Abstract
【解決手段】 管路遮断部材7は、ガスの管路となる継手本体41に装着され、耐火性を有する筒状の熱膨張パッキング9と、少なくとも熱膨張パッキンの内周面と接触し、熱膨張パッキンが加熱された時に一端側が管路を塞ぐ方向に変形すると共に他端側が管路に支持される保持部材8を有する。

Description
火災等によるガス配管接続部からのガス漏れ無くすために、特許文献1には、送給管路に、例えば中空筒状の熱膨張部材を設けて、その部材が熱膨張して送給管路を遮断することが提案されている。この種熱膨張部材は、特許文献2及び特許文献3に記載されている。

Claims (7)
- ガスの管路に装着され、耐火性を有する筒状の熱膨張部材と、少なくとも前記熱膨張部材の内周面と接触し、前記熱膨張部材が加熱された時に少なくとも流体出口側の一端側が前記管路を塞ぐ方向に変形すると共に他端側が前記管路に支持される保持部材を有することを特徴とする管路遮断部材。
- 前記保持部材は、前記熱膨張部材の内周面と接触する櫛歯状の変形部とその根元部から前記熱膨張部材の外周面側に折り返された環状部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の管路遮断部材。
- 前記保持部材は、前記熱膨張部材の両端部に装着されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の管路遮断部材。
- 前記保持部材は、一端側が前記管路に固着され、耐火性と通気性を有する筒状部材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の管路遮断部材。
- ガスの管路に装着され、耐火性を有する熱膨張部材と、前記熱膨張部材とガスの管路との間に挟まれる固定部とそこから前記熱膨張部材の表面に沿って伸びる可動部を含む閉止部材を有することを特徴とする管路遮断部材。
- 管路形成部材と、その出口側に設けられた請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の管路遮断部材を有することを特徴とするガス配管用接続部材。
- 管路形成部材と、その出口側に設けられた請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の管路遮断部材を有すると共に、前記管路形成部材の出口側の内周面に複数条の係合部が形成され、前記熱膨張部材の外周面に、前記各係合部の間に装入される複数の突条部が形成されることを特徴とするガス配管用接続部材。
