Claims (1)

  1. 光の照射により原子配列が変化することによって記録が行われる記録膜を有する多数回書換え可能な情報記録媒体であって、
    光照射側から、厚さが０．７ｍｍ以下の基板と、２０ｎｍ以上の膜厚の下部保護層と、記録膜と、上部保護層と、反射層とを含む積層膜と、接着層を備え、
    前記基板表面から前記接着層までの距離が１５０ｎｍ以下、かつ前記積層膜のそれぞれの膜厚がそれぞれ４０ｎｍ以下、かつトラックの間隔が０．５４μｍ以上0.６２μｍ以下であることを特徴とする情報記録媒体。
