<実施例1>
基材層として厚さ12μmのPETフィルムを使用し、裏面に絵柄層を印刷した後、中間層として厚さ15μmのONyフィルムとドライラミネートし、さらにシーラント層として厚さ80μmのLLDPEフィルムをドライラミネートしたものを表裏面の積層体とした。底テープは、表裏面の積層体と同じ層構成で、絵柄印刷層を含まないものとした。表面積層体の開口部近傍となる所定の位置の片側に形状保持テープを溶着した。形状保持テープは、LLDPE30μm/HDPE400μm/LLDPE30μmの構成である。これらの積層体を用いて、図7に示したような形状のスタンディングパウチを作成した。袋の寸法は、底面の幅170mm、天面の幅190mm、高さ120mmである。開口部となるべき位置の表裏面積層体に、炭酸ガスレーザーを用いて、基材層を貫通するハーフカット線を形成し、開封予定線とした。
