Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者の身体の少なくとも1つのパラメータで監視及び又は作用するシステム であって、 1以上の制御可能な動作パラメータによって患者の身体のパラメータを検知及 び又は刺激するように動作可能な少なくとも1つの植込み可能な装置と、 前記制御可能な動作パラメータを制御するシステムコントロールユニットと、 を含み、 前記システムコントロールユニットが、 患者の身体の植込みのため構成される密閉された細長いハウジングと、 命令信号を送信するための前記ハウジングの信号送信機と、 状態信号を受信するための前記ハウジングの信号受信機と、 前記信号送信機による前記植込み可能な装置への送信用の命令信号を生 成するため受信した状態信号に応答する前記ハウジングのプログラム可能なコン トローラと、 を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 2.前記密閉されたハウジングは軸方向の寸法が60mm以下で、横方向の寸法 が6mm以下であり、患者の身体への注入に適している請求項1に記載のシステ ム。 3.センサとして動作可能な少なくとも1つの前記植込み可能な装置と刺激装置 として動作可能な少なくとも1つの前記植込み可能なものを含み、前記コントロ ーラが前記センサから受信した状態データ信号に応答し、前記刺激装置に前記ア ドレスで呼出し可能な命令データ信号を発生し、前記刺激装置の動作の閉ループ 制御を実行する請求項1に記載のシステム。 4.前記システムコントロールユニットは、前記データ信号送信機、前記データ 信号受信機、及び前記プログラム可能なコントローラに動作電力を供給するため 前記密閉されたハウジング内に含まれた電源を更に含む請求項1に記載のシステ ム。 5.前記システムコントロールユニットは、 少なくとも1つの電極と、 センサ/刺激装置回路と、 を更に含み、 前記センサ刺激装置回路が前記電極により伝導された電気信号の代表データ信 号を発生し、及び又は、前記電極に駆動パルス列を供給するように構成可能であ る請求項1に記載のシステム。 6.それぞれの前記植込み可能な装置は少なくとも1マイクロワット時の容量を 有する電源を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。 7.それぞれの前記植込み可能な装置はその電源の状態を監視する手段を含み、 前記システムコントロールは命令信号を各前記植込み可能な装置に送ると共に反 応的に前記電源状態に一致する状態信号を受信するように構成されている請求項 6に記載のシステム。 8.前記プログラム可能なコントローラの動作を特定するための前記ハウジング のプログラム記憶手段と、 前記信号受信機により受信された信号に応答して前記プログラム記憶手段を変 更する手段と、 を更に含む請求項1に記載のシステム。 9.1以上の他の植込み可能でアドレスで呼出し可能な装置の動作を制御/監視 するため患者の身体の植込み用に構成されたシステムコントロールユニットであ って、 密閉された細長いハウジングと、 命令データ信号のワイヤレス送信のためのデータ信号送信機と、 状態データ信号のワイヤレス受信のためのデータ信号受信機と、 前記データ信号受信器から状態データ信号を受信可能であると共に前記データ 信号送信機へアドレスで呼出し可能な命令データ信号を送信可能であり、それに 応答して、1以上の制御可能な動作パラメータにしたがって1以上の他の植込み 可能な装置の動作を制御及び又は監視可能であるコントローラと、 前記コントローラの動作を特定するプログラム記憶手段と、 を含み、 前記データ信号送信機、データ信号受信機、前記コントローラ、及び前記プロ グラム記憶手段が前記密閉されたハウジング内に配置されることを特徴とする前 記システムコントロールユニット。 10.前記密閉されたハウジングは軸方向の寸法が60mm以下で、横方向の寸 法が6mm以下であり、患者の身体への注入に適している請求項9に記載のシス テムコントロールユニット。 11.前記データ信号送信機、前記データ信号受信機、前記コントローラ、及び 前記プログラム記憶手段に動作電力を供給するため前記密閉されたハウジング内 に含まれた電源を更に含む請求項9に記載のシステムコントロールユニット。 12.前記データ信号受信機は変調された磁界により形成された状態データ信号 に応答するコイルを含む請求項9に記載のシステムコントロールユニット。 13.患者の身体の少なくとも1つのパラメータを監視及び又はそれに作用する システムであって、 命令データ信号のワイヤレス送信のためのデータ信号送信機と、 状態データ信号のワイヤレス受信のためのデータ信号受信機と、 前記データ信号送信機にアドレスで呼出し可能な命令データ信号を送信 させ、1以上の植込み可能な装置の動作を制御及び又は監視するため前記データ 信号受信機により受信された状態データ信号に応答する手段と、 を有するシステムコントロールユニットと、 患者の身体に植込むため構成された複数のアドレスで呼び出し可能で植込み可 能な装置と、 を含み、 前記植込み可能な装置が、 (1)患者の組織を刺激し患者の身体のパラメータに作用するため電流 を生成する命令データ信号に応答する刺激装置と、 (2)患者の身体のパラメータの代表データ信号を生成するように構成 されたセンサと、 を含み、 それぞれの前記植込み可能な装置が少なくとも1マイクロワット時の再充電可 能な電力容量を有する再充電可能な電源を含む、 ことを特徴とするシステム。 14.前記システムコントロールユニットは患者の身体の外部の配置及び動作の ため物理的に構成されている請求項13に記載のシステム。 15.前記システムコントロールユニットは患者の身体の植込み及び動作のため 物理的に構成されている請求項13に記載のシステム。 16.前記植込み可能な装置は少なくとも1つの刺激装置と少なくとも1つのセ ンサを含み、 前記システムコントロールユニットは、アドレスで呼出し可能な命令データ信 号を前記刺激装置に送信し、前記刺激装置の動作の閉ループ制御を行うため前記 センサから受信した状態データ信号に応答する請求項13に記載のシステム。 17.前記植込み可能な装置は前記トランスポンダーにより受信された命令信号 に応答してデータ信号を送信するため少なくとも1つのトランスポンダーを更に 含む請求項13に記載のシステム。 18.前記システムコントロールユニットは、アドレスで呼出し可能な命令デー タ信号を刺激装置に送信し、前記刺激装置の動作の閉ループ制御を行うためセン サから受信した状態データ信号に応答する請求項17に記載のシステム。
