Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1,3−プロパンジオールの製造方法であって、 不均一触媒の存在下で3−ヒドロキシプロピオンアルデヒド水溶液を水素化す る工程であって、温度30℃から180℃、水素圧力5から300バール、およ びpH2.5から7.0で実施される前記水素化工程を含み、 前記触媒は酸化物相を含む担持された触媒であり、該酸化物相には該酸化物相 に対して0.1から20重量%の量でルテニウムが配置されていることを特徴と する方法。 2.前記酸化物相が、TiO2、SiO2、Al2O3、MgO、ゼオライト、二酸 化ジルコニウム、および混合酸化物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの 要素を含み、前記混合酸化物がTiO2、SiO2、およびAl2O3からなる群か ら選択された少なくとも2つの要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方 法。 3.前記酸化物相が、TiO2、SiO2、ケイ酸アルミニウム、ゼオライト、お よび二酸化ジルコニウムからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの要素を含む ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記酸化物相の上に、細かく分割されたルテニウムが0.1から10重量% の量で配置されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の方法。 5.前記酸化物相の上に、細かく分割されたルテニウムが0.5から5重量%の 量で配置されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の方法。 6.前記酸化物相に、ルテニウム化合物の水溶液を用いてルテニウムを含浸し、 次いで水素の流れの中で、20分から24時間にわたって温度100℃から50 0℃で還元することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7.前記水素化の工程を、水素圧力90バール未満で実施することを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の方法。 8.前記水素化の工程を、水素圧力10バールから60バールで実施することを 特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記酸化物相が、SiO2およびTiO2からなる群から選択された少なくと も1つの要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。 10.前記水素化の工程を、細流床反応装置中で実施することを特徴とする請求 項9に記載の方法。
