Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コンクリートの外面に塗布されたアルカリ性の水溶性電解質層に接触してい るアノードと、コンクリートの内部に設置されたカソードとの間に、直流を通 してコンクリート内部のpHを増大させ、またコンクリートの表面層に電解質溶 液を含浸させ、その場合、電解質層が炭酸カリウム水溶液を少なくとも0.3 モルの濃度で含んでいることを特徴とする、鉄筋コンクリートを電気化学的に 再アルカリ化する方法。 2.電解質を接着性塗装材料によってコンクリートの外面に接触する状態に維持 し、接着性塗装材料が保水性有機物と水との混合物からなることを特徴とする 、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.電解質を補給するために、炭酸カリウムの貯蔵庫となるように、接着剤混合 物が、そこに存在する水を飽和させるに必要な量よりも多い炭酸カリウムを含 んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.保水性物がセルロース性繊維であり、存在する炭酸カリウムの量が、セルロ ース性繊維と炭酸カリウムとを合わせた乾燥重量を基準として、少なくとも1 0%であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。 5.存在する炭酸カリウムの量が、セルロース性繊維と炭酸カリウムとを合わせ た乾燥重量を基準として、20から150重量%であることを特徴とする、請 求項4に記載の方法。 6.電解質を保持してコンクリートに取り除き可能に固定されたタンクによって 、コンクリートの外面に接触している状態に電解質を維持することを特徴とす る、請求項1に記載の方法。 7.アノードとカソードとの間に印加する電圧が、3から40ボルトであり、電 流密度がコンクリート表面1平方メートルあたり、0.15から6アンペアで あることを特徴とする、請求項1−6の何れか1つの項に記載の方法。 8.印加電圧が5から20ボルトであり、電流密度が1平方メートルあたり0. 5から2.5アンペアであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.10より小さいpHを持った領域を含んだコンクリートに、この方法を適用す ることを特徴とする、請求項1−8の何れか1つの項に記載の方法。 10.pHが少なくとも10.5、好ましくは11.0のレベルに到達するまで、こ の方法を継続することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
