[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for architectural joints, which is used when exterior walls of buildings are coated by a joint design spraying method.

Conventionally, to create a pattern such as a brick shape on the exterior wall of a building, a joint material is pasted on the exterior wall base material such as concrete, mortar, PC board, slate board, ALC board, etc., and then cement-based, acrylic, etc. The so-called joint design spraying method is used, in which a spraying material such as silica is sprayed and the joint material is peeled off before the spraying material sets.
As described in Publication No. 48-43453, a release layer with adhesive properties is provided on one side of a base sheet, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the back side of the base sheet, a sheet with a pattern cut out is laminated, and a release layer is further placed on top of that. A transfer sheet made of laminated paper is used.

However, since the above sheet has a cut-out pattern, the pattern of the image (the shape of the joints) tends to deform when the release paper is peeled off and the sheet is pasted onto the exterior wall base material, so it is difficult to maintain the shape and paste it onto the exterior wall base material. It was difficult. In addition, since the sheet with the pattern cut out is made of a thin plastic sheet, it has poor adhesion to the exterior wall base material and may peel off during work. There were drawbacks such as chipping and the shape of the joint material not being sharp.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the purpose of this invention is to enable strong adhesion to the exterior wall base material without deforming the shape of the joint and preventing it from peeling off during spraying work, etc., and to apply the spraying material thickly. To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for building joints, which can be sprayed into a sharp shape without chipping the ends of the sprayed material when peeled off.

The gist of the present invention is to provide a see-through film that has an adhesive layer on one side, and has an adhesive layer on the other side of a foam sheet that is cut into patterns together with the adhesive layer to form joints and waste removal areas. are laminated, and on the adhesive layer side, a release sheet is laminated on the adhesive layer surface at the lees removal part, and a release sheet is laminated on the entire surface.
The adhesive force between the adhesive layer and the foam sheet is greater than the adhesive force between the adhesive layer and the release sheet,
The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for architectural joints, which is characterized in that the adhesive force is smaller than the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the exterior wall base material to which it is attached.

Further, the adhesive force between the adhesive layer 31 and the foam sheet 1 is greater than the adhesive force between the adhesive layer 2 and the release sheet 5, and is smaller than the adhesive force between the adhesive layer 2 and the exterior wall base material to be pasted. The release sheet 5 can be peeled off without removing the joints 11 or the scraps 12 of the foam sheet 1, and the release sheet 5 is peeled off and the adhesive layer 2 is applied to the exterior wall base material to be pasted. When the see-through film 3 is peeled off after the sides have been attached, it can be peeled off together with the lees extraction part 12, leaving the joint part 11 behind.

Examples of the foam forming the foam sheet 1 include foams such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, and polyurethane, and the foaming ratio thereof is preferably 3 to 40 times, and is mainly made of polyethylene. Those having a foaming ratio of 5 to 20 times are preferable because they have excellent properties such as stiffness, elongation, flexibility, and ability to fit curved surfaces and uneven surfaces. Further, the foam sheet 1 may be reinforced on one or both sides with a synthetic resin film, paper, nonwoven fabric, or the like. The thickness of the foam sheet 1 may be appropriately determined depending on the thickness of the spray material to be sprayed, but it is generally 0.5 to 3 mm, and 0.8 to 1.5 mm is preferably used.

The transparent film 3 is substantially transparent so that the foam sheet 1 can be attached to a predetermined position, and acts as a reinforcing material for the foam sheet 1 when the foam sheet 1 is attached to the exterior wall base material. For example, a substantially transparent film such as polyethylene or polypropylene can be used, and the thickness thereof is preferably 20 to 150 μm.

Incidentally, instead of laminating a release sheet on the adhesive layer surface of the lees removal section 12, for example, a method of applying a release agent to the adhesive layer 2, a method of pasting paper, a plastic sheet, etc. can be used.

Furthermore, the foam sheet 1 is cut into a pattern to form joints 11 and waste removal parts 12, but the joints are cut so that the waste removal parts 12 are not removed during manufacturing or when removing the release sheet. 11 and the lees extraction part 12 may not be completely cut, and a cut remaining part may be provided partially, or the lees extraction part 12 may be partially removed when the transparent film 3 is peeled off. The adhesive film 3 and the lees removing portion 12 may be partially firmly adhered with a hot melt adhesive or the like.

Next, a construction method for spraying spray material using the adhesive sheet for architectural joints of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. To spray the spraying material using the joint design spraying method, first peel off the release sheet 5 from the adhesive sheet of the present invention and attach it to the exterior wall base material 6, and then apply the transparent film 3. When you remove it,
The lees extraction part 12 is removed together with the transparent film 3,
Only the joint portion 11 remains as shown in FIG. Therefore, if the spraying material is sprayed in this state and the joint portions 11 are peeled off and removed after spraying, an outer wall having a joint pattern will be formed.

Since the structure of the adhesive sheet for architectural joints of the present invention is as described above, when the release sheet is removed, the joints and scraps are not removed together with the release sheet, and the shape of the joints is deformed. Therefore, even if the shape is complex or large, it can be applied uniformly to the exterior wall base material without deforming the joint shape, and since the joint part is made of foam sheet, it can be applied evenly to the exterior wall base material. It can be applied reliably even if the material has unevenness, it will not fall off during spraying, the scum will be reliably removed when removing the see-through film, and the thickness of the spraying material will be lower than the thickness of the material being sprayed. By making the foam sheet a little thicker, the sides and edges of the sprayed material will not be chipped when removing the joint area after spraying.

Therefore, by using the adhesive sheet for architectural joints of the present invention, it is possible to easily construct an exterior with a clear joint pattern on the outer wall of a building by the joint design spraying method.
