Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一体型排気ガス再循環(EGR)ポンプを組み込むターボ過給機であって、 排気ガス入口およびタービン出口を含むタービン・ハウジングと、 回転シャフトに接続され、排気ガス入口を介して受けた排気ガスによって駆動 されるタービンと、 タービン・ハウジングに接続する手段を含む、回転シャフトを受ける軸受アセ ンブリを支持するセンタ・ハウジングと、 空気入口および給気出口を有する圧縮機ハウジングと、 圧縮機ハウジング入口を通じて空気を受け、圧縮空気を給気出口に吐き出す第 1の羽根のセット、およびそのロータ上で第1の羽根のセットの反対側に一体に 取り付けられ、EGR入口から排気ガスを受け、ディフューザを介して排気ガス 出口に圧縮した排気ガスを吐き出す第2の羽根のセットを有し、この排気ガス出 口および給気出口が別々の流路を含む、回転シャフトに取り付けられた圧縮機ロ ータと、 ロータの周囲で流路を分離し、排気ガスと給気の流路を分離する手段と、 排気ガス出口をミキサに取り付ける手段と、 給気出口をミキサに取り付ける手段と を含むターボ過給機。 2.EGR入口および排気ガス出口が、圧縮機ハウジングとタービン・ハウジン グの中間に取り付けられた鋳物として組み込まれる請求項1に記載のターボ過給 機。 3.この鋳物が、圧縮ロータ用のバック・プレートを組み込み、さらに、この鋳 物をセンタ・ハウジングに取り付ける手段、および圧縮機ハウジングをこの鋳物 に取り付ける手段を含む請求項2に記載のターボ過給機。 4.圧縮排気出口が、出口ポートで終端するボリュートを含む請求項1に記載の ターボ過給機。 5.EGR入口が、ほぼ円筒形のチャネルで終端するボリュートである請求項1 に記載のターボ過給機。 6.分離手段が、圧縮機ハウジングからロータの周囲まで延びるバッフルを含む 請求項1に記載のターボ過給機。 7.内燃機関用のEGRシステムであって、 排気ガス入口およびタービン出口を含むタービン・ハウジングを有するターボ 過給機と、 回転シャフトに接続され、排気ガス入口を介して受けた排気ガスによって駆動 されるタービンと、 タービン・ハウジングに接続する手段を含む、回転シャフトを受ける軸受アセ ンブリを支持するセンタ・ハウジングと、 空気入口および給気出口を有する圧縮機ハウジングと、 圧縮機ハウジング入口を通じて空気を受け、圧縮空気を給気出口に吐き出す第 1の羽根のセット、およびそのロータ上で第1の羽根のセットの反対側に一体に 取り付けられ、EGR入口から排気ガスを受け、ディフューザを介して排気ガス 出口に圧縮した排気ガスを吐き出す第2の羽根のセットを有し、この排気ガス出 口および給気出口が別々の流路を含む、回転シャフトに取り付けられた圧縮機ロ ータと、 ロータの周囲で流路を分離し、排気ガスと給気の流路を分離する手段と、 排気ガスおよび給気を受ける、ターボ過給機の下流側の、出口を有するミキサ と、 排気マニホルドとEGR入口の中間にある、ターボ過給機中の第2の羽根のセ ットに再循環させる排気ガスの量を制御するための制御弁と、 排気ガス出口をミキサに取り付ける手段と、 給気出口をミキサに取り付ける手段と、 ミキサ出口をエンジンへの吸気マニホルドに取り付ける手段と を含むEGRシステム。 8.制御弁とターボ過給機へのEGR入口の中間にEGR冷却器をさらに含む請 求項7に記載の内燃機関用EGRシステム。 9.ターボ過給機の給気出口とミキサの中間に吸気冷却器をさらに含む請求項7 に記載の内燃機関用EGRシステム。 10.EGR入口および排気ガス出口が、圧縮機ハウジングとタービン・ハウジ ングの中間に取り付けられた鋳物として組み込まれる請求項7に記載の内燃機関 用EGRシステム。
