TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for an elevator, and more particularly to a control device for a large-capacity elevator that drives a hoist constituted by a multi-winding motor by connecting a plurality of inverter devices and converter devices.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A drive device for a large-capacity ultra-high-speed elevator or a double-deck elevator in which an upper car and a lower car are connected controls a motor with a plurality of inverter devices and converter devices.
[0003]
In recent years, buildings are becoming higher and higher, and ultra-high-speed elevators for mass transportation of passengers and double deck elevators capable of transporting two passengers at a time are used. A motor for driving such an elevator uses a multi-winding motor having a large capacity. The control device that performs the control has a configuration in which a plurality of inverter devices and converter devices are connected to control the motor. For example, FIG. 10 shows a conventional system example.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such an elevator control device has the following problems. The output voltage becomes uneven due to the unbalance between the A winding and the B winding of the motor of the hoisting
[0010]
In such a state, for example, if the output of the A-system inverter is output as instructed but the current of the B-system inverter does not sufficiently flow, the control circuit corrects the current to flow to the B-system. Operate. When the current is passed through the B system, the current value deviates from the current value required for the A system, causing torque ripple. If the current cannot be sufficiently output, the torque command itself also changes. Such a state is repeated, and longitudinal vibration is generated, so that riding comfort is deteriorated.
[0011]
If the motor structure is such that the A-system and B-system windings are respectively built in the left and right sides of the sheave, for example, the current is unbalanced in the left and right due to the current imbalance between the A-system and the B-system. It is conceivable that mechanical problems may occur, such as the occurrence of the influence on the riding comfort or the damage of the bearing of the motor rotating shaft.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and improves efficiency reduction due to current imbalance when a multi-winding motor is driven by a plurality of inverter devices, suppresses vibration, and reduces riding. An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator control device that can improve comfort.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to
[0014]
According to the present invention, individual current control means is provided for each motor winding system, the same torque command is given, the q-axis current is controlled uniformly, and the magnetic flux is made uniform in each system, so that each motor winding system has It is possible to improve the current imbalance, prevent an abnormal stop of the elevator due to a decrease in the efficiency of the inverter, and improve the riding comfort due to vibration.
[0015]
The invention according to
[0016]
According to the present invention, the magnetic pole position of each system is estimated from the armature inductance, and the magnetic pole position is corrected so that the responses of the two systems match, thereby improving the current imbalance of each motor winding system and improving the inverter. An abnormal stop of the elevator due to a decrease in efficiency can be prevented, and the riding comfort due to vibration can be improved.
[0017]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a hoist comprising a multi-winding motor for raising and lowering an elevator, a plurality of inverters and converters for driving the multi-winding motor, and a shaft of the multi-winding motor. In an elevator control device provided with a rotation detection means for detecting a rotation position and a control means for controlling an inverter device and a converter device, a magnetic flux in a magnetic flux direction of a permanent magnet is adjusted by a d-axis current, and a voltage is applied to each winding system. , So that the current of each system is controlled uniformly.
[0018]
According to the present invention, the d-axis current adjusts the magnetic flux in the magnetic flux direction of the permanent magnet, adjusts the magnetic flux in each winding system, and controls the voltage evenly. Abnormal stop of the elevator due to the decrease of the vehicle, and the riding comfort due to the vibration can be improved.
[0019]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a hoist comprising a multi-winding motor for raising and lowering an elevator, a plurality of inverter devices and a converter device for driving the multi-winding motor, and a shaft of the multi-winding motor. In an elevator control device including a rotation detection means for detecting a rotation position and a control means for controlling an inverter device and a converter device, in a low-speed operation, the magnetic flux is generated in a direction to cancel out the magnetic flux in each system in order to obtain a necessary magnetic flux. It is characterized in that an armature current is caused to flow.
[0020]
According to the present invention, at the time of low-speed operation, in order to obtain a required magnetic flux, an armature current is caused to flow in a direction in which the magnetic flux is canceled in each system, so that a current that is not affected by the dead time can be caused to flow. Thus, it is possible to improve the riding comfort due to the vibration generated due to the dead time as in the deceleration landing operation with the maximum passenger load.
[0021]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the elevator control device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, an unbalance ratio calculating means for calculating an unbalance ratio of a current of each system, and the unbalance ratio Comparing means for comparing the output of the calculating means with the unbalance threshold; and a notification for notifying when the output of the unbalance ratio calculating means exceeds the unbalance threshold as a result of the comparison. Means.
[0022]
According to the present invention, when the imbalance threshold is exceeded, a warning is issued by the notification means, and when the current imbalance does not improve, the necessity of maintenance can be promoted. Failure stop can be prevented.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, the same symbols indicate the same or corresponding parts.
[0024]
(First Embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows an example of a system configuration according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, a

[0028]
The result calculated by the speed control unit is commonly provided to the A system and B system current control units. The difference between the torque command (q-axis current command) and the A system current feedback value and the B system current feedback value is calculated and output to the current control unit of each system. The output of the current control unit is converted into two-phase / three-phase signals and output to the PWM circuits of the respective systems. The GATE_A signal is output to the
[0029]
The voltage values Vd and Vq on the two-phase axis are represented by the following equations.
[0030]
(Equation 1)
[0031]
Here, R: impedance, L: inductance,
P: differential operator, ed, eq: induced power.
[0032]
As described above, individual current control means is provided for each motor winding system of the multi-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor, the same torque command is given, the magnetic poles are adjusted, and the q-axis current is uniformly controlled to control the magnetic flux. , The current imbalance of each motor winding system can be improved, the abnormal stop of the elevator due to the decrease in the efficiency of the inverter can be prevented, and the riding comfort due to vibration can be improved.
[0033]
(Second embodiment)
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The configuration of this embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is the same as that of FIG. 1, but as a control configuration, the magnetic pole adjustment elements θadja and θadjb are added to the output θ of the rotation detecting means 10 for the A system and the B system, respectively. The θa and θb obtained by adding the magnetic pole correction elements Δθa and Δθb to the A-system and the B-system are supplied to the three-phase / two-phase converter (detection current dq converter) and the two-phase / three-phase converter.
[0034]
Next, a method of calculating the magnetic pole correction elements Δθa and Δθb will be described. In the case of a permanent magnet synchronous motor, the relationship between the magnetic pole position and the armature inductance is such that when a current flows in the same direction as the magnetic flux direction of the magnet, the inductance decreases due to magnetic saturation of the iron core, and the current flows in a direction orthogonal to the magnetic flux direction of the magnet. It has been found that when flowing, the inductance increases. The relationship between the magnetic pole position θ and the inductance L is represented as shown in FIG. Therefore, while the elevator is stopped, a step wave flows in the magnetic pole position of the rotor of the motor and the 90 ° advance direction (A system: θadja + 90 ° direction, B system: θadjb + 90 ° direction) for each of the A system and the B system. The current responses τa and τb are measured. The response time constant of the motor is represented by τ = L / R. Since L and R of the motor are known values in advance, the values are represented as τ0 = L0 / R0. As a result of the measurement, the time constant τa of the A system and the time constant τb of the B system are set. For example, if the time constant τa is closer to τ0 than τb, the B response is made to match the response of the A system. The magnetic pole position is adjusted to around 90 degrees in advance to some extent, and if it is considered that the magnetic pole is not shifted by 180 degrees in manufacturing the motor, the following correction can be made. As shown in FIG. 3, if the response of the B system is faster than that of the A system, Δθb1 is corrected in the direction of increasing the value of L (the direction of π as an angle), and the 90 ° advance direction (θadjb + Δθb1 + 90 °) Direction) is measured again. If the responses match, that value is determined as the correction value. If the responses do not match, a correction angle nΔθb1 at which the responses are repeated n times until they match is determined as a correction value Δθb.
[0035]
As described above, by correcting the magnetic poles of the two-winding permanent magnet type synchronous motor so that the current responses of the A-system and the B-system match, the current imbalance of each motor winding system due to the misalignment of the magnetic pole position can be reduced. Thus, it is possible to prevent an abnormal stop of the elevator due to a decrease in the efficiency of the inverter, and it is possible to improve the riding comfort due to the vibration.
[0036]
(Third embodiment)
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The basic configuration of this embodiment is almost the same as that of FIG. 1, but FIG. 4 shows a current control unit which is changed by adding a magnetic flux correction unit to the current control unit.
[0037]
The system A will be described. The torque command Tm takes a difference from the feedback value Iqa as a q-axis current command Iqa * and outputs the difference to the PI control unit. The d-axis side inputs the feedback values Ida and Idb of the A-system and the B-system to the d-axis magnetic flux
[0038]
The d-axis magnetic flux correction calculating unit 41 compares, for example, the magnitudes of the feedback currents Iqa and Iqb of the A system and the B system. If the B system is small, the d-axis current Idb of the B system flows in the positive direction and flows in the same direction as the magnet. To increase the induced voltage. The current can be made uniform by applying magnetic flux correction in the same direction as the magnet so that the voltage Vq of the A system and the voltage Vq of the B system match.
[0039]
In addition, the magnetic flux is corrected so that, for example, if the system B is large, the d-axis current Idb flows in the negative direction to weaken the magnetic flux in the same direction as the magnet and reduce the induced voltage so that the voltage of the system having the larger current is reduced. You may make it do.
[0040]
As described above, even if the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet varies in each system, the magnetic flux in the magnetic flux direction of the permanent magnet is adjusted by the d-axis current, the magnetic flux in each winding system is adjusted, and the voltage is uniformly controlled. It is possible to uniformly control the current in the system, prevent an abnormal stop of the elevator due to a decrease in the efficiency of the inverter, and improve riding comfort due to vibration.
[0041]
(Fourth embodiment)
Hereinafter, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Normally, the armature current flows so as to generate the same magnetic flux in the A-system and the B-system. However, when the motor is operated with a light load, the current does not flow much and the dead time is affected. The dead time is to turn off both elements for a certain period of time so that the P and N sides are not short-circuited. If the output current of the inverter is sufficiently large, there is no waveform distortion of the dead time. , The current waveform is distorted instead of being a sine wave. As a result, vibration is generated, which affects the riding comfort of the elevator. FIG. 6 shows an example of the waveform. Current waveform example 1 shows a waveform example affected by the dead time, and current waveform example 2 shows a waveform example when a sufficient current flows.
[0042]
Next, the configuration of this embodiment will be described. The configuration is the same as in FIG. However, the control configuration is changed, and the control block diagram is shown in FIG. A magnetic

[0045]
As described above, by controlling the magnetic fluxes to be generated in the directions of canceling the magnetic fluxes in the A and B systems, the inverter can output a sufficient current that is not affected by the dead time. Thus, the ride comfort due to vibration can be improved.
[0046]
(Fifth embodiment)
Hereinafter, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
[0047]
The basic configuration of this embodiment shown in FIG. 9 is the same as that of FIG. 1 except that a display unit is added to FIG. In addition, a current imbalance detector is added as a control configuration.

[0050]
As described above, the current imbalance ratio calculation means, the comparison means for comparing the output of the calculation means with the unbalance threshold and the display means are provided, and when the unbalance threshold is exceeded, an alarm is issued to the display means. By doing so, if the current imbalance does not improve without causing an abnormal stop due to an overcurrent, the necessity of maintenance can be promoted, so that a failure stop due to the current imbalance can be prevented.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, individual current control means is provided in each motor winding system of the multi-winding motor, and the same torque command is given to uniformly control the magnetic flux. The balance can be improved, the abnormal stop of the elevator due to the decrease in the efficiency of the inverter can be prevented, and the riding comfort due to the vibration can be improved.
[0052]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the current imbalance of each motor winding system due to misalignment of the magnetic pole position is improved by correcting the magnetic poles of the multi-winding motor so that the current responses of the respective systems match. Abnormal stop of the elevator due to a decrease in the efficiency of the vehicle can be prevented, and the riding comfort due to vibration can be improved.
[0053]
According to the third aspect of the invention, even if the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet varies in each system, the magnetic flux in the magnetic flux direction of the permanent magnet is adjusted by the d-axis current, the magnetic flux in each winding system is adjusted, and the voltage is uniformly controlled. By doing so, it is possible to uniformly control the current of each system, prevent an abnormal stop of the elevator due to a decrease in the efficiency of the inverter, and improve the riding comfort due to vibration.
[0054]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, by controlling each system to generate a magnetic flux in a direction to cancel, the inverter can output a sufficient current that is not affected by the dead time. Preventing waveform distortion can improve ride comfort due to vibration.
[0055]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, when the current unbalance ratio exceeds the unbalance threshold, a warning is issued by the notification unit, so that the current imbalance is not improved without abnormal stop due to overcurrent. In such a case, the necessity of maintenance can be promoted, so that failure stop due to current imbalance can be prevented.
