Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.平坦な再整列ミネラルウールスラブを、前記ミネラルウールスラブの両面に 接着剤によって結合されるポリマー被覆シート状の金属プレート等の薄くて剛性 を有する外装材と、プレスによって積層化するための方法であって、 前記積層化のためのプレス操作が、一方で、接着層内の接着破壊を回避するた めに必要な最低圧P1よって規定され、他方で、前記プレス操作中のミネラルウ ール製コアの平均弾性圧力限界P2によって規定されるインターバル内の制御さ れた圧力を用いて実施され、含まれる部材、即ち、前記ミネラルウールスラブ、 前記外装材、及び前記接着剤が、条件P1<P2が支配的となるように選択され ることを特徴とする方法。 2.前記圧力の上限は、前記ミネラルウールスラブの平均弾性圧力限界の70% 、より好ましくは50%であることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 3.前記下限は、P1と、意図される恒久的な平坦性を前記外装材に提供するの に必要な圧力P3の内の高い方であり、これによって、前記含まれる部材、即ち 、前記ミネラルウールスラブ、前記外装材、及び前記接着剤は、条件P1<P2 及びP3<P2が支配的となるように選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は 2の方法。 4.前記ミネラルウールスラブは、前記プレス前又はプレス中に於いて、その長 手方向に対して直交する、及び/又は、その長手方向に沿う主平面内で圧縮され ることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかの方法。 5.前記接着剤との接触の前に、遊離した微粒子状物質が前記ミネラルウールス ラブからクリーニングされることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかの方法 。 6.前記積層化のための圧力は、前記プレス工程の前半段階の非常に短い期間だ け 大幅に或いは完全に一時的に解除され、その直後に、製品の厚み内での正常な弾 性回復を除くあらゆるプレス後変形無しに、サンドイッチ製品がプレスから取り 出し可能なように、接着剤の養生に必要な期間だけ圧力が再び加えられることを 特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかの方法。 7.前記外装材は、真空又は磁場の補助を介してプレスプラテンから引張られる ことを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかの方法。 8.前記接着剤は、熱または超音波等その他の、外部から加えられる作用下で養 生可能であり、前記外部作用は前記プレス中に加えられることを特徴とする前記 請求項のいずれかの方法。
