Abstract
【解決手段】 二成分等の複数成分から構成される合成樹脂フィラメントを有効面上に収集した後、高速ウォータージェットにより統合し、次いで加熱処理に施し捲縮させることによりスパンボンドマットが得られた。

Description
本発明において、スパンボンドとは連続した(continuous)フィラメントから形成されたウェブと、場合によってはこれより短いフィラメントとから成るウェブ、すなわち種々の長さのフィラメントを含み必ずしも連続していないフィラメントを含むウェブを意味する。
スパンボンド、すなわち連続的又は半連続的フィラメント等によるマットから形成されたウェブを通常の方法で製造する場合、マットまたはフリースに含まれるフィラメントは相互に重なる部分で結合している。この様なウェブにおいて一般に重要とされる特性の一つとして、フィラメントの容積(嵩)が挙げられる。嵩高性についての特性は非常に必要とされる場合がある。
(a)少なくとも2種類の合成樹脂成分を含む複数成分フィラメントを押出し、
(b)支持体上に、複数成分フィラメントをマット形態に施し、
(c)ウォータージェット処理に付すことにより複数成分フィラメントから成るマットをウェブ状に統合し、および
(d)ウェブを加熱処理し、フィラメントを捲縮させウェブの嵩を増大させる、
各工程により行われる。

Claims (7)
- (a)少なくとも2種類の合成樹脂成分を含む複数成分フィラメントを押出し、
(b)支持体上に、複数成分フィラメントをマット形態に施し、
(c)ウォータージェット処理に付すことにより複数成分フィラメントから成るマットをウェブ状に統合し、および
(d)ウェブを加熱処理し、フィラメントを捲縮させ、ウェブの嵩を増大させる、各工程を有するフィラメントウェブの製造方法。 - 工程(a)で製造された複数成分フィラメントが二成分フィラメントである請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 複数成分フィラメントの各成分が並列に配置されている請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 工程(d)におけるウェブの加熱処理が、ウェブの熱空気による処理である請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 複数成分フィラメントの各成分が並列に配置されている請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 工程(d)におけるウェブの加熱処理が、ウェブの熱空気による処理である請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 工程(d)におけるウェブの加熱処理が、ウェブの熱空気による処理である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
