Description

【0001】
【0026】

Figure 2004250013
【0027】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging bag whose bursting strength has been artificially reduced, a method of using the same, and a packaging structure using the same. For example, when cooking food using a microwave oven or the like, during cooking, In addition, a technique is proposed that enables a liquid soup or the like to be automatically poured into cooked food without using fingers.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When cooking foods with a microwave oven or the like, as a conventional technique for automatically applying or seasoning a liquid seasoning such as soup or sauce to food to be cooked, for example, a gelled soup is prepared by using an electronic soup. Some noodles are melted by heating in a microwave oven and used as noodle juice or dipping juice in the same cup-shaped container.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this conventional technique, the gel-shaped soup is placed directly on the noodles in the container and stored and packaged, so that the cup-shaped container itself has a sealing property, a moisture-proof property, a gas barrier property and the like. In this connection, there is a problem that the shelf life of the gel-like soup is poor and the expiration date is short, and this is almost the same when the entire cup-shaped container is repackaged with a heat-shrinkable film.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to solve such problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide liquid seasonings such as soups and sauces contained in cup-shaped containers together with noodles and the like. Etc. can be maintained at a certain level of quality over a long period of time, irrespective of the tightness etc. of the cup-shaped container. On the other hand, when heating the noodles, etc., the liquid seasoning is converted into noodles, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging bag capable of being poured automatically, a method of using the same, and a packaging structure using the same.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The packaging bag of the present invention is formed of a laminated film including a stretched base film layer and a sealant layer, and at least one of a front side portion and a back side portion of the packaging bag, a portion corresponding to a filling space of an article to be packaged. In the stretched base film layer, one or more linear or curved bag-breaking guiding grooves extending over substantially the entire length or substantially the entire width of the filling space are formed, for example, by melting a part or all of the stretched base film layer by a laser beam. It is formed by evaporation.
[0006]
This packaging bag made of a laminated film can exhibit various necessary barrier properties and moisture-proofing properties, for example, by a biaxially stretched stretched base film layer and other layers, like a general soft packaging bag. The liquid seasoning or the like packaged in a container can be maintained at a constant or higher quality for a long time under high airtightness and liquid tightness regardless of the performance of the cup-shaped packaging container or the like.
[0007]
In addition, since the packaging bag is formed on a stretched base film layer that specifies the strength of the packaging bag and the bursting strength is reduced as necessary by a bag breaking guide groove that reduces the thickness of the stretched base film layer, the inside of the bag is reduced. If the pressure, for example, the vapor pressure of the liquid seasoning, exceeds a predetermined value, the packaging bag will rupture at the position where the bag-breaking guide groove is formed. Can flow down from Therefore, when this packaging bag filled and packaged with a liquid seasoning or the like is stored in a cup-shaped container or the like together with cooked food such as noodles, the packaging bag is intentionally ruptured under a predetermined heating temperature. Thus, a liquid seasoning such as soup or the like can be automatically poured into the noodles or the like in the container.
[0008]
Here, the bag-break guiding groove provided in the stretched base film layer may be a continuous groove or an intermittent groove in relation to a required burst strength. When the bag guiding groove is a continuous groove, the bursting strength of the packaging bag can be adjusted by alternately providing deep and shallow portions of a required length in this groove.
[0009]
By the way, such a bag-breaking guide groove, if provided continuously, has an average depth of not less than 5% of the thickness of the stretched base film layer, especially not less than 30%, without being provided intermittently. It is preferable that the burst strength of the packaging bag can be reduced more advantageously.
However, the shallower the groove depth, the greater the degree of rupture, which has the effect of increasing the scattering (diffusion) of the contents.
[0010]
Accordingly, here, the average depth of the bag-breaking guide groove can be the same as the thickness of the stretched base film layer, and in this case, the bursting strength of the packaging bag can be minimized. However, in this case, the stretched base film layer cannot exert its own gas barrier property or the like at the position where the bag-breaking guide groove is formed. It is preferable that the stretched base film layer is left to some extent at the bottom, for example, about 5 to 10% of the thickness of the stretched base film layer.
[0011]
In other words, after sufficiently reducing the bursting strength of the packaging bag, the laminated film, especially the stretched base film layer, has the required functions such as the strength of the packaging bag, various barrier properties, and the strength of the waist of the packaging bag. In order to sufficiently exert the effect, the average depth of the bag-breaking guide groove is 5 to 95% of the thickness of the stretched base film layer, irrespective of whether it is an intermittent groove or not, if the groove is a continuous groove. However, it is preferable to be within the range of 30 to 90%.
[0012]
As described above, the use of such a packaging bag increases the volume of the air-tight and liquid-tight packaging bag filled with a liquid such as a liquid seasoning, including the vapor generated by heating the liquid. This can be achieved by causing the liquid to burst at the position where the bag-breaking guide groove is formed, and as a result, the liquid automatically flows out of the packaging bag.
[0013]
By the way, when the liquid wrapped in the packaging bag is a fire extinguishing liquid or the like, it can be directly heated with a flame, and when it is a catalyst liquid or the like that reacts with the liquid heated to a certain temperature or more. It is also possible to heat indirectly in the liquid, but when the liquid to be wrapped in the packaging bag is a liquid seasoning or the like, it is preferable to heat it with a microwave oven together with the food using it, As a result, the seasoning and the like can be automatically poured into the food as the packaging bag bursts.
[0014]
Further, the packaging structure using the packaging bag as described above is such that a packaging bag filled and packed with a liquid is placed on a perforated intermediate plate disposed above food in a container containing food. .
[0015]
According to this, when the packaging bag is ruptured by simultaneously heating the food and the packaging bag in the container by a microwave oven or the like, the packaging bag remains on the intermediate plate as it is, while the packaging bag remains in the packaging bag. Since liquids such as seasonings can flow down onto the food below through the holes in the intermediate dish, at the end of cooking of the food, the food is automatically immersed in the seasoning, etc. Become.
[0016]
Therefore, after that, by removing the lid of the container and removing the intermediate plate on which the ruptured packaging bag is placed, the consumer can apply or season the required seasoning without touching the packaging bag at all. Food can be eaten.
[0017]
In such a packaging structure, when the packaging bag is placed on the porous intermediate plate with the bag-breaking guide groove provided therein facing downward, after the packaging bag has burst, sufficient seasoning and the like are required. By flowing down smoothly, unnecessary residues of seasonings and the like in the packaging bag can be effectively prevented.
[0018]
This is particularly effective when the perforated intermediate plate is formed in such a shape that its central portion is particularly greatly recessed, and the bag-breaking guide groove of the packaging bag is positioned corresponding to the bottom of the recess.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0020]
FIG. 1 is a bottom view and a front view showing an embodiment of a packaging bag according to the present invention in a state where the packaging bag is filled with a liquid.
[0021]
Here, the bottom surface of the packaging bag 1 for packaging the liquid in a gas-tight and liquid-tight manner by a three-way seal as shown by hatching in the figure of a laminated film comprising a biaxially stretched stretched base film layer and a sealant layer. In the stretched base film layer, a single bag-breaking guide groove 3 is provided in a straight line so as to pass through the central portion in the width direction of the filling space 2 of the article to be packaged and extend over the entire length of the packaging bag 1.
[0022]
For example, by melting and evaporating a part or all of the stretched base film layer by a laser beam, such a bag-breaking guide groove 3 which can be formed as shown in an enlarged sectional view in FIG. In addition to being able to exist, it can also be formed to extend in the width direction of the packaging bag 1, and it is also possible to form a plurality of them alternately or without crossing each other. Even so, extending over substantially the entire length or width of the filling space is preferable in order to cause smooth rupture over a sufficient length of the packaging bag 1 and prevent liquid from remaining in the ruptured packaging bag 1. .
[0023]
Further, in addition to the continuous formation of such a bag-breaking guide groove 3, as shown in a cross-section along the bottom of the bag-breaking guide groove in FIG. Even if it is formed continuously, and as shown in a similar cross section in FIG. 3B, each of the deep portions 3a and the shallow portions 3b can be provided alternately in the extending direction.
[0024]
Incidentally, although the laminated film 4 has a two-layer structure of the stretched base film layer 5 and the sealant layer 6 as shown in FIG. It can also be arranged on one or more intermediate layers 7 as shown in FIG.
[0025]
Here, when the laminated film had a two-layer structure of a biaxially stretched nylon base film layer having a thickness of 15 μm and a polyethylene sealant layer having a thickness of 50 μm, the light was irradiated using a laser beam generator manufactured by Sinrad. The groove depth of one linear groove when the output was variously changed in the range of 10 to 50% of 10 W, in other words, the groove bottom residual thickness of the biaxially stretched nylon base film layer was measured. The result shown in FIG.
[0026]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004250013
[0027]
Further, the tensile strength per 15 mm width of the bag-breaking guide groove thus formed was measured, and the result shown in the graph of FIG. 4 was obtained.
[0028]
According to this graph and Table 1, when the laser output becomes 20% or more, the residual thickness of the biaxially stretched nylon base film layer becomes zero, and the tensile strength becomes substantially constant only by the polyethylene sealant layer, while the tensile strength becomes 10%. It can be seen that at a light output of%, the melt strength of the nylon base film layer is 2 μm, but the tensile strength drops to 32.5%.
[0029]
Therefore, in a packaging bag formed of such a laminated film, the strength of the bag against the increase in the volume of the packaged product can be greatly reduced by the presence of the bag-breaking guide groove, and the packaged product such as a liquid seasoning can be reduced. When the packaged bag is heated, when the liquid seasoning or the like reaches a required temperature, the package bag can be ruptured reliably and smoothly at the groove position.
[0030]
FIG. 5 is a partial longitudinal sectional view showing an embodiment of a packaging structure using a packaging bag as described above, which is filled and packaged with a liquid seasoning, which is an example of food stored in a packaging container 8. Above the noodles 9, a perforated intermediate dish 10 having a large number of holes is provided in the container 8 so as to engage with the side wall of the container, and a liquid seasoning is packaged in the perforated intermediate dish 10. The packaging bag 1 thus placed is placed with the bag-breaking guide groove 3 facing downward, and the upper end opening of the container 8 is closed by engaging the lid 11 with the container.
It should be noted that such a packaging structure can be entirely repackaged with a heat-shrinkable film or the like.
[0031]
With such a packaging structure, the liquid seasoning can be reliably maintained at a certain quality or more over a long period of time due to the required physical properties imparted to the packaging bag 1. It can be secured long enough.
[0032]
On the other hand, in cooking and eating the packaged noodles 9 in many cases, the packaging bag for directly packaging the noodles 9 in the container is removed, and the noodles 9 and the like are again shown in the drawing. After returning to the state, the entire packaging structure is heated by, for example, a microwave oven.
[0033]
According to this, the noodles themselves that may contain water are heated, and the liquid seasoning in the packaging bag is also heated. By heating the seasoning, the seasoning also includes generated steam. When the volume, in other words, the internal pressure of the packaging bag exceeds a predetermined value, the packaging bag 1 in the perforated intermediate dish is ruptured at the position where the rupture guiding groove is formed as shown in FIG. Is poured into the noodles 9 at the bottom of the container 8 through the holes in the perforated intermediate dish 10.
[0034]
When the liquid seasoning is poured into the noodles 9 in this manner, or when the noodles 9 reach the time of eating due to continuation of some subsequent heating, the packaging structure is taken out of the microwave and Then, the lid 11 of the container 8 is removed, and the perforated intermediate dish 10 is removed together with the packaging bag 1 from which the seasoning has sufficiently flowed out, so that the noodles 9 can be eaten as it is.
Therefore, in this case, the consumer can eat the noodles without any trouble such as opening the seasoning packaging bag 1.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
Thus, according to the present invention, the filled and packed liquid can be maintained at a quality equal to or higher than a certain level for a long period of time under the same performance as that of the conventional flexible packaging bag. The packaging bag can be ruptured as required, and the liquid can be automatically drained, and thus can be poured into food or the like.
