2. Description of the Related Art An adhesive tape is obtained by applying a non-woven fabric, paper, plastic film, foam, or the like as a base material and impregnating one or both surfaces thereof with an acrylic or rubber-based adhesive. In general, it is in the form of a wound body or a sheet. Widely used for packaging, office,
It is used in all fields, such as for medical use, building materials, and semiconductor manufacturing. As an adhesive tape, a single-sided adhesive tape having an adhesive ability on one side is mainly used, but a double-sided adhesive tape having an adhesive ability on both sides is also often used in order to adhere an adherend to an adherend. In particular, in building applications, it is used for attaching building materials.

However, there is a problem that a vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive freezes at 0 ° C. or less,
Since the epoxy-based adhesive contains an organic solvent, it requires a complicated operation that requires sufficient ventilation before use. In addition, when floor materials are bonded using these adhesives,
Since it is difficult to make the thickness of the adhesive layer uniform, the thickness is uneven, and the floor material is squeezed. In addition, there is a problem that it takes time to cure these adhesives.

[0006] However, if the displacement occurs after the crimping, the floor material once crimped cannot be easily peeled off.
In addition, there is a problem that the double-sided tape breaks and cannot be used again even if it is peeled off. As described above, the ability required for a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, together with its strong adhesive strength, besides the generally required ability to immediately adhere firmly to the object to be adhered when the double-sided tape is brought into contact with the object to be adhered, There are many situations in which a final strong adhesive force is required to be exerted after moving any of the double-sided tape and the adherend while positioning the adhesive and the adherend in contact with each other. .

However, in these construction methods, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet requires a predetermined thickness or more, and
There is a problem that it is difficult to control the adhesive force, for example, the non-adhesive substance remains on the adhesive surface because the adhesive force is developed by the pressure welding, and the adhesive force is reduced. In addition, the material is limited, for example, the base material must be a material that can easily push the non-adhesive substance, and in the form of a roll, the non-adhesive substance is buried in the adhesive layer before use due to pressure, making it difficult to adjust the position There was also the problem of becoming.

However, in both cases, since the non-adhesive coating material layer is in contact with the adherend, the adhesive area cannot be effectively used, and if the non-adhesive coating material remains, the adhesive strength decreases. There was a possibility that it would be reduced and lead to peeling. In addition, since it is necessary to press the coating material into the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or the base material by pressing, there is a problem to be solved that the base material used is limited to a material such as a foam which is easily pressed.

Therefore, as the adhesive tape used for laying the floor material, it is easy to finely adjust the position while adjusting the arrangement position of the floor material, and after the arrangement position is determined, it is sufficient without displacement. It is excellent in basic ability such as being able to firmly adhere with a permanent adhesive force, and has high work efficiency at the site and no extra waste is generated. Without delamination
In addition, there has been a demand for a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which does not limit the materials used in the substrate layer and the like, can easily reduce the cost, and hardly causes a change or a decrease in performance in use in the form of a sheet or a roll.

The present inventors have conducted various studies on the structure of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and a mechanism for exhibiting a sufficient adhesive force constantly with a low initial adhesive force. At least the surface in contact with the ground surface is made of an adhesive layer with irregularities formed over the entire area, the concave portions and the convex portions are also made of an adhesive, and only the convex portions are in contact with the ground surface when adjusting the position of the floor material. Because it is in contact, the adhesive area is small and it can be easily moved, and after the position is determined, the floor material is pressed against the ground surface, so that both the concave and convex parts, that is, the entire pressure-sensitive adhesive layer exerts the adhesive effect The floor material is firmly adhered to the floor material without displacement, and furthermore, a floor material fixing having a release liner having irregularities opposite to the adhesive layer which holds the irregularities of the adhesive layer without crushing the irregularities. For double sided adhesive tape by above eyes I found that I could achieve my goal.

In the present invention, as a means for facilitating the adjustment of the positioning of the floor material performed during the work of laying the floor material, a surface in contact with the object to be adhered is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer used in the prior art. Does not use an independent non-adhesive material, that is, the entire surface in contact with the object to be adhered is an adhesive layer. Naturally, the non-adhesive material independent of the adhesive layer is adhered by pressure. There is a great feature in that a mechanism of embedding in the agent layer to develop strong adhesive strength is not taken. This makes it difficult for the non-adhesive material to remain on the surface in contact with the object to be adhered, so that the non-adhesive material hardly remains on the surface in contact with the object to be adhered. In addition, the conditions such as the amount of adhesive used to secure the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are hardly limited, and the cost can be easily reduced.

Further, as a means for providing a release liner capable of protecting the above-mentioned convex portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer so as to wrap around the convex portion, an unevenness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by applying an adhesive on a release liner having a concave-convex shape. There is also a feature to do. In this case, the concavities and convexities formed on the release liner and the concavities and convexities of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are formed in reverse, and in this case, the relationship between the mold and the molded body is obtained. However, even if the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is wrapped or the sheet is not easily pressed, the unevenness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer will not be crushed when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is laminated during transportation or erroneously applied during work.

In the above-mentioned double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for fixing floor materials according to the present invention, it is preferable that the convex portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a plurality of particles. When the particles are contained in the individual protrusions as compared with the protrusions not containing the particles, the adhesive strength is weakened. Therefore, for the entire pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, if the number of protrusions is the same, in other words, if the area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in contact with the adherend during position adjustment is the same, a plurality of When the particles are contained, the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a floor material as a substance to be adhered can be reduced. In addition, when the same adhesive force is exerted even when the particles are contained, as in the case where the particles are not contained, the number of convex portions of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in contact with the floor material, which is the substance to be adhered, can be increased. In any case, the work at the time of positioning becomes easier. The plurality of particles may be present on the entire convex portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, but is preferably at least at the tip, and more preferably contained only at the tip.

Hereinafter, the constituent materials of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for fixing floor materials according to the present invention will be described. As described above, the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for fixing a flooring material is composed of the base material layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers provided on both surfaces of the base material layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is used for bonding the floor material and the base material layer, and the base surface and the base material layer. If the base material layer, the floor material, and the base surface have good adhesiveness, the type is as follows. There is no particular limitation.
In general, a solvent-based acrylic adhesive, a solvent-based natural rubber-based adhesive, a solvent-based block copolymer-based adhesive, an emulsion-based acrylic adhesive, a hot-melt-based acrylic adhesive, and the like can be used. It is preferable to use an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive from the viewpoint of durability. Although the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not limited, it is generally about 25 to 125 μm.

The substrate layer is used for holding the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and therefore, the type thereof is not particularly limited as long as it can hold the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Usually, polypropylene, olefin resin such as polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, plastic film such as polyvinyl chloride, half-kraft paper, woodfree paper, crecoat paper, paper such as Japanese paper, woven fabric made of fibers such as rayon, polyester, nylon, acrylic, Metal foil such as aluminum, copper, and stainless steel can be used. Generally, a foam material or the like is used between the floor material and the double-sided adhesive tape in order to enhance a sound-deadening effect such as footsteps. As this base material layer, a foam base material such as polyethylene, urethane, acrylic, or polybutadiene is used. By using a thick base material such as silicone rubber and butyl rubber, it is also possible to provide the base material layer with a sound-deadening effect such as footsteps. The thickness of the substrate layer is also not limited, but is generally about 12 μm to 100 μm, except for the case where the substrate layer is provided with a noise reduction effect, and is 25 μm to 75 μm because strength is obtained and no cost is required.
The degree is more preferred.

The planar release liner provided on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for flooring,
A release liner or release paper generally used for a double-sided tape may be used. The planar release liner needs to be easily rolled without deteriorating the adhesive properties of the adhesive, and is made of a substrate that is easily peeled off from the adhesive. The type of the substrate is not particularly limited as long as it can be easily produced in a roll shape without deteriorating the adhesive properties of the adhesive, but it is usually not limited to olefin resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, and vinyl chloride. And a woven fabric made of fibers such as rayon, polyester, nylon, and acrylic.

Depending on the type of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, a release effect between the uneven release liner and the planar release liner and the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be obtained without applying a release agent treatment for laminating the release agent on the base material (for example, polypropylene). , An olefin resin such as polyethylene) does not require a release agent, but in other cases, it is necessary to apply a release agent treatment to the surface in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The type of release agent is not particularly limited as long as it can be easily peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive and can be bonded to the substrate, but is usually a silicone-based release agent, a long-chain alkyl-based release agent, or a fluorine-based release agent. Etc. can be used. or,
Although the thickness of the release agent is not limited, it is usually 1 to 150 μm.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. Example 1 Release paper was obtained by coating both sides of a kraft paper having a thickness of 0.155 mm with polyethylene of 0.025 mm and applying a silicone release substance on both sides sufficient to obtain a complete coating. . Then, the polyethylene layer on one side of the release paper was embossed, and approximately 1000 depressions per square centimeter were provided at equal intervals in the vertical and horizontal rows to produce an uneven release liner. The depressions, or depressions, in the textured release liner are inverted frustoconical with a depth of about 0.025 mm, with a bottom diameter of the depressions of about 0.05 mm and a top diameter of the depressions of about 0.07 mm.
And Using this uneven release liner, glass beads having a diameter of 5 to 20 μm are poured into the concave portions of the embossed surface and coated, and excess glass beads are wiped off with a paper towel, and then dropped with a paint brush to remove particles containing irregularities. Release liner C was obtained. The adhesive D (2.5% of SK Dyne 1310 manufactured by Soken Chemical Co., Ltd. and a cross-linking agent Coronate L manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Co., Ltd.) is applied to the embossed surface of the particle-shaped uneven release liner C after drying. It was applied so that the amount was 50 g / sqm (per square meter). This adhesive layer has a thickness of 2
A 5 μm polyester film was stuck to obtain a single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having an uneven surface.
