【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のＮ−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有する美白剤。
【請求項２】Ｎ−アシル誘導体が、Ｎ−アセチル誘導体またはＮ−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項１記載の美白剤。
【請求項３】グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のＮ−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有するメラニン生成抑制剤。
【請求項４】Ｎ−アシル誘導体が、Ｎ−アセチル誘導体またはＮ−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項３記載のメラニン生成抑制剤。
【請求項５】グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のＮ−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有する美白用の飲食品または飲食品添加剤。
【請求項６】グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のＮ−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有するメラニン生成抑制用の飲食品または飲食品添加剤。
【請求項７】Ｎ−アシル誘導体が、Ｎ−アセチル誘導体またはＮ−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項５または６記載の飲食品または飲食品添加剤。
【請求項８】グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のＮ−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有する美白用の化粧品。
【請求項９】Ｎ−アシル誘導体が、Ｎ−アセチル誘導体またはＮ−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項８記載の化粧品。
【請求項１０】グリシン、スレオニン、ヒドロキシプロリンもしくはアスパラギン酸、または該各アミノ酸のＮ−アシル誘導体、あるいはそれらの塩から選ばれる一種以上を有効成分として含有するメラニン生成抑制用の化粧品。
【請求項１１】Ｎ−アシル誘導体が、Ｎ−アセチル誘導体またはＮ−プロピオニル誘導体である請求項１０記載の化粧品。 [Claims]
