Description
◎熱交換用作動流体の第1フローをチャンバに通過させるステップ
◎熱交換用作動流体の第2フローをチャンバに供給し、それにより作動流体の第2フローを作動流体の第1フローにチャンバの1つまたは複数の中間位置で混合するステップ
作動流体の第1フロー及び第2フローの注入温度は予め決められたものである。第2フローの流量及び流速を個別に変化させるようにしている。
追加分配器は、管形要素内に支持されており、供給ダクトと流体収集ダクトとの間の予め決められた距離において、チャンバに流体が通るようになっている少なくとも1個の穴が形成された、一端が閉じられ、他端が前記供給ダクトに接続された管形である。
供給ダクトは、流体分配ダクトの内部に支持されている。
作動流体の第1フロー及び第2フローの注入温度は予め決められたものであり、第2フローの流量及び流速を個別に変化させるようにしている。
Claims (6)
- 選択された化学反応を偽恒温状態下で予め決められた反応ゾーンにおいて連続的に実行するシェルを備えた偽恒温反応器の熱交換器において、
前記熱交換器は、前記シェルの内部に配置され、
管形要素と、
前記管形要素内に定められており熱交換用作動流体の第1フローが通過するように意図されたチャンバと、
前記管形要素に接続されており且つ前記チャンバに流体を伝達するように連結されている流体分配ダクト及び流体収集ダクトと、
前記チャンバの1つ又は複数の中間位置において流体を伝達するように連結されており、前記作動流体の第2フローを供給する追加分配器と、
前記追加分配器に流体を伝達するように連結されており、前記作動流体の前記第2フローを供給する供給ダクトとを備え、
前記追加分配器は、前記管形要素内に支持されており、前記供給ダクトと前記流体収集ダクトとの間の予め決められた距離において、前記チャンバに流体が通るようになっている少なくとも1個の穴が形成された、一端が閉じられ、他端が前記供給ダクトに接続された管形であり、
前記供給ダクトは、前記流体分配ダクトの内部に支持され、
作動流体の前記第1フロー及び前記第2フローの注入温度は予め決められたものであり、前記第2フローの流量及び流速を個別に変化させるようにした熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載された熱交換器を用いて、選択された化学反応を偽恒温状態下で予め決められた反応ゾーンにおいて連続的に実行する方法であって、
熱交換用作動流体の第1フローを前記チャンバに通過させるステップと、
熱交換用作動流体の第2フローを前記チャンバに供給し、それにより前記作動流体の第2フローを前記作動流体の第1フローに前記前記チャンバの1つまたは複数の中間位置で混合するステップとを備え、
作動流体の前記第1フロー及び前記第2フローの注入温度は予め決められたものであり、
前記第2フローの流量及び流速を個別に変化させるようにした化学反応の実行方法。 - 前記追加分配器は、前記熱交換器の全長に渡って延びている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記追加分配器は、前記供給ダクトと前記流体収集ダクトとの間の予め決められた距離において、列状に配置された複数の穴が形成されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記追加分配器の直径は、その全長に沿って変化している、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1,3〜5のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの熱交換器を備えた、偽恒温反応器に用いられる熱交換装置。
