Claims (3)

  1. 揺動型ヘッドアクチュエータにおける、データを読み書きするヘッドを先端部に備え、配向方向によって剛性の異なるカーボンファイバ強化プラスチックにより複数層で形成されたヘッドサスペンションであって、
    前記複数層で、少なくとも一層の配向方向を他の層に対して変えたことを特徴とするヘッドサスペンション。
  2. 請求項１に記載のヘッドサスペンションであって、
    前記ヘッドサスペンションの前記ヘッドの取り付け位置近傍に、該ヘッドを該ヘッドによってデータが読み書きされる記録媒体方向に加圧するピボットを設けたことを特徴とするヘッドサスペンション。
  3. 請求項１または２に記載のヘッドサスペンションであって、
    前記ヘッドサスペンションの一部に前記カーボンファイバ強化プラスチックの積層数を増大させることにより、他の部分より厚くした剛性部を形成したことを特徴とする磁気ヘッドサスペンション。
