本発明は、大入賞口を開閉する開閉部材が、所定始動条件の成立を契機として所定開閉態様で開閉駆動される可変入賞装置を備えたパチンコ遊技機に関する。

大入賞口を開閉する開閉部材を備え、かつ該大入賞口により外部と連通する閉鎖作動領域内に一般領域と特定領域とを備えた可変入賞装置と、遊技球の通過により前記開閉部材を開閉させる始動領域とを備えてなり、該始動領域を遊技球が通過すると、開閉部材が1回若しくは2回の瞬時的な往復開閉駆動を行ない、その開放時に大入賞口から閉鎖作動領域内に流入した遊技球が特定領域を通過した場合に、開閉部材が連続的に往復開閉駆動される大当りとしての特別開放作動を発生させるとともに、該特別開放作動中にあって、開閉部材の開放駆動開始から、開閉部材の所定制限開閉回数の開閉満了、大入賞口からの規定個数の入賞満了、又は遊技球の特定領域の通過の何れかの終了条件の成立を契機として開閉部材の開放駆動が終了する開閉ラウンドを、特定領域の球通過を条件として、所定回数継続するようにしたパチンコ遊技機は、いわゆる第二種パチンコ遊技機として知られている。

この種のパチンコ遊技機にあっては、可変入賞装置の閉鎖作動領域内で、大入賞口から特定領域に至る球流路に、遊技球の特定領域の通過を容易とする状態と、困難とする状態を可変的に生じるように作動する種々の誘導部材が配設されており、該誘導部材によって、始動領域の球通過を駆動契機とする開閉部材の開放駆動により大入賞口から閉鎖作動領域内に流入した遊技球の流れ,動きに変化を生じさせて、該遊技球が特定領域を通過するか否か、即ち特別開放作動が発生するか否かを演出するようにしている。

また、図12に示すように、可変入賞装置aの上部には、一般入賞口bが一体的に設けられるのが普通であり、該一般入賞口bより下方の左右両側に、開閉部材c,cにより開閉制御される大入賞口d,dが設けられている。

一方、第一種パチンコ遊技機、或いは第三種パチンコ遊技機にあっても、開閉部材により開閉制御される大入賞口を備えた可変入賞装置が用いられるが、第二種パチンコ遊技機とは異なり、大当りとしての特別遊技作動の発生に伴って開閉部材が所定開閉態様で開閉駆動されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、特に第二種パチンコ遊技機にあっては、始動領域の球通過を駆動契機とする開閉部材の開放駆動時に、大入賞口から閉鎖作動領域内に流入した遊技球が唯一の固定的な領域からなる特定領域を通過することによってのみ、大当りとしての特別開放作動が発生するため、始動領域の球通過を駆動契機とする開閉部材の開放駆動時に、大入賞口に遊技球を入賞させることが最も重要である。しかしながら、始動領域の球通過を駆動契機として開放駆動される開閉部材は、その開放時間が極めて短いため、遊技者はいつ大入賞口が開放されてもよいように、常に可変入賞装置の近辺に遊技球を近寄らせることに留意して球発射操作を行っているのであるが、可変入賞装置の上部には一般入賞口b(図12参照)が設けられていることにより、大入賞口d,dの開放時に、該一般入賞口bに遊技球が入賞してしまうと、折角、可変入賞装置の近辺に近寄った遊技球が大入賞口d,dに入賞しなくなり、大当り発生のチャンスが失われることとなる。このため、大入賞口d,dの開放時において一般入賞口bに遊技球が入賞すると、遊技者は大きな落胆感を抱くこととなり、遊技意欲が低下するという問題点がある。

また、第二種パチンコ遊技機にあっては、遊技球の通過により開閉部材を開閉させる始動領域を複数備え、所定の始動領域毎に開閉部材の開放時間や開閉回数を異ならせて、大入賞口への入賞率を変化させるようにしているが、このような開閉部材の作動態様による入賞率の変更手段は既によく知られているため、斬新性や興趣性が喪失して、遊技者に飽きられつつあるという問題点がある。

本発明は、かかる従来の問題点の改善を試みたものであって、開閉部材の開閉駆動時に、一般入賞口への遊技球の流入を常に又は選択的に阻止し得るとともに、大入賞口への入賞率を変化させ得る新規な構成の可変入賞装置を備えたパチンコ遊技機を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、入賞ケースの上部位置に一般入賞口が設けられるとともに、入賞ケースの左右両側に開口された大入賞口に、該大入賞口を開閉する開閉部材が夫々配設された可変入賞装置を備えてなり、所定始動条件の成立を契機として前記開閉部材が所定開閉態様で開閉駆動されるパチンコ遊技機において、開閉部材の開閉駆動時に、一般入賞口への遊技球の流入を阻止する球流入阻止部材を備えたことを特徴とするパチンコ遊技機である(請求項1)。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の第一実施例を、添付図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、第二種パチンコ遊技機として構成されたパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤1を示す正面図であって、該遊技盤1には、その略中央部に可変入賞装置2Aが配設されており、また、該可変入賞装置2Aの下方には、始動領域3aを中央に位置させてその両側に始動領域3b,3bが略横一列状に配設されている。

前記始動領域3aは、遊技球の通過により球検知信号を送出する始動スイッチS1(図4参照)を備えており、該始動スイッチS1 から球検知信号が送出されると、所定個数(例えば15個)の賞球が払い出されるとともに、後述する可変入賞装置2Aの開閉部材4a,4aが開閉駆動され、大入賞口5,5の所定時間(例えば0.5秒間)の開放が2回行われる。また、始動領域3b,3bは、遊技球の通過により球検知信号を送出する始動スイッチS2(図4参照)を夫々備えており、該始動スイッチS2,S2 から球検知信号が送出されると、所定個数(例えば15個)の賞球が払い出されるとともに、開閉部材4a,4aが開閉駆動されて、大入賞口5,5の所定時間(例えば0.3秒間)の開放が1回行われる。

前記可変入賞装置2Aには、図2,図3に示すように、外郭を構成する入賞ケース9の略中央位置に、矩形状に開口された奥に深い閉鎖作動領域10が形成されている。入賞ケース9は、左右両側に側壁部11,11を備え、かつ上部及び下部に天蓋部13と底壁部14とを備えている。天蓋部13と底壁部14間の上方寄り中段位置には水平状の支持壁12が横設されており、該支持壁12の下部が前記閉鎖作動領域10となっている。また、支持壁12と天蓋部13間の左右両側に閉鎖作動領域10を外部と連通させる大入賞口5,5が設けられている。支持壁12上には、左右一対の開閉部材4a,4aが左右方向に摺動可能に支持されており、該開閉部材4a,4aを図示しない大入賞口開閉ソレノイド32(図4参照)等からなる駆動手段によって往復駆動することにより、図2に示すように、外側方に突出して大入賞口5,5を開放する開放位置と、図3に示すように、内側方に後退して大入賞口5,5を閉鎖する閉鎖位置とに変換制御し得るようになっている。尚、前記天蓋部13は、外端が下方に向けて湾曲する円弧状に形成されており、その周面によって遊技球を大入賞口5,5へ導く案内作用を生じるようになっている。

主制御基板60には、パチンコ遊技機の遊技作動等を制御するための基板回路が設けられており、この基板回路上には主制御用中央制御装置CPUが配設されている。この主制御用中央制御装置CPUは、遊技に関する統括的な制御を処理実行するものであって、該主制御用中央制御装置CPUには、演算処理に用いる動作プログラムを格納する記憶装置ROMと、必要なデータを随時読み書き可能な記憶装置RAMとが、データを読み書きするアドレスを指定する情報を一方的に伝えるアドレスバス(図示省略)と、データのやり取りを行なうデータバス(図示省略)を介して接続され、該主制御基板60の基板回路を構成している。記憶装置ROMには、開閉部材4a,4a及び遮蔽部材17(第二実施例及び第三実施例にあっては可動部材27,27)の作動を制御する制御プログラム等の固定データが記憶されている。また、記憶装置RAMには、上述した始動スイッチS1 ,S2 、一般入賞スイッチS3 、球検知スイッチ(カウントスイッチ)S4 ,S4 、特定領域スイッチS5 等から送出された球検知信号等の情報が一時的に記憶される記憶エリア、ソフトタイマを構成するレジスタ領域及びワークエリア等が設けられている。

この主制御基板60の基板回路には、所定のクロックパルスを出力するクロック装置(図示省略)が設けられ、主制御用中央制御装置CPUに接続されている。そして主制御用中央制御装置CPUは一定間隔のクロックパルスによって、時系列的に演算処理を行い、一連の処理作動を順次実行する。また、このクロック装置により出力されたクロックパルスをカウントして、時間を計測するタイマーも接続されている。

また、主制御基板60の基板回路には、主制御用中央制御装置CPUが周辺機器とデータ通信を行う入力ポート(図示省略)及び出力ポート(図示省略)が設けられている。該入力ポートには、盤面中継基板61を介して上述した始動スイッチS1 ,S2 、一般入賞スイッチS3 、球検知スイッチ(カウントスイッチ)S4,S4 、特定領域スイッチS5 が接続されており、主制御基板60が2ms毎に各スイッチS1 〜S5 の遊技球検出状態を調べ、遊技球検出があるとその信号が波形整形回路により波形整形されて主制御用中央制御装置CPUに入力され、その情報が記憶装置RAMに記憶される。一方、主制御基板60の出力ポートには、盤面中継基板61を介して大入賞口開閉ソレノイド32、図示しないラウンド回数等の所要情報の表示装置、遮蔽部材17(可動部材27,27)の駆動用ソレノイド18、誘導部材の駆動モータ等が接続されており、これらが主制御用中央制御装置CPUの制御指令信号に従って作動される。また、主制御基板60の出力ポートを介して主制御用中央制御装置CPUの制御指令信号が、音源制御基板63、光源制御基板64、及び払出制御基板65の各入力ポートに向けて一方向に発信されるようになっている。
