Abstract

Claims (9)
- 金属構成部品の表面から試料を得るための放電加工式試料採取装置(70)であって、該装置は、水中で作動可能であり、
ベースプレート(72)と、
それを貫通して延びる少なくとも1つの穴(80)を備える放電電極(76)と電極ホルダ(78)とを含み、前記ベースプレートに移動可能に結合された電極組立体(74)と、
前記電極に作動的に結合された粒子収集組立体(82)と、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの電極穴が、前記粒子収集組立体と流体連通している、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - モータ(92)と、該モータ及び前記電極組立体(74)に作動的に結合された電極駆動機構(90)とを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電極駆動機構(90)が、前記電極組立体(74)を構成部品の表面に対してほぼ垂直な平面に沿って移動させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ベースプレート(72)に結合された位置合わせブラケット(110)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置合わせブラケット(110)が、少なくとも3つの整準スタッド(112)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ベースプレート(72)に結合された位置決め組立体(116)を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記位置決め組立体(116)が、前記ベースプレート(72)に結合された支持ブラケット(118)と該試料採取装置を構成部品に結合するための手段(120)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記試料採取装置を構成部品に結合するための前記手段(120)が、前記支持ブラケット(118)に結合された少なくとも2つの吸盤(122)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記粒子収集組立体(82)が、フィルタハウジング(86)内に配置されたフィルタ要素(84)を含み、前記フィルタハウジングが真空源に作動的に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
