion, and a curved surface portion. Then, the rainwater flowing near the opening side end portion falls on the upper surface portion of the guide portion.
Since the upper surface is inclined forward and downward, the rainwater that has fallen on the upper surface is guided downward and forward. At the front end of the upper surface, a front surface is formed via the curved surface. Therefore, the rainwater guided to the front end of the upper surface portion smoothly reaches the front surface portion along the curved surface portion, and is guided downward along the front surface portion.
[0010]
Further, since the bent lower end formed at the lower end of the front portion is bent obliquely forward and downward, rainwater falling along the front portion is repelled obliquely forward and downward by the bent lower end. Drained to Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent rainwater from adhering to the outer wall surface.
As a result, it is possible to prevent raindrops from forming on the outer wall surface near the side edge of the lower side of the opening, and it is possible to reliably prevent frost damage caused by raindrops.
[0011]
Further, since the draining member can be attached to, for example, the outer wall surface after the construction, the rain drooping prevention structure can be easily constructed.
In addition, the draining member has a curved surface portion in the guide portion, so that good drainage and good external design can be ensured.
[0012]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a rain drooping prevention structure excellent in appearance design that can easily prevent rain drooping on the outer wall surface near the lower side edge of the opening.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the first invention (claim 1), the opening includes, for example, a window, a place where ventilation equipment is installed, and the like. The outer wall surface is constituted by, for example, a ceramic outer wall plate.
[0014]
The draining member is disposed below the lower side of the opening from a position on the left side of the lower end of the lower side of the opening to a position on the right side of the lower end of the lower side of the opening. (Claim 2).
In this case, the rainwater flowing near the opening can be reliably drained to the front of the outer wall surface, and raindrops can be reliably prevented. In addition, the draining member is externally integrated with a sash or the like provided in the opening, so that good external appearance design of the outer wall surface can be secured.
[0015]
The amount of protrusion of the drainer from the lower side of the opening to the left and right from the right and left ends can be arbitrarily designed within a range that does not impair the rain dripping prevention effect and the appearance design, but is, for example, about 20 to 30 mm. By doing so, they can be sufficiently satisfied.
[0016]
It is preferable that the draining member protrudes forward by 30 mm or more from the outer wall surface.
That is, it is preferable that the lower end of the front portion is disposed 30 mm or more forward from the outer wall surface. In this case, raindrops can be more reliably prevented.
If the amount of protrusion of the draining member from the outer wall surface is less than 30 mm, it may be difficult to reliably prevent rainwater falling along the draining member from adhering to the outer wall surface.
The upper limit of the amount of protrusion of the draining member from the outer wall surface can be arbitrarily designed as long as the external appearance and the like are not impaired.
[0017]
The draining member has a fixing protruding piece provided below the abutting portion and a screw hole formed in the fixing protruding piece. The draining member is provided with a screw inserted into the screw hole. It is preferable to be fixed to the outer wall surface (claim 4).
In this case, the drainage member can be easily fixed to the outer wall surface.
Further, the screw hole (screw) is hidden from the surface side by the bent lower end portion and is difficult to see, so that it is possible to prevent a decrease in appearance design. Furthermore, since rainwater does not reach the fixing protrusion, there is no danger of rainwater entering through the screw holes.
[0018]
Further, it is preferable that the draining member is provided with a dam plate for blocking rainwater at left and right end portions of the guide portion.
In this case, it is possible to prevent rainwater falling on the guide portion from flowing down from the left and right ends of the guide portion and traveling along the outer wall surface.
[0019]
【Example】
(Example 1)
A rain drooping prevention structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The rain drooping prevention structure 1 of this example prevents rainwater from collecting in the vicinity of the left and right ends of the lower side 21 of the opening 2 of the building, and drooping down the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 below the opening 2. It is a structure for doing.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the rain dripping prevention structure 1 is provided with a draining member 4 that projects forward from the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 below the lower side 21 of the opening 2.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the draining member 4 has a contact portion 41 that contacts the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112, and a guide portion 42 that transmits the rainwater.

The draining member 4 is fixed to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 by screws 19 inserted into the screw holes 471.
The fixing projection 47 is formed such that its lower end 472 is inclined obliquely rearward. Therefore, the screw 19 is screwed obliquely upward to the ceramic outer wall plate 11 or through the outer wall plate 11 to the body edge 12 as a base material. The fixing projection 47 contacts the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the draining member 4 is provided with a dam plate 48 for damping rainwater at left and right ends of the guide portion 42.
[0023]
The opening 2 is a window as shown in FIG. 2, and a sash 3 is disposed in the opening 2 in a state fixed to a structural frame 13 of a building. In addition, below the lower side 21 of the opening 2, as shown in FIG. 1, the outer wall plate 11 is fixed to the structural frame 13 via the rim 12 as a base material.
As shown in FIG. 1, the sash 3 is fixed above the outer wall plate 11. The front end of the sash 3 protrudes slightly forward from the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 1, the draining member 4 is disposed below the lower side 21 of the opening 2, that is, on the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 at the upper end of the outer wall plate 11. A sealing material 15 for waterproofing is cast between the draining member 4 and the lower end of the sash 3.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the draining member 4 is a hollow elongated body formed by extruding aluminum, and the hollow portion 40 has the upper surface portion 43, the curved surface portion 46, the front surface portion 44, and the rear portion. It is formed by a surface part 491 and a bottom part 492. A screw hole 431 for screwing a screw for attaching the weir plate portion 48 is formed on the lower surface side of the upper surface portion 43. The draining member 4 is assembled by fixing individually formed weir plate portions 48 to the left and right ends of the main body of the draining member 4 with screws.
[0026]
Next, the operation and effect of this embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the dripping prevention structure 1 has the draining member 4 disposed below the lower side 21 of the opening 2. As a result, the rainwater flowing near the side edge of the lower side 21 of the opening 2 falls onto the draining member 4 and is guided downward and forward of the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent raindrops on the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 below the opening 2.
[0027]
The draining member 4 is formed with a guide portion 42 having the upper surface portion 43, the front surface portion 44, the bent lower end portion 45, and the curved surface portion 46. Then, rainwater flowing down the side of the opening 2 falls on the upper surface 43 of the guide portion 42.
As shown in FIG. 1, since the upper surface 43 is inclined downward and forward, the rainwater that has fallen on the upper surface 43 is guided downward and forward. At the front end of the upper surface 43, a front surface 44 is formed via the curved surface 46. Therefore, the rainwater guided to the front end of the upper surface portion 42 smoothly reaches the front surface portion 44 along the curved surface portion 46 and is guided downward along the front surface portion 44.
[0028]
Further, since the bent lower end 45 formed at the lower end of the front part 44 is bent obliquely forward and downward, rainwater that has fallen along the front part 44 is obliquely forward and downward by the bent lower end 45. It is drained to be flipped to. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent rainwater from adhering to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112.
Accordingly, it is possible to prevent raindrops from occurring on the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112, and to prevent frost damage caused by the raindrops.
[0029]
In addition, since the draining member 4 can be attached to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 after the outer wall is constructed, the rain dripping preventing structure 1 can be easily constructed.
Further, since the draining member 4 has the curved surface portion 46 in the guide portion 42, good drainage and good appearance and design can be ensured.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 2, the draining member 4 is disposed below the opening 2 in a range that exceeds the entire length of the lower side 21 of the opening 2. Therefore, the rainwater flowing down the side of the opening 2 can be reliably drained to the front lower side of the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112, and rain dripping can be reliably prevented. In addition, the draining member 4 is integrated with the sash 3 disposed in the opening 2 in appearance, so that good appearance design of the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 can be secured.
[0031]
Further, since the draining member 4 protrudes forward by about 30 mm from the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112, it is possible to more reliably prevent rainfall.
Further, the draining member 4 is provided with a fixing protruding piece 47 provided below the abutting portion 41 and a screw hole 471 formed in the fixing protruding piece 47. The draining member 4 is fixed to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 by screws 19 inserted into the screw holes 471. Therefore, the draining member 4 can be easily fixed to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, since the draining member 4 is provided with the weir plate portion 48, the rainwater that has fallen on the guide portion 42 flows down from the left and right ends of the guide portion 42, and the outer wall surface 111 , 112 can be reliably prevented.
[0033]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a rain drooping prevention structure excellent in appearance design that can easily prevent rain drooping on the outer wall surface near the lower side edge of the opening.
[0034]
(Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 5, this example is an example of the rain drooping prevention structure 1 in which the draining member 4 is disposed below the left and right ends of the lower side 21 of the opening 2.
Others are the same as the first embodiment.
In this case, the member cost can be reduced and rain dripping can be effectively prevented. That is, the rainwater that has flowed down from near the side edge of the lower side 21 of the opening 2 is reliably drained by using the draining member 4, so that it is possible to effectively prevent rain dripping.
In addition, the third embodiment has the same functions and effects as the first embodiment.
[0035]
(Example 3)
This example is an example of a rain dripping prevention structure in which a drainage member is provided below a lower side of an opening in a renovated building.
That is, a new outer wall opening is formed in front of the existing opening to which the existing sash is attached, and the drainage member is disposed below the opening.
Others are the same as the first embodiment.
[0036]
In the case of renovation, the existing sash cannot be projected forward from the new opening because a new outer wall opening is formed in front of the existing opening where the existing sash is attached. .
Therefore, by attaching the draining member, rain dripping can be effectively prevented.
In addition, the third embodiment has the same functions and effects as the first embodiment.
