Abstract
Description
【0001】

However, when a disposable plastic tape is used, a large amount of dust is generated, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of environment and resource saving. In addition, when the belt-shaped members described in Patent Literatures 1 to 4 are used, it is not easy to perform the operation of winding the belt-shaped members around the stacked cargo alone. Further, when a plurality of band-shaped members are required to cover the whole, the work load is further increased.
[0007]
The tubular net member described in Patent Document 5 has a size having a cross-sectional area equal to or larger than the pallet's bed area, and is adapted to the size of the pallet or the load by tightening the band member. Practically, the luggage is fixed only by the band member, and the net member itself is in a loose state. Therefore, the entire stacked cargo cannot be fixed with an equal holding force. Further, since the hook mounting position is fixed, the hook cannot be mounted if the hooking position on the pallet side does not match the hook mounting position. That is, it cannot be applied to pallets of various shapes.
[0008]
In view of the above situation, the present invention is a cargo collapse prevention net used with a pallet, which can stably fix the entire stacked cargo with an equal holding force, is easy to attach, and has a pallet and a cargo. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cargo collapse prevention net that can flexibly adapt to changes in the shape and size of the cargo.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a load collapse prevention net according to the present invention has a tubular net portion formed of an elastic material, and an elastic net passed along each of an upper edge and a lower edge of the tubular net portion. And a wire rod.
Preferably, a pair of upper closures that can be connected to each other are provided at opposing positions on the upper edge of the tubular net portion.

【The invention's effect】
The load collapse prevention net according to the present invention is configured to have a tubular net portion formed of an elastic material, and an elastic wire rod passed along each of an upper edge and a lower edge of the tubular net portion. Thereby, since it can be deformed including elastic deformation, it is possible to flexibly adapt to changes in the size of the pallet and the load, and the elasticity thereof can stably fix the entire stacked load with a uniform holding force. In addition, when the upper closure of the collapse prevention net is provided, the stacked cargo can be held more stably.
[0015]
In addition, the elastic wires at the upper edge and the lower edge are hooked on the pallet column and the under-hanger, so that the displacement and prevention of the collapse prevention net can be prevented. Furthermore, since the elastic wires at the upper edge and the lower edge are passed through the entire circumference, even when used for various pallets where the positions of the pallet pillars and the platform hanging tools are different, regardless of the hooking position, the elastic wires are used. Can be hooked.
[0016]
Furthermore, the work of putting the cargo collapse prevention net on the loads stacked on the pallet, hooking the elastic wire, and closing the upper closure can be performed very easily by one person.
