Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an elastic circular knitted fabric having a three-dimensional structure formed by joining two front and back ground knitted fabrics with a connecting yarn.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Circular knitted fabrics having a three-dimensional structure composed of two front and back ground knitted fabrics and a connecting yarn (connecting yarn) for joining them have been used for clothing and industrial materials. Conventionally, ordinary yarns (yarns generally used such as filaments, false twisted yarns, and spun yarns) have been used for the front, back, and connecting yarns. Attempts have been made to impart elasticity to the ground, and three-dimensional knitted fabrics having good elasticity have been obtained by various methods.
[0003]
In recent years, for example, in the inner field, brassieres, girdles, and the like are often manufactured by molding using a mold, but a problem is that beautiful moldability cannot be obtained with a conventional stretchable three-dimensional structure knitted fabric. was there. Japanese Patent No. 3145209 discloses a three-layered knitted fabric excellent in anti-snagging properties, in which a ground knitted fabric on both front and back surfaces is knitted by aligning an inelastic yarn and an elastic yarn having a breaking elongation of 250% or more. Has been proposed. However, this knitted fabric has insufficient moldability by a mold or the like, and is liable to cause molding failure due to poor molding, washing or wearing, and wrinkles due to wearing or washing.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-69805 discloses that a coated yarn using a stretchable yarn as a core component and a non-stretchable yarn as a sheath component, a stretchable yarn and a non-stretchable yarn are twisted on a ground knitted fabric on both sides. A three-dimensional knitted fabric containing a warp yarn or the like has been proposed. However, the three-dimensional knitted fabric containing such elastic yarns on both the front and back surfaces has relatively good moldability, but is liable to cause wrinkles in the fabric due to washing and wearing.
As described above, there is no conventional three-dimensional knitted fabric having elasticity, which has both good moldability and difficulty in wrinkling due to wearing and washing.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide an elastic circular knitted fabric having excellent stretchability, excellent moldability of a mold and the like, no problem in washing and wearing durability, and no generation of wrinkles.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention is an elastic circular knitted fabric formed by connecting two front and back ground knitted fabrics with a connecting yarn, and one ground knitted fabric contains a bare yarn of an elastic yarn, and the other ground knitted fabric. The ground is an elastic circular knitted fabric characterized by containing a coated elastic yarn.
[0007]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The elastic circular knitted fabric according to the present invention includes a bare knitted fabric of one of the front and back side knitted fabrics, in which one of the ground knitted fabrics contains a bare yarn of an elastic yarn and the other ground knitted fabric contains a coated elastic yarn. The grounds are connected by connecting yarns. Since these yarns have different elastic properties such as bending stiffness, elongation force, and elongation recovery, by including a bare elastic yarn and a coated elastic yarn in both knitted fabrics, respectively, during molding, etc. A knitted fabric that is relatively easy to bend can be obtained. Furthermore, surprisingly, the easiness of bending the knitted fabric exerts an effect of minimizing bending of clothes or the like during wearing and generation of wrinkles generated during washing. As described above, the object of the present invention can be achieved for the first time by combining the bare yarn and the coated elastic yarn as the elastic yarns of the front and back ground knitted fabrics.
[0008]
In the present invention, the bare or coated elastic yarn of the elastic yarn may be contained in all the courses, or may be contained in every 1 to 3 courses. Regarding the loop structure, all the elastic yarns may form a knit loop, but may be a welt or a tack, a knit and a tack, a welt, or a combination thereof.
The content of the elastic yarn is preferably 3 to 30% by mass, more preferably 5 to 20% by mass as an elastic circular knitted fabric as a whole. As the mixing ratio of the elastic yarns decreases, the elasticity of the circular knitted fabric decreases, and as the mixing ratio of the elastic yarns increases, the circular knitted fabric shrinks more and the texture tends to be hard. The mass ratio of the elastic yarns in the front knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric is preferably 2: 8 to 8: 2, more preferably 3: 7 to 7: 3.
[0009]
In the case of knitting a covered elastic yarn using a thin elastic yarn bare yarn or a thin elastic yarn in the elastic circular knitted fabric of the present invention, a knitted fabric excellent in stretchability can be obtained by forming a knit loop. When a bare elastic yarn having a thickness exceeding 200 dtex is used, it may be difficult to form a knit loop, and knitting with a tack or a welt will result in a knitted fabric having high stress. In this case, the tack or welt may be knitted only with the elastic yarn, and the non-elastic yarn may be knitted similarly. Similarly, knitting with a combination of not only a knit but also a tack or a welt makes it easier to knit a coated elastic yarn using a thick elastic yarn exceeding 100 dtex.
[0010]
The bare yarn of the elastic yarn is a yarn in a state of the elastic yarn as it is, and is usually knitted by being aligned with the non-elastic yarn or by knitting. Draft ratio (draft rate = elastic yarn feeding speed / inelastic yarn feeding speed) which is a ratio of the feeding speed of the elastic yarn and the feeding speed of the inelastic yarn when knitting the inelastic yarn and the elastic yarn. Although the speed can be set arbitrarily, the draft rate is preferably 1.2 to 4.0 in consideration of knitting properties.
[0011]
Coated elastic yarn is a yarn covered with an elastic yarn as a core and a sheath component obtained by covering a multifilament synthetic fiber such as polyester fiber, nylon fiber or the like with a core, or a coated elastic material called FTY, STY, or DCY. Examples include a coated elastic yarn called CSY coated with short fibers such as yarn and cotton, and a coated elastic yarn obtained by twisting an inelastic yarn and an elastic yarn. The draft rate of the elastic yarn and the inelastic yarn of these coated elastic yarns (draft rate of the coated elastic yarn = length of the inelastic yarn when the coated elastic yarn is extended / length of the elastic yarn when the coated elastic yarn is extended) Length) can also be arbitrarily set, and is preferably set in the range of 1.2 to 4.0. The thickness of the elastic yarn used by the coated elastic yarn is not limited, but preferably 20 to 160 dtex. The mixing ratio with the inelastic yarn is not limited, but is preferably about 5 to 70% by weight, and can be arbitrarily selected depending on the knitted fabric to be produced.
[0012]
In order to further improve the formability and wrinkle resistance of the elastic circular knitted fabric of the present invention, the difference in extensibility between the front and back ground knitted fabrics is preferably 5 to 80% in both the vertical and horizontal directions. In addition, the measurement of the difference in extensibility is based on the low tension elongation measurement method of JIS L-1018. Specifically, after cutting the connecting yarn to separate the front and back ground knitted fabrics, the cut-strip method is used to adjust the sample width to 2.5 cm, and use the bare knitted elastic yarn at the time of 50% elongation. F) and the stress (B) of the ground knitted fabric using the coated elastic yarn are determined from {(FB) / F} × 100.
[0013]
In the present invention, as the elastic yarn, a yarn having elasticity such as a polyurethane-based or polyetherester-based yarn can be used. For example, dry-spun or melt-spun polyurethane elastic yarns can be used. The polymer used as the elastic yarn and the spinning method are not limited. The elongation at break of the elastic yarn is preferably 400% to 1000%. Further, it is preferable that the elasticity is excellent and the elasticity is not impaired at around the normal processing temperature of 180 ° C. in the pre-setting step at the time of dyeing.
[0014]
It is also possible to use a yarn in which functionalities such as antibacterial properties, moisture absorption and water absorption are imparted to the elastic yarn.
Although the thickness of the elastic yarn is not limited, it is preferably 10 to 200 dtex, more preferably 30 to 160 dtex, in order to knit smoothly, as the elastic yarn forming the knit loop. In the case of forming a welt, it can be used even with about 500 dtex.
[0015]
The yarn other than the elastic yarn used for the front and back two-layer knitted fabrics of the present invention, that is, the non-elastic yarn is not limited, and it is possible to use chemical fibers such as cupra rayon and viscose rayon, polyester, nylon, acrylic, and polytrimethylene. Synthetic fibers such as terephthalate, and fibers such as cotton, wool, and hemp can be used. In particular, if polyester fibers or nylon fibers are used, the garment will have good dimensional stability. To impart water absorbency or moisture absorbency, fibers such as cotton, cupra rayon, viscose rayon and the like may be used. Two or more yarns can be mixed and used by blending, blending, twisting, or knitting on a knitting machine.
[0016]
Furthermore, it is also possible to change the yarn type used for the front and back ground knitted fabric to make the front and back functions different from each other. For example, if polyester fiber is used for the front knitted fabric and cupra rayon is used for the backed knitted fabric, water absorption will occur. It becomes an elastic circular knitted fabric with excellent properties and quick drying properties. In addition, when a hydrophobic synthetic fiber is used for the outer knitted fabric and cotton is used for the lining knitted fabric, and the outer fabric is knitted by a known method using a normal water-repellent agent, a glossy, surface water-repellent, An elastic knitted fabric having a back moisture absorbing function is obtained.
[0017]
The yarn form to be used is also arbitrary, and a filament yarn, a processed yarn such as false twist, a spun yarn, a modified cross-section yarn and the like can be used.
The thickness of these inelastic yarns is not limited, but is preferably 20 to 170 dtex, 120 to 30S for cotton count, more preferably 30 to 110 dtex, and 100S to 50S for cotton count. When a knitted fabric is required to be thin and lightweight, a thin yarn should be used as much as possible, and when a strength improvement is required, a thick yarn should be used as much as possible.
[0018]
In the present invention, as the connecting yarn for connecting the front and back ground knitted fabrics, any of the above-described inelastic yarns can be used, and an elastic yarn can also be used. The thickness of these connecting yarns is also arbitrary, and the thicker the yarn, the greater the thickness of the elastic circular knitted fabric, and the greater the rebound force in the surface direction of the knitted fabric.
In a loop structure formed by knitting of connecting yarns for connecting front and back ground knitted fabrics, basically, two ground knitted fabrics on the front and back are connected by a tack loop, but knit loops may be partially combined.
[0019]
The elastic circular knitted fabric of the present invention can be knitted by a double circular knitting machine having a double-row needle bed. The gauge of the knitting machine may be appropriately selected according to the purpose of use, and is preferably 10 to 40 gauge. The gap between the teeth can be arbitrarily selected, and if a thick knitted fabric is required, the gap between the teeth can be set wide. It is preferable that the thickness of the elastic circular knitted fabric is 1 to 5 mm as measured by the JISL-1018 method because the object of the present invention is easily achieved. When the thickness of the elastic circular knitted fabric is less than 1 mm, the effect of the moldability may be difficult to obtain, and when the thickness exceeds 5 mm, wrinkles may occur.
[0020]
The structure of the ground knitted fabric may be any of a basic structure of flat knitting, a variable structure such as tuck knitting, floating knitting, single-row knitting, lace knitting, and additional knitting. One of the ground knitted fabrics is knitted by a spun yarn knitting of a bare elastic yarn and a non-elastic yarn, and a uniform knitting. The other ground knitted fabric may be knitted only with the coated elastic yarn, or may be knitted by the additional yarn knitting of the coated elastic yarn and the inelastic yarn, or by the knitting. The green fabric of the elastic circular knitted fabric obtained by these methods is opened, and after the pretreatment, which is a general dyeing process, the finishing process including the resin processing can be performed through the dyeing process.
The elastic circular knitted fabric of the present invention can be used not only for clothing such as innerwear, but also for supporters, shoes insoles, sheets and other materials, and bedding.
[0021]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples.
The evaluation method used in the present invention is as follows.
(1) Moldability Using a 75C cup bra mold processing machine, mold is performed at a mold temperature of 200 ° C. and a mold time of 60 seconds. As for the moldability, the smaller the difference between the mold and the height of the knitted fabric cup after molding, the more excellent the moldability. The difference between the height of the dough cup and the height of the dough cup after 2 hours from the mold is measured and evaluated according to the following criteria.
Grade 5: Difference in cup height is less than 10% Grade 4: Difference in cup height is 10 to 20%
Grade 3: 21-30% difference in cup height
Level 2: Cup height difference of 31-50%
Grade 1: The difference in height of the cup is 51% or more.
(2) The knitted fabric is washed 10 times according to JIS L1018G method, and the degree of wrinkledness after drying is evaluated according to the following criteria.
Grade 5: No wrinkles are generated.
Grade 4: Slight wrinkles have occurred.
Grade 3: Some wrinkles are occurring.
Level 2: Wrinkles are noticeable.
Grade 1: Wrinkles are severe.
[0023]
Embodiment 1
An elastic circular knitted fabric was knitted using a 28G double circular knitting machine with the gap between the dial and the cylinder being 4 mm, using the following yarns.
Surface knitted fabric: Using a knitting machine cylinder, drafting by knitting with a processed yarn of polyester 84dtex / 24f and a polyurethane elastic yarn of 33dtex (manufactured by Asahi Kasei Corporation, registered trademark "Loica", hereinafter referred to as Loica). A sheet knit structure was obtained under the condition of a ratio of 2.5.
Back knitted fabric: Using a knitting machine dial, FTY in which polyester 84 dtex / 36f was covered with Leica 44 dtex under the conditions of 400 T / m and a draft rate of 3.0 was used to form a knitted fabric.
Connecting yarn: Using a polyester 56dtex / 24f processed yarn, a tack structure is applied to both the needle of the knitting machine cylinder and the dial, and the cylinder and the dial alternate the tack and the welt. In the next course, the tack and the welt are reversed. In other words, the front knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric were joined to form an organization in which one repeat was made in two courses.
[0024]
The knitted fabric was dyed and subjected to a moldability test and a wrinkle generation test. As a result, as shown in Table 1, the knitted fabric had extremely excellent moldability and was wrinkled by washing. There is no occurrence. Using this knitted fabric, a brassier having a mold cup was sewn and worn, and as a result, the product did not lose its shape or wrinkles.
[0025]
Embodiment 2
In Example 1, an elastic circular knitted fabric was knitted under the same conditions as in Example 1 except that only the back knitting was changed as follows.
Back knitted fabric: Using a knitting machine dial, a knitted fabric was alternately knitted with FTY in which Leica 44dtex was covered with polyester 84dtex / 36f under the conditions of 400 T / m and a draft rate of 3.0, and polyester 84dtex / 30f. .
The knitted fabric obtained had excellent moldability, had no wrinkles, and had a soft texture, and thus became a knitted fabric suitable for each inner part.
[0026]
Embodiment 3
Using a 32G double circular knitting machine, an elastic circular knitted fabric was knitted with the following thread using a gap between the dial and the cylinder of 1 mm.
Outer knitted fabric: A knitting machine cylinder was used to form a knitted fabric of knitting under a condition of a draft rate of 2.3 by yarn knitting with 56 dtex / 24f polyester yarn and 22 dtex loica.
Back knitting: Using a knitting machine dial, FTY in which Leica 22 dtex was covered with polyester 56 dtex / 24f at 450 T / m and a draft rate of 3.2, and cupra 56 dtex / 30f were alternately knitted by a sheeting structure. .
Connecting yarn: Polyester 33dtex / 12f high shrinkage yarn (shrinkage of 10% at 100 ° C. × 10 minutes) is used to form a tack structure on both needles of the knitting machine cylinder and dial, and both cylinder and dial have tack and welt. Alternately, the tack and the welt were reversed in the next course, and the top knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric were joined so as to have an organization such that one repeat was formed in two courses.
[0027]
After dyeing the knitted fabric, a girdle having a hip portion molded by a mold was sewn. As a result, a product having excellent moldability, no wrinkles due to washing, and a good feeling of wearing was obtained.
[0028]
Embodiment 4
Using a 24G double circular knitting machine, an elastic circular knitted fabric was knitted by using the following yarns with the tooth gap between the dial and the cylinder being 5 mm.
Outer knitted fabric: Using a knitting machine cylinder, a nylon 78 dtex / 24f processed yarn and a 78 dtex loica were used as auxiliary thread knitting under a condition of a draft rate of 2.3 to form a knitted fabric.
Back knitted fabric: Using a knitting machine dial, a Leica 44tex was coated with cotton yarn, and CSY80 /-with a draft rate of 1.8 and cotton 80 / -1 were alternately knitted by a jersey structure.
Connecting yarn: Using nylon 56dtex / 17f, a tack structure is applied to both the needle of the knitting machine cylinder and the dial, the tack and the welt are alternated for the cylinder and the dial, and in the next course, the tack and the welt are reversed. The top knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric were joined so as to form one repeat in two courses.
[0029]
After dyeing the knitted fabric, it was molded to be used as a supporter to obtain a product. As a result, the product has excellent support functions and does not cause wrinkles due to washing.
[0030]
[Comparative Example 1]
In Example 1, the back knitted fabric was knitted by using the yarn of the front knitted fabric, and the dyeing was performed under the same conditions as in Example 1 except for the above. The performance of the knitted fabric was evaluated by the formability and wrinkle generation tests of the obtained circular knitted fabric. The results are shown in Table 1. Although the generation of wrinkles due to washing was small, it was inferior in moldability and was not a circular knitted fabric suitable for molding.
[0031]
[Comparative Example 2]
In Example 1, the surface knitted fabric was knitted using the yarn of the back knitted fabric, and dyeing was performed under the same conditions as in Example 1 except for the above. Table 1 shows the results of evaluating the moldability and the degree of wrinkling of the obtained circular knitted fabric. According to Table 1, the moldability is at a level that can be used if mold conditions are selected, but wrinkles due to washing are extremely large, and a circular knitted fabric that can be commercialized was not obtained.
