2. Description of the Related Art In a fermentation decomposition tank equipped with a stirring means,
It is known that waste such as raw garbage is reduced in volume or eliminated by adding an appropriate auxiliary material (floor material) to waste such as raw garbage, and it is used as a compost. ing. However, by installing and using such a treatment device at each place where waste such as kitchen waste is generated in general households and business establishments, the amount of waste generated from each place where waste such as kitchen waste is generated is greatly increased. It is believed that the amount of waste can be reduced and the waste can be reused as compost.

However, this type of waste treatment device is considered to be of various scales corresponding to the amount of waste generated, from small and small capacity devices for general households to large and large capacity devices for businesses. In any case, after the maximum amount of auxiliary materials determined for the capacity of the fermentation decomposition tank is put in advance, wastes such as generated garbage are sequentially put in to be decomposed by fermentation. However, no matter if the purpose is to reduce or eliminate waste such as raw garbage, or if it is intended for composting, simply put the appropriate amount of waste such as raw garbage. The treatment is not performed automatically and completely, and it is of course necessary to maintain and manage the inside of the fermentation decomposition tank in an environment suitable for fermentation decomposition, and when the purpose is volume reduction or composting, fermentation Take out the decomposition residue at an appropriate time and discard or dispose of it. As it must be safely stored until use can be ripe state.

However, it is extremely difficult for the residents' associations such as general households, business establishments, condominiums, and apartments, etc. who are managers of this type of processing apparatus to actually and completely carry out the above management work. Therefore, in most cases, the amount of waste input per day is mistakenly increased, the amount of waste containing too much water is input as is, or even if this is not the case, auxiliary materials (floor materials) Due to changes over time, the fermentative decomposition environment in the tank deteriorates unknowingly, and the fermentation decomposition does not occur as expected, and as a result, the total amount of the processed material in the tank increases with each waste input, and more and more. It was supposed to fall into a vicious cycle in which the fermentation and decomposition environment in the tank deteriorates.

In the above operating state, when waste such as raw garbage is put into the fermentation decomposition tank 3 in excess of the processing capacity of the waste treatment apparatus 1 (when the input amount of one time exceeds the specified value Or the amount of one-time input is less than the specified value but the time interval of input is short), the weight of the object to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 (total weight of the waste treatment device 1) is set. The value exceeds the value, and this state is automatically detected by the functions of the weight detection sensors 11 and the control means 14, and the abnormality display means 18 is displayed.
This is displayed on the waste treatment equipment 1
The manager (user) of the above knows the weight abnormality from the display on the abnormality display means 18, and takes out an appropriate amount of the substance to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 from the object to be treated discharge port 9 with an opening / closing lid, and the fermentation decomposition tank 3
It is possible to improve the environment for fermentation and decomposition. When the weight is abnormal (overweight), the operation control unit 19 can control the stirring unit 2 not to start. Further, the weight abnormality determination function 15 of the control means 14 is configured to immediately output a weight abnormality signal when the weight (total weight) of the in-tank object to be processed detected by the weight detection sensor 11 exceeds a set value. However, it is desirable that the weight abnormality signal be output only when the weight (total weight) of the in-tank object exceeds the set value for the set time. In this case, the set time is a time required until the step of stirring the charged waste by the stirring means 2 is completed, for example, after the waste is charged, the stirring means 2 is automatically operated for a fixed time. In this case, the operating time of the stirring means 2 may be slightly longer.

In some cases, it may be related to an abnormality in the amount of waste such as raw garbage that is fed into the fermentation decomposition tank 3, but when the temperature or water content in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 is abnormal, the temperature sensor 12
The temperature and moisture abnormalities are automatically detected by the operation of the water sensor 13 and the control means 14, and the operation control means 19 is activated based on this to spray water into the stirring means 2 and the fermentation decomposition tank 3. The water sprinkling means and the blower for ventilating the fermentation decomposition tank 3 are automatically operated, and the fermentation decomposition environment in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 is improved so that the fermentation decomposition of waste such as raw garbage is favorably carried out. . When the operation control means 19 operates due to the temperature abnormality or the water content abnormality, the abnormality display on the abnormality display means 18 may be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 2, however, the waste treatment apparatus 20 having the above-mentioned configuration is used in a specific area including a plurality of places where waste is generated such as general households, housing estates, condominiums, town associations, etc. -One large garbage generation site such as a hotel / hospital, a business establishment such as a restaurant / supermarket / convenience store, etc., each with a capacity corresponding to the amount of garbage generation per day Alternatively, multiple units are installed. Then, the waste that has been primarily treated by the waste treatment device 20 at each point is transported to the centralized secondary treatment facility 35 by the collection vehicle 34 that patrols the waste treatment device 20 at each point. This centralized secondary treatment facility 35 is constructed in an area where the primary treatment waste can be collected from the waste treatment equipment 20 at each point by the collection vehicle 34, for example, in each local government. Further, in the centralized secondary treatment facility 34, in addition to the above-mentioned primary treated waste, from the industrial fields such as agriculture, forestry and livestock, harvest residues such as bran, rice husks and straws, thinned wood chips, bark,
Collected feces, etc. as unprocessed waste from food factories such as cooking scraps and okara production residues, from landscaping related to pruned branches and cut grass, and from water treatment facilities related to organic sludge. It is carried in irregularly or regularly by the vehicle 36.

In the waste treatment device 20 which is placed at each point and is normally operated, the wastes such as food wastes are sequentially fermented and decomposed to reduce the volume. When the amount of waste such as raw garbage is added to exceed the amount, the amount of the object to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 gradually increases, and the level becomes higher. On the other hand, the material to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 is
Since the agitating means 2 receives the feeding action in the feeding direction 7 away from the automatic discharging means 21, the waste in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 is placed in a position farther from the automatic discharging means 21 as the waste such as raw garbage is newer. When the level of the object to be processed becomes higher and the level of the object to be processed becomes higher than that of the automatic discharging means 21, the automatic discharging means 21 from the object to be processed in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 in which the fermentation decomposition treatment has progressed. It is automatically discharged and collected in the transportable container 25 as primary treated waste.

As described above, in the waste treatment device 20 at each point, the amount of the primary treated waste in the transportable container 25 set in the waste treatment device 20 gradually increases, but preferably in various places. The number of waste treatment devices 20 installed at each point and the treatment capacity thereof so that the portable container 25 in the waste treatment device 20 at a certain point will be full or close to this at approximately the same time. And the capacity of the portable container 25 is determined. Then, the collection vehicle 34 is periodically circulated to the waste treatment device 20 at each point at intervals of about several days to 10 days to recover the primary treated waste in the portable container 25. At this time, if all the portable containers 25 used in the waste treatment device 20 at each point are of the same size or about 2 to 3 types, the empty portable container 25 is mounted on the collection vehicle 35 and collected. At this time, the recovering work can be efficiently performed by replacing the portable container 25 in which the primary-treated waste is collected with the empty container.

By recovering the primary treated waste from the waste treatment equipment 20 by the above-mentioned method, the fermentation decomposition tank 3 of the waste treatment equipment 20 is never empty, and a fixed amount of treatment is always performed. Since the product remains as the flooring material, the fermentation decomposition treatment of the waste such as raw garbage that is put in after the collection is properly performed.
However, if the material to be treated that remains in the fermentation and decomposition tank 3 becomes old and the effect of promoting fermentation and decomposition of waste such as food waste that is newly added is weakened, By opening the in-tank treated material discharge port 9 and driving the stirring means 2 in the reverse direction, all the materials are discharged and collected, and a predetermined amount of auxiliary material to be a new floor material can be added.

The cut-back of the material to be processed by the above-mentioned cutting-back means 45 can be automatically carried out a plurality of times at fixed intervals regardless of the fermentation decomposition state of the processed material, but it is carried out at fixed intervals. It is also possible to repeat the required number of times depending on the result of the state inspection. When the purpose of the final treatment is to reduce or eliminate the volume, the total amount of the materials to be treated in one pallet is about the amount of the auxiliary material (in this case, floor material with slow fermentation decomposition rate is used) that was mixed first. The above-mentioned turning back and re-stocking are repeatedly performed until it decreases to.

When the purpose of the final treatment is composting, a flooring material having a fast fermentation decomposition rate is used, and an object to be treated which has undergone a certain fermentation decomposition period including the necessary number of times of the above-mentioned cutting back is hopper at the time of the final turning back. After being conveyed from 45a to the foreign matter sieving means 46 by the branching and conveying means 47, the foreign matter having a certain particle size or more is removed therefrom, the foreign matter is carried into the shipping container 48, and is shipped by the delivery vehicle 50 as shown in FIG. . Of course, the products to be shipped in this way have not passed the relatively long maturation period (usually 2 to 3 months) required for the entire amount including the auxiliary materials (floor materials) to mature, so the shipping destination (mature It can be used as compost after the ripening period has passed.
It is also possible to secure a period for ripeness within 4. The foreign matter screened by the foreign matter screening means 46 is stored in a disposal container 49 and discarded. In the case of the volume reduction or disappearance process, foreign matter is sieved by the foreign matter sieving means 46 after the cutback processing in the final stage (after being carried out by the branching and conveying means 47) or after the cutback processing in the final stage. After that, the stirring means 42 can be circulated and reused as an auxiliary material (floor material). Of course, even in the case of the composting process, it is possible to circulate and reuse the processed material at the final stage as an auxiliary material (floor material).

As described above, the waste treatment device 2 at each point
Waste that has been primarily treated with 0 is collected in the centralized secondary treatment facility 35 and subjected to secondary treatment. When an abnormality occurs in the operating state of each waste treatment device 20, the details of the abnormality are described. The operation control means 19 takes appropriate action and the abnormality content is displayed by the abnormality display means 18 as in the waste treatment apparatus 1 described above. As shown in, the transmitting unit 29 can transmit information about what kind of abnormality has occurred in the waste processing apparatus 20 at which point to the central management apparatus 30. Therefore, if the centralized management device 30 is monitored, the centralized management person can grasp the operation status of the waste treatment device 20 at each point in real time, and even if the waste treatment device 20 is operated unattended. Therefore, it is possible to immediately take necessary measures by going to the waste treatment device 20 in which an abnormality has occurred.

In particular, in the waste treatment device 20, when a predetermined amount or more of waste such as food waste is thrown into the fermentation decomposition tank 3 at one time, the excess amount of the waste is structurally discharged due to the structure.
Since it takes more time to be discharged to the portable container 25, the total weight of the waste treatment device 20 exceeds a specified value for a certain time or longer, and the state is controlled by the control means 14 (weight abnormality determination function 15). A weight abnormality is detected and a weight abnormality signal is output. As described above, this abnormal weight situation is transmitted to the centralized management device 30 by the transmission means 29. Therefore, the centralized management staff (collection manager) has an abnormal weight in the waste treatment device 20 at any point. You can know in real time. Therefore, the collection vehicle 34 is temporarily directed to the waste treatment device 20 at the point where the weight abnormality has occurred to recover an appropriate amount of the object to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 to make the inside of the fermentation decomposition tank 3 a normal environment. You can bring it back.
Of course, the object to be treated collected in this case can also be collected and used in the centralized secondary treatment facility 35. For the waste treatment device 20 in which the weight abnormality has occurred, it is possible to take out the entire amount of the substance to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 and to newly fill the auxiliary material (floor material).

In place of the waste treatment device 20 used in the above-mentioned waste treatment system, there is no overflow type automatic discharge means 21 unlike the waste treatment device 1 described above. Waste treatment equipment may be used. In this case, when the collection vehicle 34 collects the to-be-processed material from the inside of the fermentative decomposition tank 3, the to-be-processed material discharge port 9 with the opening / closing lid is used to take out the entire amount of the to-be-processed material in the fermentation and decomposition tank 3. Is filled with an auxiliary material (floor material) or an appropriate amount of the object to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 is taken out. When using such a waste treatment device,
Even if waste such as raw garbage is normally input, the fermentation decomposition environment of the fermentation decomposition tank 3 is deteriorated due to the fermentation decomposition of the auxiliary material (floor material), and the amount of substances to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 is gradually increased. As described above, the amount of the material to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 is increased even when the amount of waste such as raw garbage exceeds the specified value. Even when such a weight abnormality occurs, a centralized management person (collection manager) is provided by the transmission means 29 and the centralized management device 30 as in the above system.
Since it is possible to know in real time at which point the waste treatment equipment has an abnormality in weight, the collection vehicle 34 is temporarily directed to the waste treatment equipment 20 at the location where the weight abnormality has occurred, and the normal operation is performed. Similar to the regular collection work of (3), the entire amount or an appropriate amount of the object to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 can be recovered.

In the above-described embodiment, the weight detection for detecting the weight of the entire apparatus including the fermentation decomposition tank 3 is used as a sensor for detecting the state in which the amount of the object to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 exceeds a certain amount. Although the sensor 11 for use is used, a sensor for detecting the upper end position of the object to be treated in the fermentation decomposition tank 3 may be used. As this sensor, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, in addition to a transmission type photoelectric sensor 55 composed of a projector 51 and a light receiver 52, a reflection type photoelectric sensor, a capacitance type sensor or the like can be used. When using this type of sensor, in order to avoid erroneous operation due to momentary and large fluctuations in the upper end position of the to-be-processed object during waste disposal, the upper end position of the to-be-processed object should be maintained for a set period of time. It is desirable to control so that an abnormality is detected when is above the specified level. Of course, even when the weight detection sensor shown in the previous embodiment is used, the abnormal weight detection can be performed only when the weight is continuously exceeded for the set time. Incidentally, the specific configuration of the centralized secondary processing equipment 35 is as follows:
The configuration described in 1-192152 can be adopted.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the waste treatment device is installed in each waste generation place such as raw garbage or in a specific area including a plurality of waste generation places such as raw garbage. When the amount of the in-tank processed material exceeds a certain amount before it is collected in the centralized secondary processing facility, the situation is automatically sent to the collection manager by the transmission means. It is possible to promptly and appropriately execute the coping work such as notifying the user of the information and performing the temporary collection work. Therefore, even if the user who installs the waste treatment equipment does not perform complete maintenance management work, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the fermentation decomposition environment due to the excessive quantity of the in-tank processed material, and The fermentation decomposition treatment (primary treatment) can be favorably continued.

When the weight detecting sensor is used for detecting the amount of the material to be treated in the tank, the load acting on the weight detecting sensor is applied while the stirring means provided in the fermentation decomposition tank is in operation. It is unstable and the detected weight fluctuates. Also, when a sensor such as a level sensor for detecting the upper end position of the object to be treated in the tank is used to detect the amount of the object to be treated in the tank,
While the stirring means provided in the fermentation decomposition tank is in operation, the upper end position of the object to be treated in the tank is unstable and the detection level is not constant. Therefore, as described in claim 3, the detection state of the in-tank object of a certain amount or more is set for a set time (for example, the in-tank object to be processed until the agitation step by the agitation means after the waste is added is completed). If the signal to detect the excess of the in-tank processed material is output when the weight of the material is stable for a certain period of time), it is possible to detect the condition that the processed material in the tank exceeds a certain amount. Since it can be performed accurately and reliably, the intended purpose can be achieved without malfunction. Of course, the set time in this case can be arbitrarily changed according to the situation such as when the overflow outlet 22 is provided.

According to the structure of claim 4, the weight detection sensor detects the weight of the entire apparatus including the fermentation decomposition tank, and the change in the amount of the material to be treated in the tank is detected from the detection result. Therefore, it is easy to install the sensor,
Moreover, it is possible to reliably and accurately detect the change in the amount of the material to be treated in the tank without being affected by the atmosphere and dirt in the tank and to achieve the intended purpose. Further, since the amount of the object to be treated in the tank is detected from the weight, compared with the case where the amount of the object to be treated in the tank is detected by the volume of the object to be treated in the tank (the height of the upper end position), It is also possible to detect the excessive water content of the material to be treated in the tank.

On the other hand, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the amount (bulk) of the object to be treated in the tank can be accurately detected regardless of the water content of the object to be treated in the tank, and the intended purpose can be obtained. Can be achieved accurately.

Further, according to the structure of claim 6, the object to be treated, which has been accumulated and fermented and decomposed to some extent in the tank, is automatically discharged from the outlet due to overflow of the object to be treated. Therefore, post-treatment of the treated waste can be easily and easily carried out by collecting the discharged waste in a suitable container or the like, and in particular, disposal of the waste treatment system according to claim 2. By using it as a material processing device, it is possible to efficiently collect the work to be processed in the centralized secondary processing facility, but with this configuration, even if a large amount of waste is put in, it will take some time. After the lapse of time, the amount of unprocessed waste, including the excessive amount of unprocessed waste, will be discharged from the discharge port due to overflow, and as a result, it will be possible to continue processing without knowing the excessive amount of waste. Become. However, according to the configuration of the present invention,
By detecting the amount of waste to be processed in the tank, it is possible to detect the excess of waste, and it is possible to immediately perform the work to deal with the excess of waste, so the waste including unprocessed waste is discharged. It is possible to prevent the harmful effects caused by the excessive amount of waste such as being discarded.
