Claims (5)
- 基板上方に設けられた第1の電極と、該第1の電極上に設けられ発光層を有するＥＬ素子と、前記ＥＬ素子上に設けられた第２の電極とを有するエレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置において、
前記第２の電極の膜厚を２０００Å以上に設けることを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置。 - 請求項１に記載の前記エレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置において、更に前記ＥＬ素子を駆動する薄膜トランジスタを備えることを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置。
- 前記第２の電極の膜厚を１００００Å以下に設けることを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置。
- 前記第２の電極はアルミニウム層であることを特徴とする請求項１〜３のいずれか１項に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置。
- 前記ＥＬ素子を駆動し、前記第２の電極側から前記第1の電極側に向か
って発光させることを特徴とする請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス表示装置。
