Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.樹脂成分A及び硬化剤成分Bからなるエポキシド樹脂系二成分塗料であって 、上記樹脂成分Aが成分Aに対し15〜80重量%のエポキシド樹脂と、反応性 希釈剤、フィラ−及び顔料、添加剤、増量剤等の他の成分から選択された少なく とも一種の補助成分とを含有し、硬化剤成分Bが成分Bに対し20〜50重量% のm−キシリレンジアミンと、アダクト樹脂、増量剤および促進剤から選択され た少なくとも一種の補助成分とを含有すると共に、上記成分Aと成分Bとのモル 比が1:0.8〜1.2であることを特徴とする塗料。 2.成分Aが、ビスフェノールA及び/又はF型エポキシド樹脂を含有する請求 項1に記載の塗料。 3.成分Aの反応性希釈剤が、エポキシド基含有モノ−、ジ−及び/又はポリ官 能性エーテル、好ましくはヘキサンジオール、ネオペンチルジグリコール及びト リメチロールプロパントリグリシジル型エーテル類であり、含有量が30重量% 以下である請求項1又は2に記載の塗料。 4.成分A中に、硫酸バリウム、石英粉末、珪砂、炭化珪素またはこれらの混合 物から選択された1種を、70重量%以下の量で含有する請求項1〜3の何れか に記載の塗料。 5.成分Bがm−キシリレンジアミン25〜40重量%を含有する請求項1〜4 の何れかに記載の塗料。 6.成分Bの製造のため、エポキシド基含有化合物、特にビスフェノールA及び /又はF又は反応性希釈剤の形状のアダクト樹脂を、40重量%以下の量で使用 する請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の塗料。 7.成分A及び/又はBの増量剤が、ベンジルアルコール、キシレン−ホルムア ルデヒド縮合物、コールタール樹脂およびジイソプロピルナフタレンから選択さ れた一種である請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の塗料。 8.成分Bが、促進剤として第3級アミン、特に2,4,6−トリメチルアミノ メチルフェノールを、10重量%以下の量で含有する請求項1〜7の何れかに記 載の塗料。 9.成分Bが、更なるアミン成分として、ビス−パラアミノシクロヘキシルメタ ン、3−アミノメチル−3,5,5−トリメチルシクロヘキシルアミン、トリエ チレンテトラミン、ジアミノジフェニルメタン、1,3−ビス(アミノメチル) シクロヘキサン、2,5−又は2,6−ビス(アミノメチル)ビシクロ(2.2 .1)ヘプタン、1,2−ジアミノシクロヘキサン及びこれらの混合物から選択 されたアミンを、アミン総量に対し50重量%以下の量で含有する請求項1〜8 の何れかに記載の塗料。 10.成分A及びBを、モル比1:1の割合で含有する請求項1〜9の何れかに 記載の塗料。 11.成分B中のアミン化合物が、最大35%の付加率を有する請求項1〜10 の何れかに記載の塗料。 12.粒径3.0mm以下の無機骨材、好ましくは予備乾燥珪砂を、成分A及び Bの積算重量の15倍以下の量で含有する請求項1〜11の何れかに記載の塗料 。 13.マスティックアスファルト及び機械的および/または薬品的に大きな負荷 を受けるセメント系基材の表面塗装用としての、請求項1〜12の何れかに記載 の塗料の使用。 14.セメント結合基材の塗装用としての、膜厚50mm以下、特に2〜4mm を有する請求項13に記載の塗料の使用。 15.亀裂弾性被覆用としての、請求項1〜12の何れかに記載の塗料の使用。
