Description of the Related Art FIGS. 5 and 6 show examples of conventional electrode lands and component electrodes on a printed circuit board. 5 and 6, reference numeral 1 denotes a printed board, 2 denotes electrode lands provided on the surface of the printed board 1, 3 denotes circuit components, and 4 denotes electrodes of the circuit components 3. A cream solder is applied on the electrode lands in advance, and the electrodes of the circuit components are placed on the electrode lands, and the electrodes are reflowed in this state. Thereby, the electrodes 4 of the circuit component 3 are soldered to the electrode lands 2 of the printed circuit board 1. [0003] However, such a conventional technique has the following problems. (1) The electrode land 2 of the printed circuit board 1 is made larger than the electrode 4 of the circuit component 3 so that the electrode 4 of the circuit component 3 is sufficiently soldered. It does not know where on the electrode lands 2 will stop, and will stop at a shifted position or stop at an angle, resulting in poor positioning and greatly affecting the yield. (2) In order to prevent this, the entire electrode land 2 is
If the size is close to that of the electrode 4, the cream solder is insufficient, the strength is reduced, and the electrode is weak to vibration and the like. The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and it is possible to prevent a displacement or an inclination of a circuit component mounted on a printed circuit board without lowering vibration resistance, thereby improving a yield. An object of the present invention is to provide an electrode land of a printed circuit board. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides an electrode land for soldering electrodes of circuit components mounted on a printed circuit board. The width of a part of the electrode land is slightly larger than the width of the electrode. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the circuit components are inclined, and FIG.
2 is a plan view showing a state where the electrode land and the electrode are soldered, and the electrode and the electrode land are seen through for easy understanding. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a printed board, 2 denotes electrode lands provided on the surface of the printed board 1, 3 denotes circuit components, and 4 denotes electrodes of the circuit components 3. The electrode land has a recess 2 a formed in a part of the electrode land 2, and the width of the electrode land 2 is set slightly larger than the width of the electrode 4. A cream solder is applied on the electrode lands 2 in advance, and the electrodes 4 of the circuit component 3 are placed on the electrode lands 2 and the reflow is performed in this state. Thereby, the electrodes 4 of the circuit component 3 are soldered to the electrode lands 2 of the printed circuit board 1. At this time, the electrodes 4 of the circuit board 3 that have been passed through the reflow move on the cream solder, but cannot move to a place where there is no solder. In the electrode land of the printed circuit board of the present invention, which is set to a size slightly exceeding the width of the electrode, the inclination of the circuit component can be suppressed at worst to a slight one as shown in FIG. Further, since the electrode lands 2 are only partially thinned, sufficient strength can be provided against vibration. In the case where the strength is insufficient, as shown in FIG. 3, the electrode land 2 is formed into a shape in which a relatively small concave portion 2a is provided at a plurality of central portions.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4, by forming a shape having concave portions 2a at both ends, a decrease in strength, that is, a decrease in vibration resistance can be prevented. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent displacement and inclination of circuit components mounted on a printed circuit board without deteriorating vibration resistance, and to increase yield. There is a great effect that it is possible to provide a good printed circuit board electrode land.
