Description

The present invention relates to a rain dripping prevention structure for preventing rain water collected near the lower side end of an opening such as a window of a building from drooping along the outer wall surface on the lower side of the opening.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, in a building having an opening 92 such as a window, rainwater flowing down from above may sometimes accumulate near the left and right end portions of the lower side 921 of the opening 92. This rainwater flows down along the lower outer wall surfaces 911 and 912. That is, dripping occurs. The rain dripping on the outer wall surfaces 911 and 912 may cause frost damage, and the coating of the outer wall surfaces 911 and 912 may be peeled off or the outer wall surfaces 911 and 912 may be cracked. Especially in cold regions, there is a high risk of such frost damage.

For such a problem, as in the structure disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is conceivable to apply a method in which the sash disposed in the opening is greatly protruded from the outer wall surface. In this case, since rainwater falls from the front end of the sash without passing through the outer wall surface, the occurrence of frost damage can be prevented.

However, depending on the structure of the opening and the sash, it may be difficult to construct the sash so that it protrudes greatly from the outer wall surface as described above. In addition, in the case of renovation, a new outer wall opening is formed in front of the existing opening to which the existing sash is attached. Therefore, the sash cannot protrude forward from the new outer wall opening. .
Moreover, when the sash is protruded greatly, there is a risk of deteriorating the exterior design of the building.

The contact portion is arranged at two locations, the upper end of the rear surface portion and the lower end of the fixing protruding piece, so that a straight line connecting the rear ends thereof is parallel to the front surface portion ,
The draining member is attached to the outer wall surface by a screw inserted obliquely upward into a screw hole provided in the fixing protruding piece while the two contact portions are in contact with the outer wall surface. It is in the rain dripping prevention structure characterized by being fixed (Claim 1).

Next, the effects of the present invention will be described.
The raindrop prevention structure is formed by disposing the draining member below the lower side of the opening. As a result, rainwater that has flowed from above to the vicinity of the side edge of the lower side of the opening always falls on the draining member and is led to the front of the outer wall surface and drained. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent rain dripping on the outer wall surface below the opening.

The draining member is formed with a guide portion having the upper surface portion, the front surface portion, the bent lower end portion, and the curved surface portion. And the rainwater which flowed near the said opening part side edge part falls on the upper surface part in this guide part.
Since the upper surface portion is inclined forward and downward, rainwater that has dropped on the upper surface portion is guided forward and downward. Further, a front surface portion is formed at the front end of the upper surface portion through the curved surface portion. Therefore, the rainwater guided to the front end of the upper surface portion smoothly reaches the front surface portion through the curved surface portion, and is guided downward through the front surface portion.

In addition, since the bent lower end portion formed at the lower end of the front surface portion is bent obliquely forward and downward, rain water that has fallen along the front surface portion is repelled obliquely forward and downward by the bent lower end portion. To be drained. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent rainwater from adhering to the outer wall surface.
Thereby, it is possible to prevent rain dripping from occurring on the outer wall surface in the vicinity of the side edge of the lower side of the opening, and it is possible to reliably prevent frost damage caused by rain dripping.

Moreover, since the said draining member can be attached also to the outer wall surface after construction, for example, the said dripping prevention structure can be constructed | assembled easily.
Moreover, since the said draining member has a curved surface part in the said guide part, it can ensure favorable drainage and the favorable external appearance design property.

The abutting portions are disposed at two locations, the upper end of the rear surface portion and the lower end of the fixing protruding piece, and the draining member is configured to contact the two abutting portions with the outer wall surface while Fixed to the outer wall surface. Therefore, when unevenness is formed on the outer wall surface, even if only one of the contact portions is disposed in the concave portion or the convex portion, the draining member can be fixed to the outer wall surface without greatly inclining. The details of this effect will be described later.

Further, the draining member is provided with a fixing protruding piece at the lower end of the rear surface portion and a screw hole formed in the fixing protruding piece, and is fixed to the outer wall surface by a screw inserted into the screw hole. Yes. Therefore, the draining member can be easily fixed to the outer wall surface.
Further, the screw hole (screw) is hidden from the surface side by the bent lower end portion and is difficult to see, and the appearance design can be prevented from being deteriorated. Furthermore, since rainwater is not transmitted to the fixing protruding piece, there is no possibility of rainwater entering through the screw holes.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a raindrop prevention structure excellent in appearance design that can easily prevent raindrops on the outer wall surface in the vicinity of the side edge of the lower side of the opening.

In the first invention (invention 1), examples of the opening include a window and a ventilation facility installation location. Moreover, the said outer wall surface is comprised by the ceramic industry type outer wall board, for example.

Further, the draining member is disposed on the lower side of the lower side of the opening from a position on the left side of the lower end of the opening to a position on the right of the right end of the lower side of the opening. (Claim 2).
In this case, it is possible to reliably drain the rainwater flowing near the opening to the front of the outer wall surface and reliably prevent dripping. Moreover, the said draining member can be integrated with the sash etc. which are arrange | positioned at the said opening part on an external appearance, and the favorable external appearance design property of an outer wall surface can be ensured.

The amount of protrusion from the left end and the right end of the lower side of the opening of the draining member can be arbitrarily designed within a range that does not impair the rain dripping prevention effect and the appearance design, for example, about 20 to 30 mm By satisfying these requirements, they can be fully satisfied.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said draining member protrudes 30 mm or more ahead from the said outer wall surface (Claim 3).
That is, it is preferable that the lower end of the front surface portion is disposed 30 mm or more forward from the outer wall surface. In this case, rain dripping can be prevented more reliably.
When the amount of protrusion of the draining member from the outer wall surface is less than 30 mm, it may be difficult to reliably prevent rainwater that has fallen along the draining member from adhering to the outer wall surface.
In addition, the upper limit of the protrusion amount from the outer wall surface of the draining member can be arbitrarily designed as long as the appearance design is not impaired.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said draining member provides the dam plate part which dams rainwater in the right-and-left side edge part of the said guide part (Claim 4).
In this case, it is possible to prevent rainwater falling on the guide portion from flowing down from the left and right end portions of the guide portion and traveling along the outer wall surface.

Further, a front surface portion 44 is formed at the front end of the upper surface portion 43 through the curved surface portion 46. Therefore, the rainwater guided to the front end of the upper surface portion 42 smoothly reaches the front surface portion 44 through the curved surface portion 46, and is guided downward through the front surface portion 44.

In addition, since the bent lower end 45 formed at the lower end of the front surface portion 44 is bent obliquely forward and downward, rain water that has fallen along the front surface portion 44 is obliquely forwardly lowered by the bent lower end portion 45. It is drained to be bounced. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent rainwater from adhering to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112.
Thereby, it is possible to prevent rain dripping from occurring on the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112, and it is possible to prevent frost damage caused by rain dripping.

Moreover, since the said draining member 4 can be attached to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 after construction of an outer wall, the said dripping prevention structure 1 can be constructed | assembled easily.
Moreover, since the said draining member 4 has the curved surface part 46 in the said guide part 42, it can ensure favorable drainage and a favorable external appearance design property.

The abutting portions 41 are disposed at two locations, the upper end of the rear surface portion 491 and the lower end of the fixing protruding piece 47, and the draining member 4 includes the two abutting portions 41 at the outer wall surface 111. , 112 are fixed to the outer wall surfaces 111, 112 while being in contact with the outer wall 112. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, when the recess 113 is formed on the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112, even if only one contact portion 41 is disposed in the recess 113, the draining member 4 is not greatly inclined, The outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 can be fixed.

Thus, even when the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 are not flat, the draining member 4 is not greatly inclined, so there is no possibility of damaging the appearance below the opening 2.
Moreover, since the two contact portions 41 can be reliably brought into contact with the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112, rain dripping can be sufficiently prevented.
In addition, since the draining member 4 does not largely tilt, the tilt angle of the bent lower end 45 is the original tilt angle, that is, the tilt angle at which rainwater can be effectively repelled forward and downward (for example, 40 to 50 with respect to the vertical direction). °) can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to sufficiently prevent rain dripping by flipping rainwater that has fallen onto the upper surface portion 43 of the draining member 4 from the bent lower end portion 45 to the front lower side.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the draining member 4 is disposed on the lower side in a range exceeding the entire length of the lower side 21 of the opening 2. Therefore, rainwater flowing down along the side of the opening 2 can be surely drained to the front lower side of the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 to prevent rain dripping. In addition, the drainage member 4 is integrated with the sash 3 disposed in the opening 2 in appearance, and good appearance design of the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 can be ensured.

Moreover, since the said draining member 4 protrudes about 30 mm ahead from the said outer wall surface 111,112, it can prevent rain dripping more reliably.
Further, the draining member 4 is provided with a fixing protruding piece 47 at a lower portion of the contact portion 41 and a screw hole 471 formed in the fixing protruding piece 47. The draining member 4 is fixed to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 by screws 19 inserted through the screw holes 471. Therefore, the draining member 4 can be easily fixed to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the draining member 4 is provided with the dam plate portion 48, so that rainwater that has fallen on the guide portion 42 flows down from the left and right ends of the guide portion 42 and the outer wall surface 111. , 112 can be reliably prevented.

As described above, according to the present example, it is possible to provide a rain dripping prevention structure excellent in appearance design that can easily prevent rain dripping to the outer wall surface in the vicinity of the side edge of the lower side of the opening.

(Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 6, this example is an example of the rain dripping prevention structure 1 in which the draining member 4 is disposed below the left and right end portions of the lower side 21 of the opening 2.
Others are the same as in the first embodiment.
In this case, member cost can be reduced and rain dripping can be effectively prevented. That is, rainwater that has flowed from the upper side to the vicinity of the side edge of the lower side 21 of the opening 2 is reliably drained by using the draining member 4, so that dripping can be effectively prevented.
In addition, the same effects as those of the first embodiment are obtained.

Example 3
This example is an example of a dripping prevention structure in which a draining member is disposed below the lower side of the opening in a renovated building.
That is, a new outer wall opening is formed in front of the existing opening to which the existing sash is attached, and the draining member is disposed below the opening.
Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

In the case of renovation, since the opening of the new outer wall is formed in front of the existing opening to which the existing sash is attached, the existing sash cannot be protruded forward of the new opening. .
Therefore, dripping can be effectively prevented by attaching the draining member.
In addition, the same effects as those of the first embodiment are obtained.

(Comparative example)
In this example, as shown in FIG. 7, in addition to the upper end of the rear surface portion 491 and the lower end of the fixing protruding piece 47, a rain dripping prevention structure using a draining member 40 provided with an abutting portion 410 also behind the bottom surface portion 492. Ten examples.
That is, the draining member 4 of the present example is applied to three locations of the contact portion 41 provided at the upper end of the rear surface portion 491 and the lower end of the fixing protruding piece 47 and the contact portion 410 at the rear of the bottom surface portion 492. A contact portion is formed.
Others are the same as in the first embodiment.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the following problems may occur if the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 are not flat, for example, the recess 113 is formed. That is, when the draining member 4 is fixed by the screw 19 in a state where only the lower end contact portion 41 of the fixing protrusion 47 is disposed in the groove 113, the draining member 4 is largely inclined. Thereby, there exists a possibility that the external appearance of the downward direction of the opening part 2 may be impaired. And depending on the case, the upper part of the draining member 4 may leave | separate from the outer wall surface 111,112, and there exists a possibility that it may become difficult to fully prevent rain dripping.

Further, when the draining member 4 is largely inclined, the inclination angle of the bent lower end portion 45 is the original inclination angle, that is, the inclination angle at which rainwater can be effectively repelled forward and downward (for example, 40 to 50 ° with respect to the vertical direction). It will deviate from. Therefore, the rainwater that has fallen on the upper surface portion 43 of the draining member 4 is caught in the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 without being bounced forward and downward from the bent lower end portion 45 and adheres to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112. There is a fear.

On the other hand, as described in the present invention (Embodiment 1), the abutment portion 41 is disposed at two locations, that is, the upper end of the rear surface portion 491 and the lower end of the fixing protruding piece 47, as described above. Even when the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 are not flat, such as when 113 is formed, the draining member 4 can be fixed to the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 without greatly inclining (FIG. 5). Therefore, even if the outer wall surfaces 111 and 112 have some irregularities, the rain dripping prevention structure 1 that reliably prevents rain dripping can be obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a raindrop prevention structure excellent in appearance design that can easily prevent raindrops on the outer wall surface in the vicinity of the side edge of the lower side of the opening.
