Conventionally, when creating tile patterns, brick patterns, and other patterns with joints on walls, floors, etc. of buildings using paint or other spraying materials, it is necessary to attach joint frames to the base of the construction surface in advance. It is being constructed in Generally, joint frames are formed by using cardboard with or without water resistance that can be easily obtained by cutting out, and applying adhesive or other adhesive to one side of the cardboard. The strength of the joint frame decreases due to penetration of the constituent components, etc., and the joint frame may have to be cut to be removed after application. In addition, if the water resistance is poor, the strength will decrease due to the penetration of water, etc., making it easier to cut, requiring a lot of work when removing it, and causing swelling and other deformation, making it difficult to obtain a well-finished joint pattern. Become. In addition, the thickness of the cardboard is related to the flexibility of the joint frame formed, its adaptability to the shape of the adhesive surface, and the depth of the joint. The frame loses its flexibility and becomes too stiff, making it difficult to adapt to the shape of the surface to be adhered to.This tendency becomes even more severe when the surface to be adhered to is curved or uneven, making it difficult to maintain stable adhesion. It will not wear well and the finish will be poor. The thickness of paperboard without such defects is generally 200~
It is approximately 800 μm, and it is not possible to form tile patterns, brick patterns, or other patterns by forming the joints deeper than this and creating a three-dimensional effect by painting.

The present invention has an upper layer formed of a moderately flexible water-resistant material that foams or does not foam on the upper surface of a water-resistant paperboard, and an impermeable film layer containing an adhesive component on the lower surface of the paperboard. There is no loss of strength, and the joint frame after painting can be easily peeled off, creating deep joints with clear lines, creating an even better three-dimensional effect, and making it easier to create walls, floors, etc. with more joint patterns. can get.

To explain an example below, the joint frame 1 is made of rubber, synthetic resin material, etc., which foams or does not foam, has appropriate flexibility, is water resistant, and has removability against sprayed materials such as paint and mortar. The upper layer 2 and the lower surface of the upper layer may or may not have an adhesive such as an acrylic emulsion, and the water-resistant paperboard 3 and the lower surface of the water-resistant paperboard may or may not have an adhesive, as described below. An impermeable layer 4 of an adhesive component, a layer 5 of a rubber-based, acrylic-based or other known adhesive on the lower surface of the impermeable layer, and a release paper 6 on the adhesive surface of the adhesive layer were sequentially laminated. The laminated material is formed by punching punched parts 8 while leaving joint parts 7.

The foams forming the upper layer 2 include polyethylene foams such as Torepef (Toray KK, trade name), PE-Lite (Inoue Mtepee Kasei KK, trade name), Moltoprene (Inoue Mtepee Kasei KK, trade name), etc.
KK (trade name) polyurethane foam, rubber or synthetic rubber foam, polyvinyl chloride foam, etc. The thickness of the upper layer of these foams depends on the type, expansion ratio, proportion of closed cells in the foam, etc. different. For example, the thickness of the above-mentioned Torepef is about 0.5 to 10 mm, and the thickness of PE-Light is about 0.5 to 10 mm.
A suitable one can be obtained with a thickness of about 0.5 to 7.5 mm.

The above water-resistant paperboard 3 is made by adding paraffin wax to the paperboard.
It can be obtained by coating or impregnating a silicone resin or the like, by bonding thin films of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., or by coating a melt of these to form a thin layer. This water-resistant paperboard must maintain the joint frame in its normal shape and have a thickness that allows it to be easily pasted in accordance with the shape of the construction surface to which it is pasted.
In many cases, the thickness may be about 200 to 800 μm, and a particularly preferable thickness is about 200 to 400 μm. A synthetic resin sheet with the same effect may be used instead of paperboard.

For example, a polyester film can be suitably used for the impermeable layer 4, and an acrylic or vinyl acetate adhesive can be used for adhesion to the water-resistant paperboard. The surface of the polyester film forming the impermeable layer that contacts the acrylic or vinyl acetate adhesive and the lower surface of the polyester film, that is, the surface that contacts the rubber or acrylic adhesive, are formed on that surface. Depending on the adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive to be used, a treatment with an undercoat can be applied to appropriately adjust the adhesion with the adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive.

The drawing shows a water-resistant paperboard (approximately 400μ thick) with a thin polyethylene film laminated to the surface via adhesive 9 on the underside of Torepef AA00 type (expansion ratio 15x) with a thickness of 2mm, and an adhesive 9 on the underside. A tile or brick pattern joint frame formed by laminating polyester films is shown. In addition to the rectangular pattern shown in the drawing, the joint frame has a triangular shape,
Joint frames can also be formed in various angular patterns such as pentagonal shapes, irregular shapes, irregular shapes, etc. according to their desired shapes.

When using this product, first apply a primer to the wall, floor, etc. by spraying, or if you do not need a primer, leave it as is to prepare the base. Next, draw the minimum necessary number of marking lines on the base surface of this construction surface to define the direction in which the joint will run, and use this as a guide to apply the adhesive layer one by one while peeling off the release paper of this product. Since this joint frame has a suitable degree of flexibility, it can be easily applied to curved or uneven shapes of the construction surface, and can be attached easily while following the curved or uneven shape of the construction surface. Furthermore, the shape of the joints will not be deformed due to the appropriate shape retention properties of the paperboard and the like.

After pasting this joint frame, if you spray one type of spray agent such as paint or mortar, or multiple types of spray agents, the thickness of the joint frame is thicker, so you can spray the spray agent thickly. Paperboard is also water resistant and has an impermeable layer of adhesive components, so it will not swell and deform or change in quality and become brittle even when sprayed with a spraying agent, so the joint frame can always be precisely aligned. Since the shape and strength can be maintained at a predetermined level, there is no possibility that the adsorbent will enter between the base and the adhesive layer and disturb the boundary lines that serve as joints. If the joint frame is peeled off from the construction surface after the adsorbent has properly hardened, the adsorbent will not adhere to the joint frame, making it easier to remove the joint frame without tearing the joint frame in the middle. It can be peeled off, and the peeling marks have clear lines and deep joints, making it possible to create tile patterns, brick patterns, and other patterns with a rich three-dimensional effect, making it easy to obtain a high-quality exterior finish. .
