Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the boiloff of a container even when it is heated in an electronic oven by a method wherein a lid body is provided with a hollow part formed therein, an upper wall and lower wall defining the hollow part are provided with a separate hole in communication with the hollow part and such a lid is used on the container containing foods. CONSTITUTION:A boiloff preventive lid is provided with a hollow part 2 formed in the interior of a lid body 1 and an upper wall 3 and a lower wall 4 defining the hollow part 2 are provided with holes 31 and 41 respectively in communication with the hollow part 2. Even when the contents 5 of a container are boiled, the bubbles 51 boiled over through the hole 41 are cooled and defoamed in the hollow part 2 and only a gas escapes through the hole 31 of the upper wall 3, whereby the boiloff of the contents can be reduced. When a liquid pack 7 wherein water is packed and sealed using the packing material containing a thin metal membrane 61 such as aluminum foil is placed in the container, the bubbles 51 boiled over through the hole 41 come in contact with the liquid pack 7 to be cooled in order to make the elimination of the bubbles much easier, whereby the effect of preventing the boiloff is enhanced. The thin metal membrane 61 has the property of reflecting the microwaves from an electronic oven and the liquid in the pack is difficult to heat and, for this reason, the effect of cooling the liquid pack 7 lasts for many hours.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is an attempt to solve the above problems by devising sauce, and its gist is to form a hollow part inside a lid body, and to form an upper wall that forms the hollow part. The boiling-over prevention lid is provided with a through hole communicating with the hollow part in each of the lower wall and the lower wall.

以下本発明を添付図面に基いてさらに詳しく説明する。The present invention will be explained in more detail below based on the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the boiling-over prevention lid of the present invention has a hollow part 2 formed inside a lid body 1, and the hollow parts 2 are formed in each of an upper wall 3 and a lower wall 4 forming the hollow part 2. Since the through holes 31 and 41 are provided to communicate with each other, even if the contents boil, the bubbles 51 that initially bubble over from the through hole 41 in the lower wall 4 of the lid body 1 are once cooled in the hollow part 2 and disappear. upper wall 3
Only gas can escape from the through hole 31, which reduces boiling over.

The material for forming the lid 1 is preferably a sheet made of a plastic having relatively excellent heat resistance, such as polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, and having a thickness of 100 to 1000 microns, which is formed by air pressure forming or vacuum forming. The hollow part 2 can be easily formed by molding the upper wall 3 and the lower wall 4 separately, combining them, and joining them at the peripheral edges. This hollow part 2
The height varies depending on the capacity of the container, etc., but it is 5 to 15 r.
Approximately t11 is preferable. The size of the through hole 31.41 is 0
.. The diameter of the through hole 31 in the upper wall 3 is 1
The number of through holes 41 in the lower wall 4 is preferably 2 to 10.

The positions of the through holes 31 and 41 are either offset from each other as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, or when the bubbles disappear in the through holes 41, they hit the upper wall 3 and are difficult to jump out of the through holes 31. Therefore, it is preferable.

As shown in Figure 2, thin metal M61 such as aluminum foil
By inserting the liquid package #7 in which water or the like is packaged and sealed using a packaging material containing the above, the bubbles 51 that bubble over from the through hole 4I will come into contact with the liquid package 7 and be cooled down, making it easier for them to disappear, thereby preventing bubbles from boiling over. It is highly effective. Furthermore, the thin metal WA 61 has the property of reflecting microwaves from a microwave oven, and the liquid inside is not easily heated, so that the cooling effect of the liquid package 7 lasts for a long time.
