For example, there has been proposed an adhesion method in which a decorative plate is fixed to a base material with a double-sided adhesive foam tape and is permanently fixed with a solventless mastic type adhesive (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-312671). Foam-based adhesive tapes are more suitable than non-woven-based adhesive tapes because they are easier to deal with unevenness of the base, unevenness, rough surfaces, and undulations of members. At the time of remodeling work for repairing dirt and scratches over time, and at the time of maintenance work inside the structure, it is necessary to peel off the interior finishing material.

Since a strong adhesive was used, the base material was often damaged by skelton, and this required replacement of the base material, resulting in enormous efforts.

Since the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive foam tape is laminated on the back side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, it is preferable to use a single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that has not been subjected to a release treatment. By using such a single-sided adhesive tape, it becomes possible to secure a predetermined initial adhesive force and permanent adhesive force.
Examples of commercially available one-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes on the back side of which the release treatment is not performed include surface protection tapes (“# 6328-B” manufactured by Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd.) and electrical insulation tapes (Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd.). Manufactured by “# 31”) and the like.

げ材4とが接着する。Further, FIG. 2 is a diagram (in other words, a sectional view of construction) for explaining a method for manufacturing an interior laminate suitably used as a floor material. As shown in the schematic cross-sectional view in (a), as the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive foam tape 3, pressure-bonding in which a non-tacky or slightly tacky masking member 5 is partially laminated on one pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3a. By using the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive foam tape 3 of the mold, it is possible to perform a delicate position adjustment when the interior finishing material 4 is attached, so that it becomes possible to perform joint alignment, tongue fitting, etc. The construction of 4 can be finished beautifully. When the interior finishing material 4 is aligned with the masking member 5 and then pressure is applied from the interior finishing material 4 side or the interior base material 1 side, the masking member 5 is compressed and deformed and the adhesive of the double-sided adhesive foam tape 3 is adhered. Since it is on the same plane as the layer 3a, the double-sided adhesive foam tape 3 and the interior finishing material 4 adhere to each other as shown in the schematic cross-sectional view of FIG.

By attaching the masking member, the adhesive layer is prevented from being initially attached to the base material, and a good alignment function is exhibited. Further, in the case of a masking member having a coverage of less than 19% of the entire surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a sufficient alignment function cannot be exhibited, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer surface can be adhered with a minute pressure bonding force. It will adhere to the body. On the other hand, when the coverage is more than 50%, the adhesion area is insufficient and sufficient adhesion cannot be obtained, resulting in deterioration of durability.

0 to 500 μm is preferable. If the maximum thickness is less than 30 μm, the masking member will be buried below the surface of the adhesive layer with a small pressure, and it will not be able to perform a sufficient alignment function, and if it exceeds 500 μm, even if sufficient pressure bonding is performed by stepping or the like. However, it becomes difficult for the masking member to be buried in the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and sufficient adhesive force cannot be obtained.

Further, as the slightly tacky masking member, the one obtained by coating the surface of the non-tacky masking member with the slightly tacky adhesive can be used. As the slightly tacky pressure-sensitive adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesives used for surface protection tapes and the like can be used, and examples thereof include rubber-based, acrylic-based, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) -based pressure-sensitive adhesives. Further, as other special removable adhesives, acrylic microsphere adhesives, polyoxypropylene adhesives and the like can be used.

If the pressure is less than 0.9 N / cm 2 , the masting member will be deformed by a small pressure, so that the positioning cannot be sufficiently performed, and if the pressure is 290 N / cm 2 or more, the masking member will not be deformed even when sufficient pressure is applied due to stepping or the like. ,

Since the interior finishing material is attached via the double-sided adhesive foam tape, even if the foam base material of the double-sided adhesive foam tape remains when the interior finishing material is peeled off, the residue remains Since it is on the back surface of the single-sided adhesive tape that is previously attached to the surface of the interior base material, it can be easily removed by peeling it off together with the single-sided adhesive tape. Also,
When applying a new interior finishing material, it is possible to easily replace the interior finishing material by attaching the single-sided adhesive tape to the surface of the interior base material and then fixing the interior finishing material via the double-sided adhesive foam tape. Is possible. Furthermore, by using a pressure-sensitive adhesive double-sided adhesive foam tape in which a non-adhesive or slightly adhesive masking member is partially laminated on one adhesive layer, the position of the interior finishing material can be freely adjusted before crimping. The interior finishing material can be attached beautifully as it can be adjusted.

It was taken out into a container and cooled to obtain an interior laminate (shown in FIG. 1). The interior finish material (b-) 4 could be attached with a beautiful appearance. Then, when the interior finishing material (b-) 4 was peeled off using a bar, most of the interior finishing material (b-) 4 was separated from the single-sided adhesive tape 2 and the double-sided adhesive foam tape (d-) 3. Although it was peeled off in between, a small amount of the foam base material remained partially. Therefore, the remaining foam base material was removed together with the one-sided adhesive tape 3, and the one-sided adhesive tape 3 was attached again. With the above, the peeling work was completed, but after that, the reform was completed only by attaching a new interior finishing material. In the peeling operation, the interior finishing material 4 could be easily peeled off, and the portion of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive foam tape 3 on which the foam base material remained could be easily removed.

At that time, the double-sided adhesive tape can be easily removed from the interior base material, so it is possible to significantly reduce the construction period when peeling off wall finishing materials and floor finishing materials by maintenance or renovation or dismantling / separating. . Further, the method for producing an interior laminate of the present invention is the above-mentioned configuration, a single-sided adhesive tape is attached to the surface of the interior base material, on the back surface of the one-sided adhesive tape, the foam as a base material on both sides thereof. Since the interior finishing material is attached via the double-sided adhesive foam tape laminated with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, it is possible to use a general-purpose material to manufacture an interior laminated body having a beautiful appearance without requiring special equipment. You can In particular, when using a pressure-sensitive adhesive double-sided adhesive foam tape in which a non-adhesive or slightly adhesive masking member is partially laminated on one adhesive layer side as the double-sided adhesive foam tape Since the position of the interior finishing material can be adjusted by moving it to the left, right, up, and down, the interior finishing material can be attached more accurately and beautifully.
