Claims (9)

  1. 酸化還元反応および蛍光測定によってアナライトを検出する方法であって、前記アナライトを含むサンプルを、蛍光酸化還元指示薬として下記一般式(I)で表される化合物を含む検出試薬と接触させることを特徴とする方法。
    Q−F (I)
    [式中、Qはクエンチャー基であり、Fはフルオロフォア基である。]
  2. Qが、前記酸化還元反応によって還元または酸化され得る基である請求項1に記載の方法。
  3. Fが、酸化還元反応によって還元も酸化もされ得ない基である請求項1または2に記載の方法。
  4. 前記酸化還元指示薬(I)において、QがリンカーによってFに結合している請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
  5. 還元可能物質または酸化可能物質をアナライトとして検出し、酵素および場合によって前記アナライトを還元または酸化するための補酵素をさらに含有する検出試薬を用いる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
  6. Qが、還元状態または酸化状態での吸収バンドがFの発光バンドと重なる受容体基である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
  7. 酸化還元反応および蛍光測定によってアナライトを検出するための試薬であって、酸化還元指示薬として下記一般式(I):
    Q−F (I)
    [式中、Qはクエンチャー基であり、Fはフルオロフォア基である]
    で表される化合物を含み;前記クエンチャー基Qおよび/または前記フルオロフォア基Fが還元または酸化され得るものであり;蛍光が還元または酸化に応じて変化し得ることを特徴とする試薬。
  8. Qが、前記酸化還元反応によって還元または酸化され得る基である請求項7に記載の試薬。
  9. Fが、前記酸化還元反応によって還元も酸化もされ得ない基である請求項7または8に記載の試薬。
