2. Description of the Related Art Conventional technology and its problems Conventionally, as a simple method for finishing the surface of a structure such as an outer wall of a building with a jointed pattern, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 49-8025
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication (Kokai), a first coating film is formed on the surface of a structure, a strip is attached on the coating film, a second coating film is formed on the strip, and then the second coating film is formed. A method of peeling a strip, as disclosed in JP-A-57-25958, a sheet having a double-sided adhesive tape attached in advance in a joint pattern on a mount is prepared, and the tape is coated with a downward spraying material. There is a method in which the tape is peeled off after the tape is adhered to the surface of the structure, the mount is peeled off, a spraying material is sprayed onto the surface of the structure from above the tape.

However, the pattern layer obtained by these methods does not have sufficient waterproofness, and when a crack occurs in the structure, the pattern layer consisting of only the coating film cannot cope with the occurrence of the crack, and It cracks as it occurs, especially in joints where the coating film is thinner than other parts, and this tendency is strong, and there is a big difficulty in waterproofing. It was unsuitable as a makeup finish for the part in contact with.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1) is for sticking the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (A) to the surface of the structure, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive forming the layer (1) is a known one applied to pressure-sensitive unit tiles. Various adhesives can be used. As an adhesive, for example, a natural rubber or synthetic rubber-based adhesive substance (having natural rubber, polybutene and a tackifying resin as a main component, butyl rubber and polybutene as a main component, etc.) is optionally bonded. Those to which agents, fillers, stabilizers, color pigments, etc. are added are suitable. If the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1) is too thin, the sticking property and the waterproof property tend to decrease,
On the other hand, if the thickness is too thick, the weight load and the economical load are increased, but the adhesiveness and waterproofness cannot be expected to be improved so much, so 0.5 to 3.0 mm, particularly 1.0 to 2.0 mm is suitable.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1) can be reinforced with a reinforcing material such as a net cloth or a non-woven fabric. The back surface of the layer (1) is preferably protected by a release paper (1a) until it is used.

The joint layer (2) is integrally provided on the entire upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1). The joint layer (2) is required to have flexibility so as to be able to withstand flexural deformation and the like during transportation, storage and construction, and is composed of rubber or plastic, and the joint layer (2) and the adhesive layer (1). Considering the adhesiveness and weather resistance of the above, for example, a compounded composition of ethylene propylene rubber or poly (vinyl chloride) used as a waterproof sheet on the roof of a building is suitable because of its excellent elasticity and weather resistance. The thickness of the joint layer (2) is not particularly limited and is appropriately selected and determined from the range of, for example, about 1 to 5 mm. The joint layer (2) has joint patterns and is composed of joint portions (2a) and voids (4) surrounded by the joint portions (2a). Joint part (2)
The pattern is optional, and the illustrated brick joints and other tile joints, through joints, geometric pattern joints, and the like can be exemplified. The joint layer (2) may be attached to the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1) by utilizing the adhesiveness of the layer (1), or may be adhered by applying an appropriate adhesive.

A peeling layer (3) is provided so as to cover the entire upper surface of the joint portion (2a) of the joint layer (2). The peeling layer (3) may be of any structure as long as it is adhered to the upper surface of the joint layer (2) and can be peeled off and removed as required. For example, the adhesive as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. It can be composed of a sheet (or film) (3b) with the agent (3a). Seat (3
As b), paper, cloth, flexible plastic sheet (or film) can be used. The thickness of the release layer (3) may be appropriately selected depending on the joint depth to be obtained, and is usually appropriately selected and determined from the range of about 10/10 to 1/10 of the thickness of the joint layer (2).

FIG. 3 shows an example of production of the adhesive sheet with joints (A),
After the release sheet (3 ') is adhered to the upper surface of the rubber sheet (2'), it is punched into brick joints (see Fig. 1), and the joint layer (2) with the release layer (3) obtained by this punching is used. , The lower surface is adhered to the upper surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1) protected by the release paper (1a).

FIG. 4 shows an example of a case where a structure surface cosmetic sheet (B) (see FIG. 5) is manufactured using the jointed adhesive sheet (A). In manufacturing, first, the vacant space (4) of the joint layer (2) on the upper surface of the adhesive sheet (A) with joints.
The main material paint (5) is applied to the inside of each (see FIG. 1) and further smoothed so that the surface is at the same level as the joint layer (2) [including the peeling layer (3)]. After that, the peeling layer (3) is peeled off from the upper surface of the joint layer (2) before the main material paint (5) is cured. By doing this,
A pattern layer (5a) made of the main material paint (5) is formed so as to stand out from the joint layer (2). After peeling off the peeling layer (3), wait for the main coating material (5), that is, the pattern layer (5a) to harden,
If necessary, a clear coat (not shown) is applied using a clear paint to obtain a structural surface cosmetic sheet (B) with joint patterns as shown in FIG.
The release paper (1a) is omitted in FIG.

The cosmetic sheet (B) thus obtained is adhered to the surface of the structure in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1) on the back surface, and by this adhesion, the surface of the structure is A jointed pattern composed of the joint layer (2) and the pattern layer (5a) is formed. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1) that constitutes the back surface of the jointed pattern functions as a waterproof layer and provides excellent waterproofness, while the joint layer (2) remains as it is and functions as a reinforcing material, which is excellent in strength. It is possible to form a surface decorative part. Further, since the adhesive layer (1) is shielded from the outside by the joint layer (2), the external appearance is not impaired by the adhesive layer (1), and a surface decorative part having a good design can be formed.

FIG. 6 shows an example of the case where the jointed adhesive sheet (A) is used to form a jointed pattern on the surface of the structure. In this example of use, the adhesive sheet (A) has a back surface portion. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (1) is first applied to the surface of the structure, and the subsequent procedure is substantially the same as that in the case of the above-mentioned production of the cosmetic sheet (B). In the case of this use example, a jointed pattern can be formed directly on the structure surface at the construction site.

In the present invention, various compositions can be used as the main coating material used for forming the pattern, but an elastic coating material having flexibility after curing is suitable. As such an elastic paint, for example, acrylonitrile emulsion, butyl acrylate emulsion or styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion and an aggregate (for example, porcelain powder) are blended, and if necessary, a filler (for example, calcium carbonate).
And a composition containing a small amount of a dispersant, a thickener, a defoaming agent, etc., if necessary. The above-mentioned aggregate may also serve as coloring, and the amount thereof is appropriately about the same as the emulsion in a weight ratio. The viscosity of the main coating material can be selected from a wide range, but considering workability and the like, it can be used by preparing it to have a relatively high viscosity, for example, a high viscosity that does not substantially show fluidity. An example of the preferable composition of the main coating material is as follows.
