【請求項2】 N−アシル誘導体が、N−アセチル誘導体またはN−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項1記載の美白剤。
【請求項3】 グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のN−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有するメラニン生成抑制剤。
【請求項4】 N−アシル誘導体が、N−アセチル誘導体またはN−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項3記載のメラニン生成抑制剤。
【請求項5】 グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のN−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有する美白用の飲食品または飲食品添加剤。
【請求項6】 グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のN−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有するメラニン生成抑制用の飲食品または飲食品添加剤。
【請求項7】 N−アシル誘導体が、N−アセチル誘導体またはN−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項5または6記載の飲食品または飲食品添加剤。
【請求項8】 グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のN−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有する美白用の化粧品。
【請求項9】 N−アシル誘導体が、N−アセチル誘導体またはN−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項8記載の化粧品。
【請求項10】 グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のN−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有するメラニン生成抑制用の化粧品。
【請求項11】 N−アシル誘導体が、N−アセチル誘導体またはN−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項10記載の化粧品。
