図1は、第1実施形態の排気タービン過給機を表す全体構成図、図2は、第1実施形態の排気タービン過給機におけるコンプレッサと回転軸とのねじ締結部を表す断面図である。
図4は、第2実施形態の排気タービン過給機におけるコンプレッサと回転軸とのねじ締結部を表す断面図である。なお、上述した実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
図6は、第3実施形態の排気タービン過給機におけるコンプレッサと回転軸とのねじ締結部を表す断面図である。なお、上述した実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。
図8は、第4実施形態の排気タービン過給機におけるコンプレッサと回転軸とのねじ締結部を表す断面図、図9は、コンプレッサと回転軸との組付け方法を表す断面図である。なお、上述した実施形態と同様の機能を有する部材には、同一の符号を付して詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (7)
- 中空形状をなすハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに回転自在に支持される回転軸と、
前記回転軸における軸方向の一端部に設けられるタービンと、
前記回転軸における軸方向の他端部に設けられるコンプレッサと、
を備え、
前記回転軸の他端部にねじ部と円柱部が軸方向に沿って設けられ、
前記コンプレッサに前記ねじ部が螺合するねじ孔と前記円柱部が嵌合する嵌合孔が軸方向に沿って設けられ、
前記円柱部及び前記嵌合孔の軸方向長さ寸法が前記ねじ部及び前記ねじ孔の軸方向長さ寸法より長く設定され、
前記円柱部が前記ねじ部より前記回転軸の他端部側に設けられ、前記ねじ孔が前記嵌合孔より前記コンプレッサの取付面側に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする過給機。 - 前記円柱部の外径寸法が前記ねじ孔の内径寸法より小径に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過給機。
- 前記ねじ孔及び前記嵌合孔は、前記コンプレッサの最大外径位置より前記コンプレッサの取付面側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の過給機。
- 前記コンプレッサは、取付面の位置が最大外径位置であり、前記ねじ孔及び前記嵌合孔は、前記コンプレッサの取付面側に向けて開口し、前記コンプレッサの最大外径位置から前記コンプレッサの先端部側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の過給機。
- 前記ねじ孔及び前記嵌合孔は、前記コンプレッサの取付面側に向けて開口し、前記コンプレッサの先端部側に向けて閉塞されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の過給機。
- 前記ねじ孔及び前記嵌合孔は、前記コンプレッサの取付面側及び先端部側に向けて開口することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の過給機。
- 前記回転軸は、他端部が前記コンプレッサの先端部側に突出すると共に、先細形状をなすことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の過給機。
