Abstract
【解決手段】 過電流通電時バイメタルの湾曲量に応じて水平移動するシフタ5、電源部20によって欠相状態を表示する表示部30、固定接点8aを具備する固定台8、垂直方向に移動可能であり可動接点10を具備する可動台9、シフタの水平移動に応じて回転可能な連動レバー12、シフタと連動レバーに接続される連結台14、連動レバーに近接して設けられ正常通電時可動台の移動を拘束し、欠相発生時可動台を拘束状態から解除するラッチレバー15を含んで構成される。

Description
電力を供給する電源部と、
前記電源部によって前記配線用遮断器の欠相状態を表示する表示部と、
前記電源部に電気的に接続され、固定接点を具備する固定台と、
垂直方向に移動可能であり、可動接点を具備し、前記固定接点と前記可動接点が接触された時、前記電源部と前記表示部とともに欠相状態を知らせる回路を構成する可動台と、
前記シフタの水平移動に応じて連動回転が可能な連動レバーと、
水平移動する前記シフタの動力を前記連動レバーに伝逹するため、前記シフタと前記連動レバーに接続される連結台と、
前記連動レバーに近接して設置され、正常通電時前記可動台の移動を拘束し、欠相発生時前記可動台を拘束状態から解除するラッチレバーと、を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする熱動電子式配線用遮断器の欠相表示装置を提供することによって達成される。

Claims (6)
- 電流通電時、ヒーターの発熱量に比例して湾曲されるバイメタルと、前記バイメタル上端に結合されて過電流通電時、前記バイメタルの湾曲量に応じて水平移動するシフタとを具備した熱動電子式配線用遮断器の欠相表示装置において、
電力を供給する電源部と、
前記電源部によって前記配線用遮断器の欠相状態を表示する表示部と、
前記電源部に電気的に接続され、固定接点を具備する固定台と、
垂直方向に移動可能であり、可動接点を具備し、前記固定接点と前記可動接点が接触された時、前記電源部と前記表示部とともに欠相状態を知らせる回路を構成する可動台と、
前記シフタの水平移動に応じて連動回転可能な連動レバーと、
水平移動する前記シフタの動力を前記連動レバーに伝逹するため、前記シフタと前記連動レバーに接続される連結台と、
前記連動レバーに近接して設けられて、正常通電時前記可動台の移動を拘束し、欠相発生時前記可動台を拘束状態から解除するラッチレバーと、を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする熱動電子式配線用遮断器の欠相表示装置。 - 前記可動台は垂直方向に上昇するようにバイアスする弾性手段によって弾性支持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱動電子式配線用遮断器の欠相表示装置。
- 前記連結台は、前記シフタに係合するための第1突起が一端側に形成され、前記連動レバーに係合するための第2突起が他端側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱動電子式配線用遮断器の欠相表示装置。
- 前記ラッチレバーは一端側に弾性力が作用する掛かりピンを有し、前記連動レバーの回転時、前記連動レバーが前記掛かりピンにかかることによって前記ラッチレバーが一緒に回転されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱動電子式配線用遮断器の欠相表示装置。
- 前記表示部はランプ、液晶ディスプレー、 LEDの中のいずれかを利用したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱動電子式配線用遮断器の欠相表示装置。
- 前記欠相表示装置は、前記配線用遮断器の欠相時、前記固定台及び可動台の接触によってブザーを鳴らすブザー部を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱動電子式配線用遮断器の欠相表示装置。
