Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a closet structure and a construction method thereof, which are assembled in a closet construction space set at a predetermined position in a room when a building such as a wooden house is constructed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When building a building, the work of the closet provided at a predetermined place in the room is performed by installing floor panels, wall panels, ceilings on the inner surface of wooden frames such as pillars, joists, trunks, etc. arranged on the outer periphery of the closet. It is common practice to stretch panels or the like and fix them by nailing or gluing. However, the wooden frame structure has some dimensional errors during construction, Therefore, for example, even if an attempt is made to construct a closet of the same size in each room in a high-rise building, since the dimensional error as described above has occurred, the craftsman must It is necessary to re-measure the dimensions of the closet, cut and form a panel of a size corresponding to the size, and then perform the work, which requires a great deal of labor and skill.
[0003]
In addition, as the above-mentioned panel for forming a closet, a veneer plywood is mainly used to give a low-grade image and poor moisture absorption / desorption, so that dew condensation and mold are generated, which adversely affects stored items such as futons. In addition, there is a problem that the nail head that fixes the panel to the wooden frame is exposed on the surface, giving a poor appearance.
[0004]
For this reason, flooring, side plates, backboard, and top plate made of paulownia wood formed to a certain size are easily assembled by assembling them in the space for intrusion installation provided at a predetermined place in the building. In addition to the above, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of dew condensation and mold by imparting a sense of quality and exhibiting good moisture absorption and release by forming the floor plate, both side plates, back plate, top plate and the like from paulownia wood. A possible assembly type closet has been developed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-159121.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, despite the fact that the floorboard and both side plates, the back plate, the top plate and the like are formed from paulownia material having excellent moisture absorption and desorption properties, for example, in the side plate, the front and rear end edges of the back plate are formed. The bottom edge of the side plate is fixed to the side edge of the floorboard with the dowel and the dowel hole so that the side edge and the rear surface of the existing pillar disposed at the opening end of the space for assembling the closet are in contact with each other. As a result, the side plate is restricted from expanding and contracting in the width direction (front-rear direction) due to moisture absorption and desorption, which not only makes it difficult to adjust the humidity in the closet but also may cause a crack in the side plate in a short period of time. There was.
[0007]
In addition, when the fixing means by the dowel and the dowel hole is employed, there is a problem that the work of fitting the dowel into the dowel hole and then press-fitting the same is troublesome, and the workability is poor. Furthermore, since no consideration is given to the direction of expansion and contraction of the floorboard and the backboard, etc., when the floorboard expands and contracts in the front-back direction, when the backboard expands and contracts in the vertical direction, distortion occurs in the entire shape of the closet, There has been a problem that cracks are more likely to occur in floorboards and backboards.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and its purpose is to provide not only a high-quality appearance but also a good appearance, assembling in a closet assembling space efficiently and An assembly that can be performed accurately and can exhibit excellent moisture absorption and desorption properties to reliably prevent the occurrence of dew condensation, etc., and can smoothly cope with expansion and contraction caused by moisture absorption and destruction without causing cracks or distortion. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a closet and its construction method.
[0009]

[0010]
In the prefabricated push-in device constructed as described above, the invention according to claim 2 divides the bottom plate and the back plate constituting the push-up into a plurality of bottom plate pieces and a back plate piece in the left-right direction, respectively. The opposite side end faces and the opposite side end faces of the adjacent back plate pieces are joined by piercing, and the grain direction of each bottom plate piece is oriented in the front-rear direction of the closet. The structure is such that the grain direction is oriented toward the height of the closet.
[0011]
Further, the invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that a shelf receiving member is screwed to an upper portion of the opposite inner surfaces of the both side plates, and an upper shelf is mounted between these shelf receiving members in a state of being bridged. The cross member is fixed to the lower rear portion of the pillar standing upright on the front end side with screws, and the lower shelf is mounted between these front and rear cross members in an erected state.
[0012]
The invention according to claim 4 is the construction method of the assembling closet, wherein a straight groove is formed over the entire length at the center of the upper surface on the rear edge and both side edges on the upper surface of the bottom plate. A step of arranging the rear horizontal frame material and the horizontal frame materials provided respectively and fixing them by screwing or tacking, and placing the floor plate on a joist arranged on the floor side of the press-in assembly space. After being fixed by screwing or tuckering, the lower end of the back plate is inserted and supported in the straight groove of the rear horizontal frame member fixing the rear end edge of the bottom plate to the back plate. Fixing to the back edge of the press-in assembly space by a screw or a tucker, and attaching the vertical frame member having a straight groove over the entire length in the center of the front surface to the back plate. These are fixed to the front edges of both sides by screwing or tacking. A step of connecting the lower ends of the groove-shaped grooves to the rear ends of the straight grooves of the horizontal frame members fixed to both side edges of the bottom plate at right angles, respectively, The rear edge and the lower edge of both side plates are inserted into the straight groove with the horizontal frame material, respectively, and the outer surfaces of the front edge portions of these both side plates are placed on the back of the existing pillars in the space for push-in assembly. A step of receiving the fixed receiving frame member without adhering to the inner surface thereof, and a rear edge and both side edges of a lower surface of the top plate made of paulownia wood on an upper end surface of the back plate and an upper end surface of both side plates. And supporting the edge portion.
[0013]
In the construction method of the assembly type closet, the invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that the back plate and the both side plates are erected and fixed on the rear end edge and the both side edge portions of the bottom plate, respectively. Attach the upper shelves between these shelves with the screws attached to the upper shelves facing each other, and attach the upper shelves to the lower shelves and the lower rear of the pillars standing upright on the lower inner surface of the back plate and the front end sides of both side plates It is characterized in that the cross member is fixed between the front and rear cross members by means of a screw, and the lower shelf is mounted between these front and rear cross members in an erected state.
[0014]
Further, in the invention according to claim 6, when fixing the floor plate or the back plate by screwing or cutter driving, the screw or the tucker needle is driven at intervals that do not hinder expansion and contraction due to moisture absorption and release of the floor plate and the back plate. It is characterized by.
[0015]
[Action]
When assembling the above-mentioned assembling-type closet in the space for press-fitting assembly, first, a straight groove is provided over the entire length in the center of the upper surface on the rear edge and both side edges on the upper surface of the bottom plate made of paulownia wood. The rear horizontal frame material and the horizontal frame materials on both sides are arranged and fixed with a screw or a tucker needle driven by a tucker, and the floor board is arranged on the floor side of the press-in assembly space. The upper part is fixed with a screw or a tucker needle as described above. At this time, by screwing a screw or a tucker needle at intervals that do not hinder the expansion and contraction of the floorboard due to moisture absorption and release, the degree of freedom of the elasticity of the floorboard can be increased and the generation of cracks can be suppressed.
[0016]
After fixing the floorboard, a backboard is erected and fixed on the rear edge of the floorboard. At this time, since the lower end of the back plate is inserted into and supported by the straight groove of the rear horizontal frame member, the back plate is erected on the floor plate. The board can be freely expanded and contracted in the width direction, and the effect of the expansion and contraction force on the floor board is blocked by the straight groove. Therefore, there is no possibility that the closet will be distorted. Also, since the back plate is also fixed to the body edge constructed on the back side of the space for the closet assembly by driving screws or tucker needles at intervals that do not hinder the expansion and contraction of the back plate, the back plate is fixed. There is almost no danger of cracking.
[0017]
At both side edges on the front surface of the backboard, a vertical frame member having a straight groove formed in the center of the front surface over the entire length is screwed or tuckered beforehand or after standing on the rear edge of the floorboard. A state in which the lower ends of the straight grooves of the vertical frame material are fixed by hitting, and the lower ends of the straight grooves of both horizontal frame materials fixed on both side edges of the floor plate are respectively connected at right angles to the rear ends of the straight grooves. It is arranged so that it becomes.
[0018]
Therefore, when assembling the side plates on both side edges of the floor plate, the lower edge and the rear edge of the side plates are inserted into the straight grooves of the horizontal frame material and the vertical frame material in a simple and accurate manner. It is possible to freely attach and remove the side plates along the straight grooves of the horizontal frame material even if the side plates expand and contract in the width direction (front-back direction) due to moisture absorption and release.
[0019]
Further, the front end edges of the both side plates are assembled with the outer surfaces thereof being received without being bonded to the inner surfaces of the receiving frame material fixed to the back surface of the existing column in the above-mentioned press-in assembly space, and thus assembled. In combination with the insertion of the rear edge into the straight groove of the vertical frame material, the elasticity in the width direction is hardly regulated, and even if both side plates shrink, the rear edge is removed. It can always be accommodated in the straight groove of the vertical frame member, and the front edge can be kept in contact with the inner side surface of the receiving frame member, so that there is no possibility that a gap is generated.
[0020]
In this way, after assembling the back plate and both side plates having the same height on the rear edge and both side edge portions of the floor plate, the upper surface of the back plate and both side plates is attached to the lower surface of the top plate. By disposing the rear edge and both side edges in a mounted state and incorporating the top plate, a front-opening closet is formed.
[0021]
The top plate is attached by, for example, fixing a rectangular frame to the four-sided peripheral portion on the lower surface, and fitting the rectangular frame into the upper end opening surrounded by the back plate and both side plates to remove the rectangular frame from the rectangular frame. It is possible to adopt a mounting structure in which the lower surface of the rear edge and both side edges of the protruding top plate are received on the upper surface of the back plate and both side plates, and the top plate can be expanded and contracted as described above. May be fixed to the upper end of the back plate or both side plates by driving a screw or a tucker needle at intervals not obstructing the operation. Further, the top plate may be divided into a fixed portion and a top plate portion that can be opened upward.
[0022]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, a specific embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a closet, and FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional side view of the assembled state. 1, a front rectangular back plate 2 having a constant height equal to the width of the bottom plate 1 in the left-right direction, a width (width in the front-rear direction) equal to the width of the bottom plate 1 in the front-rear direction, and a height Both plates 3, 3 equal to the height of the back plate 2, a top plate 4 having substantially the same size and shape as the bottom plate 1, and tacking on the rear edge and both side edges of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1. Square frame-shaped rear horizontal frame members 5A and both side horizontal frame members 5B and 5B respectively fixed to the back plate 2, and square bar-shaped both side vertical frame members fixed to both side edges of the front surface of the back plate 2 by tacking. 6, 6 as main members, and assembling these members. .
[0023]
The bottom plate 1 and the back plate 2, both side plates 3, 3 and the top plate 4 are made of a paulownia material having a certain thickness. The paulownia material gives a high-quality image to the indentation and the intrusion by the moisture absorption and release action of the paulownia material. The inside can be kept in a moderately dry state. On the other hand, the square bar-shaped rear horizontal frame member 5A, both horizontal frame members 5B, 5B, and both vertical frame members 6, 6 are made of paulownia wood or other appropriate wood material. At the center of the upper surface of the horizontal frame members 5B, 5B, there are provided horizontal straight grooves 7a, 7b each having a width capable of inserting the lower ends of the back plate 2 and the side plates 3, 3 over the entire length. Similarly, vertical straight grooves 8 having a width in which the rear edge portions of the side plates 3 can be inserted are provided over the entire lengths of the center portions of the front surfaces of the vertical frame members 6 on both sides.
[0024]
When the rear horizontal frame member 5A and the both horizontal frame members 5B and 5B are mounted on the rear end edge portion and both side edge portions of the bottom plate 1, respectively, when the rear horizontal frame member 5A and the both side horizontal frame members 5B and 5B are mounted on the rear horizontal frame member 5A, respectively. The end faces to be joined to each other so that both ends of the groove 7a are continuous at right angles to the rear ends of the straight grooves 7b, 7b provided in the horizontal frame members 5B, 5B on both sides are formed as oblique end faces at an oblique angle of 45 degrees. Alternatively, at least one end is cut out so that the straight grooves 7a and 7b are continuous at right angles.
[0025]
The bottom plate 1 may be a single piece, but in the figure, the bottom plate 1 is divided into a plurality of bottom plate pieces 1a at regular intervals (approximately 500 mm) in the lateral width direction (width in the left-right direction). The opposing divided side ends of the bottom plate pieces 1a, 1a to be formed are formed into step-shaped phase-fins 1b, 1b. Similarly, the back plate 2 is also divided into a plurality of back plate pieces 2a in the left-right direction, and the opposing divided side ends of the adjacent back plate pieces 2a, 2a are stepped in the form of phased jaws 2b, 2b. The side plates 3, 3 are also divided into two in the front and rear, and opposing divided ends of these side plate pieces 3a, 3a are formed in stepped phase boring fruits 3b, 3b. By forming the bottom plate 1, the back plate 2, and the both side plates 3, 3 into a divided shape in this manner, the handling is easy and the loading into the press-in assembly space A (shown in FIG. 3) to be constructed is performed. , And construction work can be performed smoothly and efficiently.
[0026]
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, all the bottom plate pieces 1a obtained by dividing the bottom plate 1 into plural pieces have the grain direction directed to the length direction of the divided side end face, that is, the front-back direction. The grain direction of the back plate piece 2a and the side plate pieces 3a, 3a of both side plates 3, 3 is oriented in the vertical direction, that is, the height direction. Accordingly, the floorboard 1 and the backboard 2 expand and contract in the left-right direction (width direction) due to moisture absorption and release, but the floorboard 1 hardly expands and contracts in the front-back direction. Hardly expands or contracts.
[0027]
Therefore, since the bottom plate 1 and the back plate 2 expand and contract by substantially the same size in the left and right direction due to moisture absorption and release, the interval between the horizontal frame members 5B and 5B on both sides of the bottom plate 1 and the vertical frame members 6 and 6 on both sides of the back plate 2 are provided. The spacing between them is always kept the same, and the horizontal straight grooves 7b, 7b provided on the horizontal frame members 5B, 5B on both sides and the vertical straight grooves 8, 8 provided on the vertical frame members 6, 6 on both sides. Despite the expansion and contraction of the bottom plate 1 and the back plate 2 in the width direction, the bottom plate 1 and the back plate 2 maintain a form in which they are connected at right angles on the same vertical plane parallel to each other, and there is almost no risk of distortion.
[0028]
On the other hand, a rectangular frame 9 is integrally attached to the four edge portions on the lower surface of the top plate 4 by the tucker needle 10 with a width interval corresponding to the thickness of the back plate 2 and both side plates 3 and 3 from the four edge surfaces. The rectangular frame 9 is fitted into an upper end opening surrounded by the back plate 2 and the side plates 3, 3, and the lower surface of the rear end edge and the both side edge portions of the top plate 4 protruding from the rectangular frame 9. On the upper end surfaces of the back plate 2 and the side plates 3 and 3.
[0029]
In this case, when the rectangular frame 9 is further fixed to the upper end of the back plate 2 or both side plates 3 and 3 with a tucker needle, the structure is such that the grain direction of the top plate 4 is oriented in the front-back direction, and the bottom plate 1 It is made to expand and contract in the same direction as the back plate 2. The top plate 4 is also divided into several parts, a part of which is fixed to the upper end of the back plate 2 and both side plates 3 and 3, and the other part is a top plate part which can be opened upward. It may be formed.
[0030]
Thus, the structure of the closet assembled by the bottom plate 1, the back plate 2, the side plates 3, 3, the top plate 4, the rear horizontal frame member 5A, the both side horizontal frame members 5B, 5B, and the both side vertical frame members 6 is as follows. As shown in FIG. 3, as shown in FIG. 4, the bottom plate 1 is laid on the existing joists B, B which are laid on the floor side of the closet assembly space A in the room of the building, and the tucker needle 10 is provided. The lower end of the back plate 2 is inserted into and supported by the straight groove 7a of the rear horizontal frame member 5A which is also fixed on the rear end edge of the bottom plate 1 by the tucker needle 10 on the bottom end. , And the rear surface thereof is fixed by the tucker needle 10 to the existing rims C, C... are doing.
[0031]
Further, both side horizontal frame members 5B and 5B fixed on both side edges of the bottom plate 1 by the tucker needles 10 and both side vertical members fixed on the front surfaces of both side edges of the back plate 2 by the same tucker needles 10 as well. The lower edge and the rear edge of the side plate 3 are inserted into the horizontal straight grooves 7b and the vertical straight grooves 8 on both sides which are provided on the frame members 6 and are respectively continuous at right angles to each other. 9, and the outer surfaces of the front edge portions of the both side plates 3, 3 are fixed to the rear surfaces of the existing columns D, D in the press-in assembly space A by screws or the like as shown in FIG. The frames E, E are received without being adhered to the inner surfaces thereof.
[0032]
Therefore, by mounting the side plates 3, 3 with their front and rear end faces slightly separated from the bottom of the straight groove 8 perpendicular to the back surface of the pillar D, the width direction (front and rear) due to moisture absorption and desorption is maintained. It has a mounting structure that can freely expand and contract in the direction.
[0033]
The top plate 4 protrudes from the rectangular frame 9 by fitting a rectangular frame 9 attached to the four outer peripheral edges of the lower surface into an upper end opening surrounded by the back plate 2 and the side plates 3 and 3. The lower surface of the rear edge of the top plate 4 and the lower surfaces of the two side edges are received by the upper end surfaces of the back plate 2 and both side plates 3, 3.
[0034]
The closet constructed as described above has a closet structure in which no shelves are provided, but may have a closet structure in which upper and lower shelves 11 and 12 are attached as shown in FIG.
[0035]
The upper shelf plate 11 is formed to have a width in the front-rear direction that is about half smaller than the width in the front-rear direction of the bottom plate 1. Shelf receiving members 13 and 13 are fixed by screws 14, and the lower surfaces of both side ends of the shelf plate 11 are supported by these shelf receiving members 13 and 13, and this shelf plate 11 is erected between both side shelf receiving members 13 and 13. Installed in state.
[0036]
On the other hand, the lower shelf plate 12 is formed to be substantially equal to the space width in the front-rear direction of the closet for forming the width in the front-rear direction, and the lower part of the inner surface of the back plate 2 and the front end sides of the side plates 3, 3 The front and rear crosspieces 15 and 15 are fixed to the lower rear portions of the pillars D and D, which are erected at the front, by screws 14, and the front and rear crosspieces 15 and 15 are fixed to the front and rear end portions of the lower shelf 12. The shelf board 12 is mounted between the front and rear crosspiece members 15, 15 while supporting the lower surface.
[0037]
At this time, the both side plates 3, 3 are divided into two side plate pieces 3a, 3a, respectively, and both ends of the shelf receiving members 13, 13 are fixed to these side plate pieces 3a, 3a by screws 14, 14. The gap between the opposing end faces of the joints 3b, 3b joining these side plate pieces 3a, 3a together with the front and rear end faces not regulated as described above absorbs expansion and contraction in the front and rear direction. Can be freely expanded and contracted. When several screws 14 are driven in, the interval between the adjacent screws 14 is set so as not to prevent the side plate 3 from expanding and contracting in the width direction. The mounting structure of the bar member 15 to the back plate 2 with screws is the same as that of the side plate 3.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 2, an existing lintel E is disposed in a horizontal state above the front end of the opening of the closet on the front side of the upper shelf board 12, and a wall F provided on the lintel E is provided. A saucer wall plate 16 is provided extending above the front end of the opening of the closet so as to be in contact with the rear surface of the compartment. In addition, this sagging wall plate 16 has its upper end edge and both side edges on the back surface fixed to the front end surface of the top plate 4 and the upper front end surfaces of both side plates 3 and 3, respectively, with screws or tucker needles.
[0039]
Next, a method of assembling the closet configured as described above will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of bottom plate pieces 1a are arranged side by side in parallel with each other while joining the fruits 1b and 1b to each other to form a bottom plate 1 having a horizontally long rectangular plane. The rear horizontal frame member 5A and the horizontal frame members 5B, 5B having the horizontal straight grooves 7a, 7b provided on the rear edge portion and the both side edge portions on the upper surface are formed with the straight grooves 7a, 7b. The bottom plate 1 is fixed by driving the tucker needle 10 into the bottom plate 1 from the groove bottoms of the straight grooves 7a and 7b so as to communicate with each other at right angles.
[0040]
The pitch of the tucker 10 is set at a pitch (100 to 150 mm) which does not hinder the left-right expansion and contraction of the bottom plate 1 made of paulownia wood. Hereinafter, the interval at which the tucker needle 10 is driven by the tucker is set at this pitch. Usually, the shrinkage due to moisture absorption and desorption of the bottom plate 1 and the like made of paulownia wood is about 1 to 3 mm with respect to the width of 500 mm, even if the shrinking force in the width direction of the bottom plate 1 or the like acts on the tucker needle 10. The contraction force of the tucker needle 10 can be absorbed by an appropriate bending.
[0041]
After the rear horizontal frame member 5A and the horizontal frame members 5B, 5B are fixed as described above from above the rear edge to both side edges on the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, the bottom plate 1 is inserted. It is laid on the existing joists B, B which are laid horizontally on the floor side of the assembly space A, and is fixed to the joist B by the tucker needle 10. In this fixed state, the rear end surface of the bottom plate 1 has reached the position of the backside rim C in the press-in assembly space A, and the front end surface has reached the back surface of the column C.
[0042]
After the bottom plate 1 is fixed, as shown in FIG. 6, the back plate 2 is erected and fixed on the horizontal straight groove 7a of the rear horizontal frame member 5A fixed on the rear end edge of the bottom plate 1. I do. That is, the plurality of back plate pieces 2a are connected to each other to join the fruits 2b and 2b to each other, and the lower end portions of these back plate pieces 2a are inserted and supported in the horizontal straight groove 7a so as to be parallel in the left-right direction. The back plate 2 is formed, and the back surface of the back plate 2 is brought into contact with the front surface of the body rim C, and the tucker needle 10 is set in a state where the back plate 2 is received by the tucker driving so as to prevent the back plate 2 from expanding and contracting. It is fixed by driving every time.
[0043]
Further, the vertical frame members 6, 6 having a vertical straight groove 8 provided in the center of the front surface over the entire length are placed on both side edges of the front surface of the back plate 2 from the groove bottom of the straight groove 8 to the back plate 2. 7, the lower ends of the straight grooves 8, 8 of the vertical frame members 6, 6 are fixed on both side edges of the bottom plate 1, as shown in FIG. 7. Each of the horizontal frame members 5B, 5B is formed so as to be continuous at right angles to the rear ends of the horizontal straight grooves 7b, 7b. The fixing of these vertical frame members 6, 6 to the side edges of the front surface of the back plate 2 may be performed before the back plate 2 is erected on the rear edge of the bottom plate 1. It may be performed after standing as shown in FIG.
[0044]
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, both side plates 3, 3 are erected on the horizontal straight grooves 7b, 7b of the both side horizontal frame members 5B, 5B fixed on both side edges of the bottom plate 1, respectively. , Fix. That is, the two side plate pieces 3a, 3a are put in phase with each other, and the ends 3b, 3b are joined together, and the lower ends of these side plate pieces 3a, 3a are inserted and supported in the horizontal straight groove 7b in the front-rear direction. The vertical frame member 6, which forms the respective side plates 3 and 3 in parallel with each other and fixes the vertical rear edges of the rear side plate pieces 3a and 3a to the both side edges of the back plate 2, 6 are inserted and supported in the vertical straight grooves 8 and 8, respectively.
[0045]
Further, the front ends of the side plates 3 and 3 absorb the expansion and contraction of the side plates 3 due to moisture absorption and release on the back surfaces of the existing columns D and D which are erected on both sides of the opening front end of the press-in assembly space A. The receiving frame has a small gap which can be fixed, and the outer side surface of the front end portion is fixed to the back surface of the pillars D, D by screws or screws as shown in FIG. The material E is received without being adhered to the inner surface of the material E.
[0046]
In this way, after the back plate 2 and both side plates 3 and 3 having the same height are erected and fixed at the rear end edge and both side edge portions of the bottom plate 1, the bottom plate 1 is substantially the same size and shape as the bottom plate 1. By arranging the top plate 4, as shown in FIG. 10, a closet having a front end entirely opened is assembled.
[0047]
As shown in FIG. 2, the top plate 4 has a rectangular frame 9 fixed to the four outer peripheral edges on the lower surface thereof with a tucker needle 10, and the rectangular frame 9 is fixed to the back plate 2 and the side plates 3, 3. The lower surface of the rear edge and both side edge portions of the top plate 4 projecting from the rectangular frame 9 are fitted to the upper end surfaces of the back plate 2 and both side plates 3 The mounting structure has been received.
[0048]
In this case, the top plate 4 may be fixed by fixing the rectangular frame 9 to the upper end portions of the back plate 2 and the side plates 3 and 3 with the tucker needle 10. Alternatively, the top plate 4 may be divided into two parts so that one is fixed and the other is openable.
[0049]
The closet assembled in this manner is a closet structure in which no shelves are provided. When a closet structure in which shelves are provided is to be constructed, the following construction is subsequently performed.
[0050]
First, as shown in FIG. 11, the shelf receiving members 13, 13 having a length of about half of the front-rear width of the side plate 3 are attached to the rear end portions of the upper portions of the opposing inner surfaces of the side plates 3, 3 with screws 14. After fixing, an upper shelf 11 having a width in the front-rear direction about 1/2 of the front-rear width of the side plate 3 is provided between the shelf receiving members 13, 13, and both sides of the upper shelf 11 are provided. The upper shelf frame 11 is constructed by supporting the lower surfaces of the ends on the shelf receiving members 13 and 13 and fixing them to the shelf receiving members 13 and 13 with screws (see FIG. 12).
[0051]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 13, the lower shelf 12 is first constructed by lowering the inner surface of the back plate 2 and the lower rear of the columns D, D standing on the front end sides of the side plates 3, 3. The front and rear crosspiece members 15 and 15 are fixed with screws 14 at intervals. Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, a lower shelf 12 having a width in the front-rear direction substantially equal to the front-rear width of the side plate 3 is laid between the front and rear cross members 15, 15. The lower shelf 12 is supported by supporting the lower surfaces of the front and rear ends thereof, and the tucker needle 10 is driven into the front and rear cross members 15, 15, thereby completing the construction of the lower shelf 12.
[0052]
The lower shelf plate 12 may be a single piece, but is preferably formed of shelf plate pieces 12a, 12a, which are divided into at least two right and left sides and whose grain direction is directed in the front-rear direction as shown in the figure. Furthermore, these shelf plate pieces 12a, 12a are formed so that their opposing side ends are joined together by a tangled fruit. Therefore, like the floor plate 1 and the back plate 2, the left and right sides due to moisture absorption and release are provided. The expansion and contraction in the direction is performed with almost no restriction, and the occurrence of cracks and the like can be eliminated. The peripheral frame members 17 and 18 are fixed to the outer peripheral portions of the upper surfaces of the upper and lower shelves 11 and 12 by tacking.
[0053]
After the upper and lower shelves 11 and 12 are constructed in this manner, the sagging wall plate 16 is stretched from the upper shelf plate 11 facing the space above the existing Kamoi 16 to the front front end of the upper closet, The upper edge and both side edges are respectively fixed to the front end surface of the top plate 4 and the upper front end surfaces of both side plates 3 and 3 with screws or tucker needles. Thereafter, the upper wall F is placed in the space above the Kamoi 16. By performing the construction, the construction of the closet is completed. In the above embodiment, the floor plate 1 and the back plate 2 are fixed by the tucker needle 10, but may be fixed by screws instead of the tucker needle 10.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the prefabricated closet of the present invention, as described in claim 1, the floor plate, the back plate, the both side plates, and the like constituting the closet are made of paulownia wood, so that they have an excellent appearance. In addition to producing a high-quality image, the good moisture absorption and release properties of the paulownia wood can prevent the occurrence of dew condensation and the like.
[0055]
Further, the rear side and both side horizontal frame members provided with straight grooves on the rear edge of the bottom plate and on both side edges are fixed with screws or tucker needles, and are fixed to the straight grooves of the rear side horizontal frame material. Since the lower end of the back plate is inserted and supported, even if the back plate expands and contracts due to moisture absorption and release, it can be freely expanded and contracted in the length direction of the straight groove, and the back groove can be used by the straight groove. It is possible to prevent the expansion and contraction force of the plate from being transmitted to the floor plate, thereby eliminating the possibility that distortion occurs in the closet. In addition, the back plate is fixed by driving screws or tucker needles into the waist edge provided on the back side of the press-fitting assembly space at intervals that do not hinder the expansion and contraction of the back plate. Therefore, there is almost no possibility that the back plate will crack.
[0056]
Furthermore, a vertical frame member having a straight groove formed in the center of the front surface over the entire length is fixed to both side edges of the front surface of the back plate by screwing or tacking. Since the lower end of the groove is continuous at right angles to the rear ends of the straight grooves of the horizontal frame members fixed on both side edges of the floor plate, the both side plates are placed on both side edges of the floor plate. At the time of assembling, by inserting the lower edge portion and the rear edge portion of the side plate into the straight grooves of the horizontal frame material and the vertical frame material, the side plates can be easily and accurately mounted. It is possible to freely expand and contract along the straight grooves of the horizontal frame material even if it expands and contracts in the width direction (front and rear direction) due to moisture absorption and desorption.
[0057]
In addition, the front edges of the two side plates are received without adhering the outer surface thereof to the inner surface of the receiving frame member fixed to the back surface of the existing pillar in the press-in assembly space. Since it is assembled, the elasticity in the width direction is hardly regulated in combination with the insertion of the rear end edge into the straight groove of the vertical frame material. The edge can always be accommodated in the straight groove of the vertical frame material, and the front edge can also be kept in contact with the inner surface of the receiving frame material, which may cause a gap. Absent.
[0058]
Further, as described in claim 2, the bottom plate and the back plate are divided into a plurality of bottom plate pieces and a back plate piece in the left-right direction, and the opposite side end faces of the adjacent bottom plate pieces are adjacent to the back plate. Since the opposite side end faces of the pieces are joined by phase rolling, even if the bottom plate or back plate expands and contracts in the width direction, the form which is always bonded to each other is maintained without causing a gap due to phase rolling. And a good appearance can be provided. In addition, since the bottom plate and the back plate are divided into small plate-size bottom plate and back plate pieces, they can be easily handled, and can be smoothly and efficiently carried into the closet assembly space to be constructed and can be constructed efficiently.
[0059]
Further, all the bottom plate pieces obtained by dividing the bottom plate into plural pieces have the grain direction oriented in the length direction of the divided side end face, that is, the front-back direction, and all the back plate pieces of the back plate and the side plates of both side plates are provided. Since the grain direction of one piece is oriented in the vertical direction, that is, in the height direction, even if the floorboard and the backboard expand and contract in the horizontal direction (width direction) due to moisture absorption and release, the floorboard almost does not expand and contract in the front-back direction. Also, the back plate and both side plates hardly expand or contract in the height direction. In addition, since the bottom plate and the back plate expand and contract in the left and right direction by moisture absorption and desorption, the distance between the horizontal frame members on both sides of the bottom plate and the distance between the vertical frame materials on both sides of the back plate are always maintained at the same distance The horizontal straight grooves provided on the horizontal frame members on both sides and the vertical straight grooves provided on the vertical frame members on both sides are parallel to each other despite expansion and contraction of the bottom plate and the back plate in the width direction. The shapes that are connected at right angles to each other on the same vertical plane are maintained, and there is almost no risk of distortion.
[0060]
Further, according to the construction method of the closet, the rear horizontal frame member provided with the straight groove and the bottom plate fixing the both horizontal frame members are provided on the rear edge portion and on both side edge portions. After laying and fixing on the bottom surface of the space portion, the lower end portion of the back plate is inserted and supported in the straight groove of the rear horizontal frame material, and the back plate is placed on the back side of the press-fitting assembly space portion. A vertical frame member having straight grooves provided on both side edges of the front surface of the back plate is fixed, and a lower end of the straight groove is fixed to both side horizontal frame members of the bottom plate. The right and left ends of the two side plates are inserted into the straight grooves continuous at right angles to the rear ends of the right and left grooves, respectively. Receiving the outer surface of the portion without bonding to the inner surface of the receiving frame material fixed to the back surface of the existing column in the press-fitting assembly space portion. Later, since it is intended to dispose the top plate can efficiently and accurately perform this without assembling the closet for construction for space closet requires skill.
