Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも1つの可撓性の加熱抵抗5を備えた加熱素子1と、少なくとも2つの可撓性の配電器電極3、3’が互いに離間し、かつ作動中に少なくとも局所的に本質的に加熱抵抗5の層高延長9と平行に向いた電流の流れを可能にするために、加熱抵抗5を少なくとも部分的にその中間に埋込み配置した前記配電器電極とを備えた加熱装置に関する。加熱抵抗5および配電器電極3、3’が多数の凹所によって層高延長9の方向へ貫通していることが考慮されている。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの可撓性の加熱抵抗(5)を備えた加熱素子(1)と、少なくとも2つの可撓性の配電器電極(3、3’)が互いに離間し、かつ作動中に少なくとも局所的に本質的に加熱抵抗(5)の層高延長(9)と平行に向いた電流の流れを可能にするために、加熱抵抗(5)を少なくとも部分的にその中間に埋込み配置した前記配電器電極とを備えた加熱装置であって、加熱抵抗(5)および配電器電極(3、3’)が多数の凹所(22)によって層高さの延び(9)の方向へ貫通していることを特徴とする加熱装置。
- 多数の凹所(22)によって多数のウェブ(20)が形成され、貫通層(3、3’、5)のウェブ(20)および凹所(22)がそれぞれ合同に上下に配置され、貫通層(3、3’、5)から形成された複合体が少なくとも部分的に網状構造を形成し、および/または前記層(3、3’、5)のウェブ(22)が少なくとも1つの方向に層高さの延び(9)と垂直に伸びていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の加熱装置。
- 加熱抵抗(5)がPTC−効果をもつ材料を有し、この材料が温度を35〜90℃、好ましくは60〜90℃、好ましくは70〜80℃の領域に制限することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の加熱装置。
- 加熱素子(1)が少なくとも2つの配電導体(14、14’)を備えた、コンタクト装置(10、10’)を有し、前記配電器電極がほぼ平行におよび/またはほぼ均等の平均間隔で加熱素子を少なくとも部分的に塗布して加熱素子(1)に配置され、かつ前記配電器電極において好ましくは隣接する配電導体(14、14’)が加熱素子(1)の互いに異なる側(層高さの延び(9)を基準)に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 加熱素子が車両座席、ステアリングホイールまたは車両のその他のインテリアの中に特に利用者接触表面の近傍に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 加熱素子がプラスチック、特にクッション発泡体で加工され、特に発泡または注型されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 加熱素子が作動中に少なくとも部分的に、特に不規則的な、空気調節装置(46)の空気流によって貫流されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
- 加熱素子が空気透過性の間隔層、特に編成体または渦巻ばねに取り付けられ、特に積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の加熱装置。
