Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a failure recovery support device for an elevator such as an elevator. 2. Description of the Related Art In general, in a lift installed in a multi-story building (building), when a failure occurs in the lift, not only does it cause great trouble for people who use the building, but also causes trouble. Depending on the type, there is a risk of human injury, so that a quick action is required for failure of the elevator. In general, the maintenance and handling of such elevator failures are generally requested to maintenance companies. The maintenance company constantly monitors the elevators and, if a failure occurs, immediately dispatches maintenance personnel to maintain the failed elevator. Is to be performed. [0003] In recent years, the above elevators have been technically sophisticated and complicated in order to respond to various requests from users. Therefore, extremely high specialized knowledge is required for maintenance. Accordingly, elevator maintenance companies must train maintenance personnel with such expertise, which requires a great deal of time and money. Furthermore, even maintenance personnel with specialized knowledge cannot completely respond to all elevator failures, and usually carry a manual when dispatched to an elevator failure site. However, this manual has a large number of pages, so it is thick and inconvenient to carry, and also has a problem that it takes time to find necessary pages on site. In order to solve such a conventional problem, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-10408, a portable terminal carried by a maintenance person is connected to a terminal connected to an elevator. An application has been filed by the same applicant to take diagnosis / failure information from the monitoring center and handle the failure in the portable terminal unit. [0005] By the way, in the above-mentioned prior art, after a maintenance person arrives at a failure site of an elevator,
The failure status can only be determined by connecting the portable terminal to the terminal of the elevator, so if parts that are not to be brought beforehand are required depending on the nature of the failure, maintenance personnel must arrive at the site and arrange for the parts. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes a long time to recover the elevator.
In addition, if the skills required for restoration of elevators differ depending on the maintenance staff, and if it is not possible to respond by yourself, the request of other maintenance staff will be required, but this will also be arranged after arrival at the site, and until the restoration of the elevator Has the problem that it takes much more time. The present invention has been made in view of such a situation in the prior art, and has as its object to arrange parts necessary for restoration of a failure of an elevator or a support request before maintenance personnel arrive at a site. It is an object of the present invention to provide a failure recovery support device for an elevator capable of performing the above-mentioned steps and recovering the elevator in a short time. According to the present invention, there is provided a monitoring center for receiving, via a general public line, an output signal from a terminal for monitoring a state of an elevator,
A failure recovery support device for an elevator, comprising: a failure data collection unit for collecting failure data detected by the terminal unit; and a failure data diagnosis / analysis unit for diagnosing and analyzing the collected failure data. In, providing a connection means for connecting the mobile terminal unit carried by a maintenance person performing maintenance work in a remote site to the monitoring center via the general public line, when a failure response is requested to the maintenance person,
The portable terminal is connected to the monitoring center by the connection means, and diagnosis / failure information stored in the monitoring center is taken into the portable terminal. According to the present invention having the above-described structure, before the maintenance staff goes to the failure site of the elevator, the portable terminal section is connected to the monitoring center via the general public line by the connection means, and the data is stored in the monitoring center. By taking the diagnosis / failure information into the portable terminal unit, the failure status of the elevator is grasped and necessary measures are taken. Thus, before the maintenance staff arrives at the site, it is possible to make a component arrangement and a support request necessary for restoration of the failure of the elevator, and the elevator can be restored in a short time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a failure recovery support device for an elevator according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a failure recovery support device for an elevator according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure when performing failure recovery support by the failure recovery support device of FIG. A building 1 shown in FIG. 1 is provided with an elevator 2 and a terminal 3 for monitoring the state of the elevator 2. When the terminal 3 detects a failure of the elevator 2, the terminal 3 The communication unit 6 of the monitoring center 5 receives the failure signal output from the communication center 3 via the general public line 4. In the failure recovery support device of the present embodiment, the monitoring center 5 collects the failure notification receiving unit 7 for receiving the failure notification from the terminal unit 3 and the failure data detected by the terminal unit 3. , A failure data collection unit 9 stored in the first storage unit 10, and a failure data diagnosis / analysis unit 11 for diagnosing and analyzing the collected failure data and storing the failure data in the second storage unit 12. The mobile terminal unit 14 carried by the maintenance person 13 who performs on-site maintenance work is connected to the general public line 4.
, For example, a mobile phone 15 connected to the monitoring center 5. The maintenance person 13 usually carries the portable terminal unit 14 when performing the maintenance work patrol. In the failure recovery support apparatus of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the failure recovery support of the maintenance staff 13 is performed. That is, when a failure occurs in the elevator 2 in step S1, the terminal unit 3 detects the failure of the elevator 2 in step S2, connects to the communication unit 6 of the monitoring center 5 via the general public line 4, and issues a failure notification. The failure is notified to the receiving unit 7, and the failure notification receiving unit 7 transmits a failure data collection command to the failure data collecting unit 9. At this time, the failure information (failure data) of the elevator 2 is transmitted to the terminal unit 3.
Remembers itself. Next, in step S3, the failure data collection unit 9 receives information indicating that a failure report has been received from the failure report reception unit 7, and automatically transmits the failure data of the elevator 2 to the communication unit 6.
The collected failure data is stored in the first storage unit 10 and transmitted to the failure data diagnosis / analysis unit 11 at the same time. In step S4, the failure data diagnosis / analysis unit 11 diagnoses / analyzes the failure based on the received failure data, and stores the diagnosis / analysis result in the second storage unit 12. When the failure of the elevator 2 is notified to the failure report receiver 7 of the monitoring center 5, the operator 8 of the monitoring center 5 sends the elevator 2 The maintenance person 13 who requested to go to the building 1 to deal with the failure and received this request in step S6, connected the mobile terminal unit 14 with the mobile phone 15 via the general public line 4 before going to the failure site. It is connected to the monitoring center 5 and the second
By taking the failure data diagnosis / analysis result of the elevator 2 from the storage unit 12 into the portable terminal unit 14 and referring to the result, the failure state of the elevator 2 is grasped in step S7, necessary measures are examined, and parts arrangement and support requests are made. Determine if it is necessary. As a result, for example, when it is determined that arrangement of tools and parts is necessary for restoration of the failure of the elevator 2, necessary tools and parts are arranged in advance in step S <b> 8, and in step S <b> 9, the maintenance person 13 Dispatched to 1. On the other hand, if there is no need to arrange tools and parts in step S7, the process proceeds to step S9, and the maintenance person 13 is dispatched to the building 1 as it is. Next, when the maintenance person 13 arrives at the building 1 in step S10, it is determined in step S11 whether or not the tools and parts have been pre-arranged. After the arrival, etc., the failure recovery work of the elevator 2 is performed in step S13, and the failure recovery work is completed in step S14. If it is determined in step S11 that no tools, parts, and the like have been arranged in advance, the flow directly proceeds to step S13 to immediately perform the failure recovery work of the elevator 2. According to the embodiment configured as described above, when the maintenance worker 13 who is dispatched to the site to deal with the failure of the elevator 2 is on a maintenance patrol, he does not carry the equipment and parts necessary for the failure recovery. Even in the case, the mobile terminal unit 14
5 to connect to the monitoring center 5 via the general public line 4 and fetch the diagnosis / failure information stored in the second storage unit 12 or the like of the monitoring center 5 into the portable terminal unit 14 so that the equipment can be connected in advance.・ Because parts can be arranged, after checking the condition of the elevator at the site, compared with the case of arranging equipment and parts, the equipment and parts necessary for restoration of the failure of the elevator 2 can be promptly obtained at the site. 2 can reduce non-operation time due to a failure. In the present embodiment, diagnosis and diagnosis are performed in step S6.
Although the case where it is determined that arrangement of equipment and parts is necessary with reference to the analysis result is illustrated, similarly, when it is determined that the support of another maintenance person is necessary for the restoration of the failure of the elevator 2, another case is determined in advance. Can request a support request from the maintenance personnel of the present invention. As described above, according to the present invention,
The maintenance staff can grasp the failure status of the elevator before going to the failure site of the elevator, arrange parts necessary for restoration of the failure of the elevator and request support, and can recover the failed elevator in a short time.
