Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電流注入チョーク(6)とコンデンサ(13)と誘導加熱コイル(14)と高周 波数で制御される電力スイッチ(12、21)とから成る発振回路を有する誘導加熱 用の交流発電機において、電流注入チョーク(6)が二つの分岐部で形成された 並列組立体と直列に装着された可飽和型のものであり、第1の分岐部B1が電力 スイッチ(12、21)を備え、また第2の分岐部B2が誘導加熱コイル(14)と直 列に装着されたコンデンサ(13)を備えていることを特徴とする誘導加熱用の交 流発電機。 2.電力スイッチ(12)がパワーダイオード(19)と組合さったIGBT型のパ ワートランジスタであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の誘導加熱用の交 流発電機。 3.電力スイッチが電圧対称MOS制御サイリスタ(MCT)型のサイリスタ( 21)であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の誘導加熱用の交流発電機。 4.第1の分岐部B1における電流がゼロの時に電力スイッチ(12、21)の高周 波スイッチングを制御する装置(20)を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲 1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱用の交流発電機。 5.前段に抗干渉フィルタ(3)が設けられ、後段に低域フィルタ(4)が設け られた整流器ブリッジ(2)を有していることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜4の いずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱用の交流発電機。 6.電流注入チョーク(6)を流れる交流電流が、17アンペアのオーダーの飽和 値をもつことを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱用 の交流発電機。 7.蒸し器や揚げ器のような調理装置のハウジング内に組み込まれることを特徴 とする請求の範囲1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱用の交流発電 機。 8.電流注入チョーク(6)の巻線に予定の値の電流が流れている時に、自動的 に飽和する磁気回路を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜7のいずれか 一項に記載の交流発電機に使用される電流注入チョーク。 9.発振回路の共振位相中に自動的に飽和する磁気回路を備えていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲8に記載の交流発電機に使用される電流注入チョーク。
