Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a paper container for filling and packing various solid foods and the like. [0002] Conventionally, paper containers having gas barrier properties have been
It is widely used as a packaging container for various foods such as solid foods, powdered foods, fruit juice drinks and sake. In particular, after taking out the contents of solid food or powdered food filled in a cup-shaped paper container or a cylindrical straight paper container, reseal it with a lid of another part to re-store the remaining contents. There were many. Furthermore, it can be made resealable by attaching a stopper and a cap for taking out the contents to the paper container. However, when the solid material other than the powder is the contents, the opening is small and the contents are taken out. There are drawbacks such as difficulty in removing the container because the container sometimes cannot be reached. [0003] An object of the present invention is to provide a gas barrier paper having a wide opening and having a function of resealing the contents after retrieving the contents after taking out the filled contents. It is to provide a container. [0004] The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is directed to a gas barrier paper container comprising a laminated material in which a gas barrier layer and a polyolefin resin layer are sequentially laminated on a base material layer composed of paper. In a structure in which an unsealed opening, a cutout portion for opening, and a resealing portion for resealing are sequentially provided at the upper part of the main body, the resealing portion is a male resealing member and a female resealing member. And both reseal members are linearly provided in the width direction of the container on the surface of the polyolefin-based resin layer on the inner surface of the main body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The resealable gas barrier paper container of the present invention will be described in detail below along with embodiments. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a gas barrier paper container having resealability according to one embodiment of the present invention, and a main body (1) of a gas barrier paper container made of a laminated material having gas barrier properties.
An unsealed opening (10) is provided at the upper part of the box, and a resealing section (12) for resealing is provided below the cutout section (11) for opening. FIG. 2 (a) is a side sectional view of a laminated material (20) used for a main body (1) of a gas barrier paper container. A gas barrier layer (20b) and a polyolefin resin layer are formed on a base material layer (20a). (20c) is a three-layer configuration in which layers are sequentially laminated, and (b) is a side cross-sectional view of a laminate (21) of a bottom material used for the bottom (2) of the gas barrier paper container, and a base material layer ( 21a), a gas barrier layer (21b) and a polyolefin-based resin layer (21c) are laminated on one side, and a polyolefin-based resin layer (2) is formed on the other side of the base layer (21a).
1c) has a four-layer structure. The polyolefin resin layer (21c) on the other side may be omitted. The base material layers (20a, 21a) have a basis weight of 1
Use cardboard such as manila balls, uncoated balls, coated balls, and cards of 20 to 350 g / m 2 . For the gas barrier layers (20b, 21b), a material having a single layer structure or a multilayer structure having gas barrier properties is used. As a single layer configuration, for example, a nylon film (Ny film), a polyester film (P
ET film). Further, gas barrier materials such as an aluminum foil, an aluminum vapor-deposited film, an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film such as silicon oxide or aluminum oxide, and an ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymer film may be used. Examples of the multilayer structure include the above-mentioned plastic films or the above-mentioned plastic film laminated with the above-mentioned gas barrier material. The material to be laminated is appropriately selected according to the application. [0010] The polyolefin resin layer (20c, 2
1c) includes low-density polyethylene resin, medium-density polyethylene resin, linear low-density polyethylene resin, ethylene-based resin such as ethylene-α-olefin copolymer resin, homopolypropylene resin, and propylene-ethylene random copolymer. It is possible to select polypropylene resins such as propylene-ethylene block copolymers and polypropylene-α-olefin copolymers, and also use modified polyolefin resins obtained by acid-modifying these olefin resins by graft polymerization or the like. It is possible. The polyolefin resin described above may be used alone or in a blend of two or more. The thickness is set to about 20 to 40 μm. The base layer (20a, 21a), the gas barrier layer (20b, 21b), the polyolefin resin layer (2
The method of laminating 0c and 21c) is performed by a known method via an adhesive layer made of an adhesive resin or a polyurethane adhesive between the respective layers. FIG. 3 (a) is an enlarged sectional view of the resealing portion (12), and is a male resealing member (12) for resealing the surface of the polyolefin resin layer (20c) on one half of the inner surface of the main body.
a) is provided in a linear manner in the width direction of the paper container by heat-sealing, and the other half of the polyolefin-based resin layer (20
c) A female resealing member (12b) for resealing on the surface is provided by heat-sealing linearly in the width direction of the paper container. FIG.
(B) is a sectional view of the resealing portion (12) when resealing,
Male reseal member (12a) to female reseal member (12b)
To reseal the two parts. FIG. 4 shows a body AA 'of the main body (1) of the gas barrier paper container having resealability of the embodiment shown in FIG.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a cross section of the surface, in which a side seal portion (13) of the gas barrier paper container bends one end of a blank made of a laminated material (20) of a main body and thermally fuses the other end of the same blank. It is bonded by a known hemming method. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view illustrating the structure of the bottom (2) of the gas barrier paper container having resealability according to one embodiment of the present invention, and shows the laminated material (20) used for the main body (1). The polyolefin resin layer (21) of the laminate (21) of the polyolefin resin layer (20c) and the bottom material used for the bottom (2)
c) are thermally fused to each other. FIG. 6 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which the unsealed opening (10) is thermocompression-bonded after filling the content (30) into the gas barrier paper container having resealability to form the heat-sealed portion (1).
It is a figure which shows the state which provided 4). When taking out the filled contents (30) from the gas barrier paper container, an appropriate position of the cutout (11) is cut with scissors or the like, and the contents (30) are taken out. In order to re-store the remaining contents (30), as shown in FIG.
2a) is pressed into the female resealing member (12b) to make it closely adhered, and resealed. The resealable gas barrier paper container of the present invention may have a round or square bottom, and can be appropriately selected according to the contents. The gas-barrier paper container having resealability of the present invention uses a laminated material having gas-barrier properties to prevent deterioration of the contents, and has a wide opening to take out the contents. It is easy to use, and since the cardboard is used for the base material layer, it can have a rigid structure, and thus has autonomy. Further, since the reseal member is provided, the reseal function is provided after taking out a part of the contents, and the resealability of the remaining contents is excellent. Therefore, there is no need for double wrapping of the contents individually wrapped in a soft wrapping material in a paper box, etc., and there is no need to open twice as in the case of double wrapping. It can be widely used in the food field and the like as a packaging container having a.
