Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an external preparation for skin, and more particularly, to a preparation having no problem in preservative power and excellent stability.
The present invention also relates to an external preparation for skin having low skin irritation and excellent use feeling and moisturizing effect. [0002] With regard to skin external preparations, the feeling of use, that is, the feeling when applied to the skin and the feeling of the skin after application can be said to be important factors that determine the value of a product. For the purpose of improving the feel, water-soluble polymers, plant extracts, etc. are blended, but among them, Quince seed extract obtained from quince seeds has no sticky feeling at the time of application, good after application Often used in lotions, emulsions, essences, creams, etc., because of their moist feeling and good image of plant origin. [0003] However, external preparations for the skin must also be important in preservability, and care must be taken for preservation. Particularly, in the case of hypoallergenic cosmetics not containing a lower alcohol, the preparations are not suitable. There is a risk that the antiseptic power of the sacrifice will be reduced and temporary bacterial contamination during production and secondary bacterial contamination during use will be promoted. As a solution to this, there was an increase in the amount of preservatives and the addition of preservatives with more antibacterial and bactericidal properties. Had been rare. The inventors of the present invention have made intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, by combining quince seed extract and phenoxyethanol as essential components in a specific ratio, the preservative power has no problem. The present inventors have found that a skin external preparation having excellent stability, low skin irritation, and excellent use feeling and moisturizing effect of Quinceseed can be obtained, thereby completing the present invention. That is, the present invention comprises the following components (a) and (b): (a) quince seed extract (b) phenoxyethanol as an essential component, and (a) and (b)
(A) :( b) = 5: 1 to 1:
The present invention relates to an external preparation for skin, characterized by being 1. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. As the quince seed extract used in the skin external preparation of the present invention, an extract obtained by treating a quince seed of a Rosaceae plant by a known method may be used, or a commercially available extract may be used. Examples include Quinseed G (manufactured by Dainippon Kasei Co., Ltd.) and Quince S and E (manufactured by Koei Kogyo Co., Ltd.). The amount of the quince seed extract is preferably 0.1% by weight to 5.0% by weight, more preferably 0.5% by weight to 5.0% by weight. Below this range, good moisturizing and feel-improving effects cannot be exhibited, and if added beyond this range, a sticky feeling is generated, resulting in poor palatability and adversely affecting the preservation of the product. The phenoxyethanol used in the external preparation for skin of the present invention is 2-phenoxyethanol. Commercially available products include New Pole EFP
(Manufactured by Sanyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.) and High Solve EPH (manufactured by Toho Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.). [0009] The compounding amount of phenoxyethanol is preferably 0.05% by weight to 1.0% by weight, more preferably 0.1% by weight to 1.0% by weight. Below this range, the expected antiseptic effect is not exhibited, and if it exceeds this range, there is a problem in safety such as irritation to the skin. [0010] The content ratio of (a) quince seed extract and (b) phenoxyethanol is expressed by weight ratio of (a):
When (b) = 5: 1 to 1: 1, it is possible to obtain a skin external preparation having an excellent moisturizing effect and feel while maintaining safety such as non-irritation to the skin and preserving power of the preparation. . The topical skin preparation of the present invention can be produced according to a conventional method, and includes quasi-drugs, topical medicines, cosmetics and the like. The dosage form can also be arbitrarily selected according to the purpose, and can be in the form of cream, ointment, emulsion, lotion, gel, powder, stick, or the like. Further, in addition to the above essential components, the skin external preparation of the present invention may further comprise an oily base, a surfactant, a powder, a humectant, an ultraviolet absorber, alcohols, a chelating agent, Conditioners, preservatives, antioxidants, thickeners, drugs,
Crude drug extracts, dyes, pigments, fragrances, water and the like can be appropriately blended within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. [0013] In addition to the effects of the present invention, the external preparation for skin of the present invention can be expected to have effects on dry skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, senile xeroderma and ichthyosis vulgaris. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples, which do not limit the scope of the present invention. (Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4) Each skin external preparation (lotion) was prepared by a conventional method using the formulation (% by weight) shown in Table 1 below to give a moist feeling, lack of irritation, and stickiness. The insensitivity was evaluated, and an antibacterial test and a skin moisture test were performed. The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2. The test method is shown below. (Test method)-Moist, non-irritating, non-sticky: 10
Sensory evaluation was performed by human panelists. The evaluation was performed as follows, and the average value of 10 persons was calculated. (Moist feeling) 5: Very felt, 4: Feel, 3: Slightly felt, 2: Little felt, 1: Not felt at all (no irritation, no stickiness) 5: Not felt at all, 4: Almost Not felt 3: slightly felt 2: felt, 1: very felt (average score) 4 points or more: ◎ 3 points or more and less than 4 points: 、 2, 2 points or more and less than 3 points: Δ, less than 2 points: × -Antimicrobial activity test: Escherichia coli (Escherich)
ia coli), Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylo)
Coccus aureus was used as a fungus, and each strain of Candida albicans was mixed into each preparation, and the presence or absence of the bacteria after 5 days was confirmed by a dilution plate pour culture method. (Test results) +: Bacteria remained,-: Bacteria were not confirmed.-Skin moisture content test: The preparations of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were applied to the inner part of the forearm, and the keratin moisture content after 5 minutes and 30 minutes was measured. Measured by Scalar Co., Ltd. skin moisture meter MY-707S,
The “horny water increase” was calculated by the following equation. Keratin water increase (%) = (Keratin water content 10 minutes after application /
(Keratin moisture content before application) × 100 [Table 2] As is clear from the results of Tables 1 and 2, the lotions of Examples 1 to 3 according to the present invention have a moist feeling, a non-irritating property, a non-sticky property, an antibacterial test, and a skin moisture content. It was an excellent lotion that satisfied all the evaluation items of the test. According to the present invention, the external preparation for skin is excellent in preservative power, excellent in stability, and low in irritation to the skin.
It has excellent feeling of use and moisturizing effect.
