Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle maintenance lift provided with a pair of left and right boards having dimensions smaller than the distance between front and rear tires of a vehicle, and a lifting device that raises and lowers the boards in synchronization.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the vehicle maintenance lift, a pair of left and right drive-on plates on which a vehicle can enter can be supported by a lifting device including an X-type link mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder in a pit dug on the ground. The drive-on plate is lifted up from the lower limit position where the upper surface of the vehicle coincides with the ground by the operation of the lifting / lowering device, thereby enabling inspection below the vehicle and oil change.
The drive-on plate is provided with a freewheel lift including a board having a dimension smaller than the distance between the front and rear tires of the vehicle and a second lifting / lowering device also including an X-link mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder. 2. Description of the Related Art There is known a vehicle in which a body of a vehicle mounted on a plate is lifted up to make wheels free, and operations such as maintenance of undercarriages can be performed.
[0003]
In the case of such a freewheel type, in a vehicle having a box-shaped body such as a normal passenger car, a rubber pad can be applied to a lift point to lift up with a board, but in a vehicle having a frame structure such as an RV car or a truck, a frame is used. And the width of the left and right sides is narrow, so that a pair of swing arms are provided rotatably on the outside of each board so that the vehicle can be supported inside the boards. However, since the swing arm has a structure of turning on the upper surface of the board, when the drive-on plate is lowered to the lower limit position, the swing arm protrudes on the upper surface, which hinders the movement and work of the vehicle. Therefore, the swing arm is detachably provided from an arm bracket on the outside of the board so that the swing arm can be detached when the swing arm is not used (see Patent Document 1), or an air cylinder for raising and lowering the swing arm outside the board is used. An invention is employed in which the projection is sometimes protruded from the upper surface of the board, and is lowered so as to be flush with the upper surface of the board when not in use (see Patent Document 2).

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2664359 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-272891
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the work of attaching and detaching the swing arm each time it is used is troublesome, and adopting the lifting mechanism of the swing arm increases the cost. In addition, even if the swing arm can be attached and detached and ascending and descending, the swing arm arm bracket is still required outside the board, so the width of the lift is increased accordingly, and the distance between the worker located outside and the vehicle Is distant and makes workability worse. Further, since the pit needs to be widened to accommodate the arm bracket and the swing arm at the lower limit position, extra work is required.

Therefore, the inventions according to Claims 1 and 3 are advantageous in terms of cost and workability by enabling a vehicle having a simple configuration to lift up a vehicle corresponding to a wide range of vehicle types without providing a swing arm outside the board. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle maintenance lift.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention is directed to a first aspect of the present invention, in which a board can be housed in a board and pulled out of the board, and includes an extended side of the board and / or a side between both boards. It is characterized in that a movable cradle that can move into a predetermined area is provided.
In addition to the object of the first aspect, the invention according to claim 2 stores the movable pedestal in the storage portion provided at the end of the board in order to rationally form the movable pedestal in a compact space. And a slide body that can be pulled out to the extension side of the board with an arbitrary length, and a slide arm that is housed in the slide body and that can be drawn out between the two boards with an arbitrary length.
[0008]

[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Form 1》
First, an embodiment corresponding to the first invention will be described. FIG. 1 is an overall view showing an example of a vehicle maintenance lift. The vehicle maintenance lift 1 includes a pair of bases 2 and 2 and a pair of left and right drive-on plates 3 and 3 located above the bases 2 and 2. And an X-type link mechanism 4 is provided between each base 2 and the drive-on plate 3. Each X-type link mechanism 4 rotatably pivots one end of each of the links 4a and 4b to the base 2 and the drive-on plate 3, respectively, and attaches a roller 5 provided at the other end to the base 2 And a guide rail 6 provided on the drive-on plate 3 and slidably connected to a pivot-side end of one link 4a and a portion of the other link 4b near the center of rotation on the pivot side. They are connected by a cylinder 7. Therefore, the X-type link mechanisms 4, 4 are opened and closed by synchronizing the left and right cylinders 7, 7 to extend and retract, so that the drive-on plates 3, 3 can be moved up and down in a horizontal posture.
[0010]
The bases 2, 2 are installed in pits 8 dug on the floor F, and the cylinders 7 are controlled such that the upper surfaces of the drive-on plates 3, 3 coincide with the floor F at the lower limit position. You. 9, 9,... Are wheel stoppers provided at the front and rear ends of each drive-on plate 3 in the longitudinal direction. When the drive-on plate 3 is raised, it has an inclined posture and interferes with tires of a vehicle riding on the drive-on plate 3. At the lower limit position where the drive-on plate 3 coincides with the floor F, the drive-on plate 3 comes into contact with the floor F and assumes a horizontal posture, so that the vehicle can get on and off the drive-on plates 3 and 3.
[0011]
At the center of each drive-on plate 3, a freewheel lift (hereinafter, referred to as a "small lift") 10 whose dimension is shorter than the drive-on plate 3 in the longitudinal direction (the direction in which the vehicle enters) is provided. Hereinafter, since the left and right small lifts 10 have the same structure, only one side will be described.
Similar to the drive-on plate 3, the small lift 10 is supported by the X-type link mechanism 11 including links 11a and 11b, one of which is a rotating end and the other is a sliding end, and is supported by the X-type link mechanism 11. It has a board 12 having a dimension shorter than the distance between the front and rear tires, and a cylinder 13 for connecting the links 11a and 11b to each other. It can be moved up and down in synchronization with the left and right while maintaining the horizontal posture. At the lower limit position of the board 12, the upper surface of the board 12 is fitted into an opening 14 formed at the center of the drive-on plate 3 so that the upper surface of the board 12 substantially coincides with the upper surface of the drive-on plate 3.
[0012]
At both front and rear ends of the board 12 in the longitudinal direction, movable receiving stands 15 which can be arbitrarily pulled out and stored are provided. Details of the movable receiving table 15 are shown in FIGS.
First, at the end of the board 12, a hollow storage portion 16 is opened in which a short side of the board 12, a part of an inner long side continuous to the short side, and a part of an upper surface continuous to both sides are opened. The movable receiving table 15 is stored in the storage section 16. The movable receiving table 15 is pivotally mounted on the outside of the board 12 by a fulcrum pin 17 so as to be horizontally pivotable, and can be pulled out from the storage section 16 to the extension side of the board 12. The slide arm 19 is housed and can be pulled out at an arbitrary length. On the upper surface of the slide body 18, a convex portion 20 is formed which just fits in the upper opening of the storage portion 16 and whose upper surface substantially coincides with the upper surface of the board 12. In addition, a through hole 21 is formed for convenient locking of a finger or the like for storage.
[0013]
The slide arm 19 is a rod-shaped body having a rectangular cross section that is slidably housed in a housing portion 22 formed in the slide body 18 in parallel with the longitudinal side surface. It is substantially coincident with the short side surface of the slide body 18 and can be pulled out to an arbitrary length that can be prevented by a stopper (not shown) by locking and pulling a finger or the like into the through hole 23 provided on the outermost surface. . Further, a wide ridge 24 is formed on the upper surface of the slide arm 19 along the longitudinal direction of the slide arm 19, and fits with a notch 25 formed on the upper surface of the slide body 18. The action of the guide for taking in and out and the stopper at the time of storage are obtained. Reference numerals 26, 26 denote attachment holes formed on the protrusions 24 of the slide arm 19 in front and rear in the longitudinal direction, and an attachment 27 can be attached to the attachment holes 26. Here, the attachment 27 can be inserted into the mounting hole 26, a sleeve 28 having a flange formed at the upper end and a screw hole formed at the center, and a height-adjustable receiving metal 29 screwed into the sleeve 28. Consists of
[0014]
When the vehicle maintenance lift 1 configured as described above is used, first, the drive-on plates 3, 3 are moved to the floor F while the boards 12, 12, which accommodate the movable receiving table 15 at both ends, are lowered to the lower limit position. And drive the vehicle into a predetermined position on the drive-on plates 3 and 3. Then, when the drive-on plates 3 and 3 are raised to a predetermined height, it is possible to perform inspection below the vehicle and change oil.
On the other hand, when the underbody maintenance is performed, the small lifts 10 are used. That is, if the drive-on plates 3, 3 are kept at the lower limit position, or after the drive-on plates 3, 3 are raised to a predetermined height, the boards 12, 12 are raised to support the vehicle body and lift up. Free tires. Here, in the case where the vehicle C is a small / medium-sized passenger car having a box-shaped body, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the vehicle on the upper surfaces of the boards 12, 12 including the movable pedestal 15 while the movable pedestal 15 is accommodated. The rubber pads 30, 30 may be set at the respective lift points, and the boards 12, 12 may be raised.
[0015]
On the other hand, when the vehicle is a large-sized passenger car having a box-shaped body, the length of the vehicle is long. Therefore, as shown in FIG. Then, the rubber pads 30 are respectively set at the lift points of the vehicle on the upper surface of each slide body 18 and the boards 12, 12 are lifted, whereby the vehicle C can be lifted up.
When the vehicle is an RV car or a small truck having a frame structure, the frame is located inside the respective boards 12, and therefore, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. When the body 18 is made to protrude toward the extension side of the board 12 and the slide arm 19 is pulled out from each slide body 18 by a predetermined amount toward the side between the boards 12, 12, the slide arm 19 is inserted into one of the mounting holes 26, 26 of the slide arm 19. The receiving money 29 of the provided attachment 27 can be positioned at a lift point below the frame 31 of the vehicle C. Therefore, if the boards 12, 12 are raised in this state, the vehicle can be lifted up.
[0016]
As described above, according to the vehicle maintenance lift 1 of the first embodiment, the vehicle can be lifted up in a wide variety of vehicle types without providing a swing arm outside the board. Therefore, the problem of the attaching / detaching work and the cost increase related to the adoption of the swing arm does not occur. Further, the omission of the swing arm eliminates a portion protruding outside the board, so that the width of the entire lift is reduced, and the distance between the worker located outside and the vehicle is reduced, thereby improving workability. In addition, the pits need to be minimal.
In particular, in the first embodiment, since the movable cradle is formed of the slide body and the slide arm accommodated in the slide body, the movable cradle of the present invention has a reasonable configuration that can be formed in a compact space. I have.
[0017]
Form 2》
Next, another embodiment of the first invention will be described. Since the configuration other than the movable cradle is the same as that of the first embodiment, the duplicate description will be omitted, and only the structure of the movable cradle will be mainly described. This is the same in the embodiments 3 and 4 described later.
FIG. 7 shows that the slide body 18 a of the movable receiving table 15 is provided so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the board 12, and the convex portion 20 is flush with the upper surface of the board 12 when the board is stored in the storage section 16. It forms a part of the board 12 and can be extended by a necessary amount by a stopper (not shown) when the board 12 is pulled out. The slide arm 18a is also provided with a slide arm 19, which has the same structure as the slide arm described with reference to FIGS.
[0018]
As described above, also in the second embodiment, in the case of a small-sized passenger car, the movable receiving base 15 is accommodated as shown in FIG. 4A, and in the case of a large passenger car, only the slide body 18a of the movable receiving base 15 is moved toward the extension side of the board 12. In the case of an RV vehicle or the like, when the slide body 18a and the slide arm 19 are pulled out and used between the boards 12 and 12 as shown in FIG. The rubber pad 30 or the holder 29 of the attachment 27 can be positioned at the lift point to lift up.
Therefore, the same effects as those of the first embodiment, such as the problem of the detachment operation and the cost increase associated with the adoption of the swing arm, the improvement of the workability due to the reduction in the overall width of the lift, and the minimization of the pits can be obtained. Further, the compact structure employing the slide body and the slide arm is also the same as in the first embodiment.
[0019]
Form 3》
Next, an embodiment corresponding to the second invention will be described as modes 3 and 4.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the structure in which the slide body 18b of the movable receiving table 15 slides in the longitudinal direction of the board 12 is the same as that of FIG. 7, but here, instead of the slide arm, an auxiliary arm 32 is detachably provided. Have been. In other words, by inserting a pin 34 projecting downward at the base end of the auxiliary arm 32 into a mounting sleeve 33 provided on the upper surface of the slide body 18b near the outside of the board 12, the auxiliary arm 32 is rotated on the slide body 18b. The auxiliary arm 32 has a telescopic structure in which a second arm 36 to which an attachment 27 can be attached is slidably attached to a first arm 35 on which a pin 34 protrudes. It has become. On the other hand, the upper surface of the board 12 is provided with a notch 37 into which the mounting sleeve 33 can enter when the slide body 18b is stored, so that the auxiliary arm 32 can be mounted even when the slide body 18b is stored.
[0020]
As described above, in the third embodiment as well, the slide 18b of the movable pedestal 15 is accommodated in the board 12 in a small-sized passenger car, and the slide 18b of the movable pedestal 15 is protruded toward the extension of the board 12 in a large passenger car. If the vehicle is used in a state where the slide body 18b is pulled out and the auxiliary arm 32 is attached to the RV vehicle and the auxiliary arm 32 is protruded between the two boards 12, 12, the rubber pad 30 or the attachment 27 is attached to the lift point of each vehicle type. Can be lifted up by positioning the receiving money 29. Therefore, the same effects as those of the first embodiment, such as solving the problem of cost increase associated with the adoption of the swing arm outside the board, improving the workability by reducing the width of the entire lift, and minimizing the pits, can be obtained.
[0021]
Form 4》
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the adoption of the slide body 18 b and the detachable auxiliary arm 38 in the movable receiving table 15 is the same as in FIG. 8, but the mounting position of the auxiliary arm 38 (the position of the mounting sleeve 33) is It is set to the inside. Accordingly, the auxiliary arm 38 is also of a type that does not expand and contract because the lift point of each vehicle can be covered with a short dimension.
As described above, also in the fourth embodiment, the slide body 18b of the movable cradle 15 is accommodated in a small-sized passenger car, and the slide body 18b of the movable cradle 15 is projected to the extension side of the board 12 in a large passenger car. In the case of an RV vehicle, if the slide body 18b is pulled out and the auxiliary arm 38 is used in a state of protruding between the two boards 12, 12, the rubber pad 30 or the holder 29 of the attachment 27 is positioned at the lift point of each model. And lift it up. Therefore, the same effects as those of the first embodiment, such as solving the problem of cost increase associated with the adoption of the swing arm outside the board, improving the workability by reducing the width of the entire lift, and minimizing the pits, can be obtained.
[0022]
As other modified examples of the respective embodiments, the slide arm 19 described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 is provided near the longitudinal side surface of the slide body 18 to make the width of the slide body 18 smaller, and conversely, the width of the slide arm 19 is reduced. By increasing the size, it is conceivable that the structure of the slide body and the slide arm is substantially a telescope type. Alternatively, the position of the fulcrum pin 17 for pivotally mounting the slide body 18 may be provided on the inside of the board 12 in reverse, so that the turning range of the slide body 18 may be set large.
Also, the structure of the slide arm is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the structure of a pin provided at the base end of the slide arm and a stopper on the slide body side allows the slide arm to be horizontally moved at a maximum projecting position from the slide body by a predetermined angle. It is possible to make design changes such as being able to turn or storing a plurality of slide arms with respect to the slide body. Conversely, instead of such a linear slide, a structure in which the slide arm is pivotally mounted on the slide body so as to be horizontally pivotable and housed in the slide body as in the case of the slide body of mode 1 is also conceivable.
[0023]
The movable pedestal is not limited to a structure in which the movable pedestal is housed at the front and rear ends in the boarding direction, and as shown in FIG. 15a may be stored in a storage portion 16a formed inside the board 12, and from there, as shown by a two-dot chain line, may be pivotable to the space between the two boards 12 and to the extension side of the board 12, respectively. In this case, the same movable arm 15a as in the first embodiment may be accommodated, or the movable receiver 15a itself may have a telescope structure so that the movable receiver 15a can be extended and contracted at the pulled-out position.
[0024]
Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, a part or all of the movable cradle is housed inside the board. However, if there is space on the lower surface side of the board, a part or all of the movable cradle such as a slide body is provided. May be stored in a storage portion provided on the lower surface side of the board (it may be formed of the same hollow box-shaped body or a pair of U-shaped rails as the board) and can be pulled out.
[0025]
On the other hand, in the above-described embodiment, the X-type link mechanism is used to support the drive-on plate. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and it includes a long arm, a short arm, and a push rod, and connects the lower end of the long arm and the upper end of the short arm. Other link mechanisms such as a so-called λ-type link mechanism driven up and down by the expansion and contraction of a connected cylinder, and a pantograph-type link mechanism in which an X-type link mechanism is vertically connected in two stages can also be adopted.
Further, the present invention is not limited to such a link mechanism, and a drive-on plate may be connected to an upper end of one or a plurality of cylinders buried vertically in the floor. Of course, these changes in the support structure are also possible with a small lift.
[0026]
In the above-described embodiment, the lift is installed in a pit dug on the floor. However, the present invention is not limited to this. If the vehicle maintenance lift has a freewheel lift on a drive-on plate, the pit is not dug. Even if it is a type, the same operation and effect can be obtained by employing the movable receiving table of the present invention.
Further, in the above embodiment, the vehicle maintenance lift having a freewheel lift including a board and an elevating device on the drive-on plate has been described, but such a two-stage type is provided, and only a board having a short dimension is provided. The present invention is applicable to other types of vehicle maintenance lifts such as a single freewheel lift that is raised and lowered by a lifting device.
[0027]
In addition, in the above embodiment, each movable cradle has a structure capable of projecting to both the extension side of the board and the side between both boards, but only to the extension side of the board or only to the side between both boards. Even if it is possible to protrude, the width of the vehicle that can be lifted up is widened. For example, in the first and second embodiments, the slide arm is omitted and only the slide body is provided on the board, or conversely, the slide body is omitted and only the slide arm is provided on the board. Can be provided. Similarly, in modes 3 and 4, the auxiliary arm can be omitted.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and third aspects of the present invention, the vehicle can be lifted up in a wide variety of vehicle types without providing a swing arm outside the board.
According to the second aspect of the invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, since the movable cradle is formed by the slide body and the slide arm, the movable cradle can be formed in a compact space. It has become.
