Abstract

Claims (9)
- 予め決められた注入温度の熱交換用作動液による第1フローが注入された少なくとも1つの多管式熱交換器を反応環境に提供するステップを含み、
前記作動液は、対応する注入路または排出路にしたがって少なくとも1つの多管式熱交換器を通過し、予め決められた注入温度を有する作動液の第2フローが前記通路の1つまたは複数の中間位置において前記少なくとも1つの多管式熱交換器に供給される、
選択された化学反応を偽恒温状態下で触媒温床などの予め決められた反応環境において連続的に実行する方法。 - 管形要素(12)と、前記管形要素(12)内に定められており熱交換用作動流体の第1フローが通過するように意図されたチャンバ(16)と、前記管形要素(12)に接続されており且つ前記チャンバ(16)に流体が伝達可能に連結されている流体分配ダクト(8)及び流体収集ダクト(9)とを備え、
前記チャンバ(16)に流体を伝達する前記作動流体の第2フローの追加分配器(17)と、前記追加分配器(17)に流体を伝達する作動流体の前記第2フローの供給ダクト(18)とを有する、請求項1に記載の方法の為の熱交換器。 - 前記追加分配器(17)は、前記管形要素(12)内に支持されており、前記流体分配ダクト(8)と前記流体収集ダクト(9)との間の予め決められた距離において、前記チャンバ(16)に流体を伝達する少なくとも1個の穴19が形成されている、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記追加分配器(17)は、一端が閉じられ、他端が前記供給ダクト(18)に接続された菅形である、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記供給ダクト(18)は、前記流体分配ダクト(8)または前記流体収集ダクト(9)の内部に支持されている、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記追加分配器(17)は、前記管形熱交換器(12)の全長に渡って延びている、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記追加分配器(17)は、前記流体分配ダクト(8)と前記流体収集ダクト(9)との間の予め決められた距離において、列状に配置された複数の穴19が形成されている、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記追加分配器(17)の直径は、その全長に沿って変化している、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの管形熱交換器を備えた偽恒温反応器のための熱交換装置。
