固体リチウムイオン電解質
本発明についての権利は、合衆国エネルギー省とミッドウエスト・リサーチ・
インスティテュート(Midwest Research Institute)の部門であるナショナル・
リニューワブル・エネルギー・ラボラトリー(National Renewable Energy Labo
ratory)との間の契約番号DE−AC36−83CH10093により合衆国政

本発明は、一次及び二次電池、エレクトロクロミックコーティング及び他の電
気化学デバイスに使用されるLi2O-CeO2-SiO2系を基とする無機固体リ
チウムイオン電解質材料に関する。背景技術
イオン電解質は、電子絶縁体であり、特定イオンの優れたコンダクターでもあ
る。それらは、電気化学デバイス、例えば、一次及び二次(再充電できる)電池
並びにエレクトロクロミックウインドウズ及びディスプレイに
並びに電気化学センサーに使用される。電気化学デバイスでは、化学ポテンシャ
ルの影響下又は印加した電気ポテンシャルの影響下で電解質中を移動イオンが移
動する。
第一の場合、通常は、補足的な外部電流を使用して、電池の放電からのように電
力を供給するか又はセンサーにおけるように電気信号を発生させる。第二の場合
、典型的には、移動イオンがある材料から他に移動して、二次電池の充電におけ
るようにエネルギーを蓄えるか又はエレクトロクロミックデバイスの透明から不
透明な状態への転換におけるようにデバイスの特性を変化させる。
典型的な固体電解質は、移動イオン、例えば、水素、リチウム、ナトリウム又
は酸素を有する金属酸化物である。液体電解質を使用するには高すぎる温度で電
気化学デバイスを作動させなければならない又は電解質の薄膜を使用しなければ
ならない用途においては、電解質は固体であることが求められる。固体電解質の
一般的な用途の例としては、自動車エンジンの燃料/空気混合割合を制御するた
めの酸素センサーに使用される高温酸化ジルコニウム酸素イオンコンダクター;
300℃を超える温度でナトリウム−硫黄二次電池に使用されるナトリウム−ベ
ータ−酸化アルミニウムナトリウムイオンコンダクター;並びに一次及び二次リ
チウム電池に使用されるリ
チウムをドープした酸化コバルト固体リチウムイオンコンダクターがある。固体
電解質は、光学的に透明な薄膜でもなければならないエレクトロクロミックデバ
イスにも使用される。
いくつかの用途では、リチウムイオンコンダクターは、固体電解質として好ま
しい。なぜなら、高イオン伝導率を、他の高速イオンコンダクター、例えば、水
素イオンコンダクターよりも一般に大きな化学的安定性と結びつけるからである
。それらは、類似の水素イオンコンダクターができるよりも高い電圧を固体状態
の電池で発生させることもできる。固体における高速イオン伝導の特性について
はJ.B.GoodenoughがProceedings of the Roval Society,A393,pp.215-234,1984
で概説している。
Bensonらの米国特許5,384,653は独立型光起電力エレクトロクロミックウイン
ドウを開示している。エレクトロクロミックウインドウは、そのエレクトロクロ
ミックコーティングに、リチウム又は水素イオンのいずれかが容易に分散する高
速イオンコンダクター材料で形成された固体薄膜電解質を含む。
そのような高速イオンコンダクター材料の例には:Li3N、Li2NH及びL
i1-xMxTi2-x(PO4)3があり、ここで、Mは他の金属、例えば、アルミニ
ウム、ク
ロム、ガリウム等を示す。このような固体薄膜電解質層は、典型的には、Benson
らに開示されているように1000〜5000Å厚である。固体薄膜リチウムイ
オンコンダクター材料はBensonらに開示されているように公知であるが、それら
は、例えばエレクトロオプティックデバイスの最適の特性を示さなかった。例え
ば、Li3Nは完全には透明ではなく、ほとんどの他の固体リチウムイオンコン
ダクターは室温では十分には伝導性ではないか又は水蒸気を含有する雰囲気ガス
の攻撃に対して十分には安定ではない。
Greenbergらの米国特許No.4,768,865もイオン伝導層を有するエレクトロクロ
ミックデバイスを開示している。この特許では、イオン伝導材料は固体、液体又
はゲルであってもよいが、好ましくは、高分子層であるとして開示されている。
リチウムシリケートを基とするリチウムイオンコンダクターはいくつかのグル
ープによって研究されてきた。先の研究のほとんどは、イオン伝導ガラス又はゲ
ルのバルク特性に集中している。例えば、リチウムシリケートゲルは300℃で
10-3S/cmのイオン伝導率を有すると報告されてきた(Wakamatsuら,"リチ
ウムシリケートゲルのイオン伝導率に対するリチウム塩の影響"Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids 147/148
,1992,668-671)。Li2O-P2O5-SiO2
系のゾルーゲルも固体リチウムイオン電解質膜を調製するために使用されてきた
(Hayriら,"Li2O-P2O5-SiO2系におけるゾルゲルの調製及びイオン伝導
率,"Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids 94 1987,387-401)。該文献では、カ
リウム類似体を調製するために多くの試みをしたこと、しかし、すべて成功しな
かったことを認めている。
(LiCl)2-R2O3-SiO2(R=B,Al,Ga)のキセロゲルも調製さ
れている(Wangら,"(LiCl)2-R2O3-SiO(R=B,Al,Ga)キセ
ロゲルのイオン伝導率,"The Physics of Non-Crystalline Solids,Vol.203,1992
,204-206)。
最近、リチウムシリケートを薄膜の形態で調製する努力がなされてきた(Mouc
honら"ゾル−ゲルリチウムシリケート電解質薄膜,"Material Res.Soc.Symp.Proc .
Vol.346,1994,189-199)が、これらの薄膜についてイオン伝導率のデータは報
告されていない。
Arribartらのフランス特許2633609は酸化セリウム対向電極をエレクトロクロ
ミック用途に使用することを開示している。TiO2-CeO2系についても、エ
レクトロクロミックデバイスにおける対向電極として、CeO2を置
換することが提案されてきた。CeO2の使用にはエレクトロクロミック反応速
度が遅いという欠点がある。
さらに、Taniguchiらの米国特許No.5,387,330は、混合酸化物固体水素イオン
及び酸素イオン混合イオンコンダクターをエレクトロクロミックデバイス、燃料
電池及びセンサーの用途について開示している。該特許は特に組成BaCeOx
GdyO3-aを有する混合イオンコンダクターに関する。発明の開示
本発明の目的は、高い可視透明性並びに高いリチウムイオン伝導率及び低い電
子伝導率を有する改良された固体リチウムイオン電解質を提供することにある。
本発明の更なる目的は、エレクトロクロミックデバイス及びバッテリー並びに
他の電気化学デバイスに有用な三成分系リチウムイオンコンダクターを提供する
ことにある。
本発明の追加の目的は、最適なリチウムイオン移動特性を有するリチウムイオ
ンコンダクターを提供することにある。
本発明は、Li2O-CeO2-SiO2系を基とする固体リチウムイオン電解質
に係る。本材料の薄膜はゾルゲル
技術により製造されている。リチウムイオンコンダクターは高い透明性も有し、
エレクトロクロミックデバイスに使用するために非常に好適である。図面の簡単な説明
添付の図面は本発明の原理を説明する記載とともに明細書に組み込まれ、また
、その一部を形成する。図面は説明のためのものであり、種々の要素は実際の大
きさではない。
図1は、典型的な固体イオン電解質膜のための製膜フローチャートである。
図2は、コートされたガラス基体の表面上に付着したイオンコンダクター膜(
固体イオン電解質)からなる半電池のための電気−光測定セットアップの回路図
である。
図3は、900nmWO3/ITO基体上に付着したイオンコンダクター膜(
〜500nm厚)を備えた半電池の電気−光特性をグラフ形式で表す。該膜は2
0%Li2O-20%CeO2-60%SiO2(モル)で形成されており、±1.
5Vで発色/消色する。
図4は、パイレックスガラス基体上に付着した固体リチウムイオン電解質膜の
光透過スペクトルを示す。膜は500nm厚であり、20%Li2O-20%Ce
O2-6
0%SiO2(モル)で形成されている。
図5は、サイクリックボルタンメトリーにより測定した固体リチウムイオン電
解質膜の電気−光特性をグラフ形式で表す。膜は500nm厚であり、ITO基
体上に付着した、10%Li2O-30%CeO2-60%SiO2(モル)で形成
されている(固体電解質とITO基体との間にWO3膜を有しない)。
図6は、サイクリックボルタンメトリーにより測定したリチウムイオン電解質
膜を備えた半電池の電気−光特性をグラフ形式で表す。膜は500nm厚であり
、900nmWO3/ITO基体上に付着した10%Li2O-30%CeO2-6
0%SiO2(モル)により形成されている。
図7は、500nm厚であり、900nmWO3/ITO基体上に付着した3
0%Li2O-20%CeO2-50%SiO2(モル)により形成されているリチ
ウムイオン電解質膜を備えた半電池の電気−光特性をグラフ形式で表す。
図8は、500nm厚であり、900nmWO3/ITO基体上に付着した3
0%Li2O-10%CeO2−60%SiO2(モル)により形成されているリチ
ウムイオン電解質膜を備えた半電池の電気−光特性をグラフ形式で
表す。
図9は、本発明によるイオンコンダクター層を使用した透過性エレクトロクロ
ミックデバイスを横断面図で示す。
図10は、実施例5のイオンコンダクター及び図9の構造を使用したエレクト
ロクロミックデバイスの電気−光特性をグラフ形式で示す。該デバイスは、ガラ
ス/SnO2/50nmLi-600nmWO3/500nmイオンコンダクター
/90nmV2O5/12nmAuの構造を有する。
図11は、本発明のイオンコンダクターを使用した反射エレクトロクロミック
デバイスを横断面図で示す。
図12は、消色及び発色の両状態にある図11の反射エレクトロクロミックデ
バイスの光反射率スペクトルを示す。該デバイスは、ガラス/SnO2/50n
mLi-700nmWO3/500nmイオンコンダクター/100nmV2O5/
40nmAuの構造を有し、実施例1に記載したイオンコンダクターを使用した
。発明の詳細な説明
二酸化珪素は、他の金属酸化物を収容するのに適した良好なアモルファスマト
リックスであるガラスを形成す
る。酸化セリウムは、ガラスに添加したときに、二酸化珪素マトリックスを修飾
し、それをより孔質にし、リチウムのような小さいイオンの移動を促進する。修
飾されたシリケートガラス構造は、移動イオンによって占有されることができ、
また、イオン移動のための好適な進路として寄与することができる多くの空サイ
トを提供する。Li2Oの添加は、リチウムイオンのバックグラウンド濃度を大
きくし、リチウムイオン輸送を促進する。
リチウム、セリウム及びシリコンの混合酸化物(Li2O-CeO2-SiO2)
を基とするイオンコンダクターはゾルゲル法により調製される。これは、適当な
溶液を調製し、基体上にコートして膜を形成させる方法である。その後、得られ
る膜を高温で乾燥させる。原料物質は、典型的には、硝酸リチウム(LiNO3
)、アンモニウム-セリウム-硝酸塩(Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6)及びテトラエ
トキシシラン(Si(OC2H5)4又はTEOS)を含有することができる。リ
チウム原料(LiNO3)は、LiCl又はLiBrのいずれかで置換すること
ができる。添加する水の量は溶液調製から最終的な固体ゲル形成までの時間に影
響する;水含有量が増加すると固体形成の時間が増大する。
典型的な固体電解質膜のための調製手順を図1に表す。
基本的な手順は全実施例で使用するが、以下の説明は、モルで、20%Li2O-
20%CeO2-60%SiO2の電解質のためのものである。21に表す溶液1
として、硝酸リチウム(0.04mol)及びアンモニウム-セリウム-硝酸塩(
0.02mol)を水(1.8mol)に溶解させる。テトラエトキシシラン(
TEOS)(0.06mol)を同量のエタノールに溶解させて22に示す溶液
2を形成させる。その後、二つの溶液を一緒に注入し、マグネチックスターラー
により50℃で数時間混合23した。得られた透明な溶液をゾルゲル膜付着のた
めの前駆体として使用した。
得られたリチウム-セリウム-珪素混合酸化物前駆体をそれぞれ2000rpm
及び30秒の典型的な速度及び時間を使用して周知のスピンコーティング法24
により基体上をコートした。得られた膜を約30分間空気中で徐々に乾燥させた
後、200℃から300℃で約10分間外界空気又は酸素雰囲気のいずれか中に
おいて焼成25した。これらの条件下で典型的な膜は約500nm厚に調製され
る。基本的なスピンコーティングプロセスは公知であり、条件、例えば、前駆体
の粘度、スピン速度及び時間は、膜厚を調節するために変化させることができる
と理解される。他のコーティングプロセス、例えば、
スパッタリング、エバポレーション及びディップコーティングを使用することも
できる。これらは、単なる例示であり、他の公知のコーティングプロセスも適用
できると理解される。
これらの膜は機械的引掻又は化学腐食試験に付されたときに耐性を有する。そ
れらは塩基及び酸の両溶液中で極めて安定である。
5MHzから50kHzの振動数範囲を使用する電極インピーダンススペクト
ロスコピーにより膜のイオン伝導率を測定した。200〜300℃の範囲内の温
度で焼成して調製した場合に調製された膜のイオン伝導率は20℃で10-6Sc
m-1のオーダーであった。
Li2O-CeO2-SiO2膜の電気−光特性を種々の配置で調査した。薄膜は
透明コンダクター(TC)でコートしたガラス基体上又はWO3/TC半電池上
に付着させた。それらは図2に示すように電気化学電池中で試験した。図2の電
気化学電池1は、リチウム原料として(2に表す)LiClO4のプロピレンカ
ーボネート中1モル溶液を含有する。リチウム金属を対向電極3及び参照電極4
の両者として使用する。5に表す薄膜イオンコンダクターをITO若しくはSn
O2でコートした基体7上の(6に表す)WO3上に付着させた。コートされたガ
ラス
基体はスズをドープした酸化インジウム(ITO)又は酸化スズ(SnO2)の
透明コンダクター(TC)層でプレコーティングして形成形成され、該TC層は
次にエレクトロクロミック酸化タングステン(WO3)の層6で被覆される。こ
れらの基体設計はWO3/TC基体として示す。半電池の光透過率は、光検出器
(9)と連結した〜788nm又は670nmの波長を有するダイオードレーザ
ー(8)を使用して測定した。デバイスの電力は、ポテンショスタット(10)
を用いて供給した。全ての測定値は、コンピューターを用いて制御し、記録した
。
実施例1
本実施例のイオンコンダクターは、Li2O 20%、CeO2 20%及びSi
O2 60%(モル)又はモル比1:1:3から成る。イオンコンダクターを製造
するための化学材料は、LiNO3 2.758グラム、硝酸アンモニウムセリ
ウム(ammonium-cerium-nitrate)10.965グラム、TEOS 13.1m
l及びエタノール13.1mlであった。水の量を、TEOSに対する水のモル
比が約30となるように調整した(水32.4ml)。前記化学薬品を、量り、
混合し、上記のように被覆した。得られたイオンコンダクターフィルムは、厚さ
約500nmであった。その電気光学特性を図3に示す。
図3に描かれた透過率(λ=788nmにおいて測定)は、900nmのWO3
/ITO基体上に積層したイオンコンダクターフィルムを含む半電池のものであ
る。該半電池を、WO3フィルムの静止電位に対して±1.5Vにおいて、それ
ぞれ操作した(発色及び消色した)。該静止電位は、リチウム参照電極より3.
2V大きい。上記フィルムを、図2の配置を用いて試験した。図4に、パイレッ
クスガラス基体上に積層させた実施例1のフィルムの透過率を示す。フィルム及
び基体の、太陽光加重透過率(solar-weighted transmittance)は87.6%で
あり、該透過率は、可視の範囲では約91%である。パイレックス基体のみの可
視の透過率が約92%であることを考慮すると、該材料の高い透過率は、エレク
トロクロミックへの応用に理想的である。
実施例2
混合されたリチウム−セリウム−シリコンの酸化物の厚さ500nmのフィル
ムを、スピンコーティングにより、ITOで被覆されたガラス基体上及び900
nmのWO3/ITO基体上に積層させた。該混合酸化物の組成は、Li2O 1
0%、CeO2 30%及びSiO2 60%(モル)であった。
ITO基体(WO3は全くない)上に積層させた混合酸
化物のイオンコンダクターフィルムの電気光学特性を、サイクリックボルタンメ
トリーを用いて測定し、図5に示した。イオンコンダクターフィルムを、10m
V/sの速度にて±2Vの間で掃引した。Tで表される透過率(λ=788nm
)は、この電圧範囲において実質的に全く変化が見られない。これは、Li+イ
オンの挿入が、混合酸化物フィルムそれ自体の光学的性質を変化させないことを
示す。
900nmのWO3/ITO基体上に積層させた同じ500nmの混合酸化物
コンダクターを含む半電池の電気−光学特性も、サイクリックボルタンメトリー
を用いて測定した。前記イオンコンダクター/WO3フィルムを、10mV/s
にて±1.5Vの間でスキャンした。得られた記録を図6に示す。該半電池は、
発色し、透過率(λ=788nm)において約78%から約15%への減少を示
した。これは、イオンが、イオンコンダクターを通して容易に拡散し、酸化タン
グステンフィルムを発色することを示す。
実施例3
混合されたリチウム−セリウム−シリコンの酸化物の厚さ500nmのフィル
ムを、スピンコーティングにより、900nmのWO3/ITO基体上に積層さ
せた。該
混合酸化物の組成は、Li2O 30%、CeO2 20%及びSiO2 50%(モ
ル)であった。該半電池の電気光学特性を、図7に示す。該半電池は、±1.5
Vにおいてそれぞれ発色及び消色される。透過率は、λ=788nmにおいて測
定した。
実施例4
混合されたリチウム−セリウム−シリコンの酸化物の厚さ500nmのフィル
ムを、スピンコーティングにより、900nmのWO3/ITO基体上に積層さ
せた。該混合酸化物の組成は、Li2O 30%、CeO2 10%及びSiO2 6
0%(モル)であった。該半電池の電気光学特性を、図8に示す。該半電池は、
±1.5Vにおいてそれぞれ発色及び消色した。透過率は、λ=788nmにお
いて測定した。
実施例5
混合されたリチウム−セリウム−シリコンの酸化物の厚さ400nmのフィル
ムを、スピンコーティングにより、700nmのWO3/ITO基体上に積層さ
せた。該混合酸化物の組成は、Li2O 25%、CeO2 15%及びSiO2 6
0%(モル)であった。
リチウムイオンコンダクターを用いるエレクトロクロミックデバイスは、エレ
クトロクロミック材料として酸
化タングステン及びリチウムイオン貯蔵材料として酸化バナジウムを用いて作ら
れてきた。該デバイスは、図9に示すように、ガラス/SnO2/WO3)イオン
コンダクター/V2O5/Auという構造を有するが、引用により組み込、まれる
Bensonらの米国特許No.5,384,653に開示されているように、
エレクトロクロミック層、イオン貯蔵層及び透過性コンダクター層として他の材
料も使用できる。電池を製造するために、SnO2 11を、ガラス基体12上に
被覆する。WO3フィルム13(厚さ約600nm)を、SnO2により被覆され
た基体上に積層させる。次に、フィルム13に、減圧下で120℃にて、WO3
上に金属リチウムの厚さ50nmのフィルムを、熱蒸発により、リチウムを用い
て前注入(pre-injected)すると、リチウムは、自然にWO3フィルム中に拡散し
、青みを帯びた色の化合物Li2WO3を形成した。イオンコンダクター14(厚
さ約500nm)を、リチウム化されたWO3フィルムの表面にスピンコーティ
ングにより被覆し、上記したように熱処理を行った。続いて、V2O5対向電極(
15)(厚さ約90nm)及び表面のAu接触面(12)(厚さ約12nm)を
、イオンコンダクターの表面に次の操作において蒸発させた。
発色した酸化タングステン(Li2WO3)に正電位を印加すると、リチウムイ
オンは、固体電解質を通って酸化タングステンから酸化バナジウム中に移動し、
酸化タングステンは、部分的に不透明な青色から透明に変化する。次に、透明な
酸化タングステン(WO3)に負電位を印加すると、リチウムイオンは固体電解
質を通って酸化バナジウムから酸化タングステン層中に戻り、デバイスは、部分
的に不透明な状態に戻る。
図10は、作用面積2.55cm2の図9の典型的なデバイスを±3Vにおい
て操作した場合の、光学的透過率の変化(波長λ=670nmにて測定)を示す
ものである。デバイスの透過率は、10秒未満で28%から9%に急速に変化し
た。Auの接触表面を、可視の透過率85%である透明なコンダクター層に置き
換えた場合、消色された状態のデバイスの透過率は、約55%になり得る。
実施例6
反射エレクトロクロミックデバイスを、実施例1のイオンコンダクターフィル
ム(Li2O 20%、CeO2 20%及びSiO2 60%)を用いて製造した。
該デバイスは、図11に似た構造を有する。Au反射層16’は、厚さ約40n
m;V2O5層15’は、厚さ約100
nm;イオンコンダクター層14’は、厚さ約500nm;及びWO3層13’
は、厚さ約700nm。WO3層13’をSiO2 11’、ガラス基体12’上
に積層させた。上記デバイスを、実施例5に記載したのと同様の方法で製造した
。実施例1のイオンコンダクターを取り入れた反射エレクトロクロミックデバイ
スの±3ボルトにおける光学スペクトルを、図12に示す。図12中の実線31
は、消色した状態におけるデバイスの光反射率を示す。点線32は、発色した状
態におけるデバイスの光反射率を示す。光は、図11のデバイスのガラス12’
側から入射した。全ての光学スペクトルを、パーキンス−エルマー340分光光
度計(Perkins-Elmer 340 spectrophotometer)を用いて測定した。
Li2O−CeO2−SiO2に基づく電解質又はコンダクター材料の具体例を
、以上に記載してきた。該具体例は、代表的なものであって、他の比率において
も使用に際して優れた電気光学特性を示すであろうと理解される。特に、電解質
材料は、モルでLi2O 10〜30%、CeO2 10〜30%及びSiO2 50
〜60%を有し得る。
前記の記載は、本発明の原理に関してのみ例証としてみなされる。さらに、多
くの変形及び変更を当業者が容
易に想到するであろうから、本発明を、上記した構造及びプロセスそのものに限
定することは望まれない。従って、全ての適当な変形及び同等のものは、以下の
請求の範囲により規定される本発明の範囲内となるであろう。

b)TEOSをエタノールに溶解し、第2溶液を得る;
c)第1及び第2溶液を混合して、前駆体を得る;
d)前駆体を用いて基体を被覆し、フィルムを得る;
e)フィルムを乾燥する
工程を含む方法。
10.Li2O−CeO2−SiO2からなる混合酸化物であるイオンコンダクタ
ー。
11.a)2層の導電性材料
b)導電性材料の2層間にあるリチウムイオン貯蔵層
c)導電性材料の中の1層と、リチウムイオン貯蔵層の間にあるLi2O
−CeO2−SiO2電解質材料を含有するイオン導電層
を有する電気化学的電池。
12.イオン導電層が、モルで、Li2O約20%、CeO2約20%及びSiO2
約60%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。
13.イオン導電層が、モルで、Li2O約10%、CeO2約30%及びSiO2
約60%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。
14.イオン導電層が、モルで、Li2O約30%、CeO2約20%及びSiO2
約50%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。
15.イオン導電層が、モルで、Li2O約30%、CeO2約10%及びSiO2
約60%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。
16.イオン導電層が、モルで、Li2O約25%、CeO2約15%及びSiO2
約60%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。
17.イオン導電層が、モルパーセントで、Li2O 10〜30%、CeO2 1
0〜30%及びSiO2 50〜60%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。
18.イオン導電層がフィルムである請求項11記載の電池。
19.導電性材料の2つの層が透明である請求項11記載の電池。
20.導電性材料の中の1層が反射性のものである請求項11記載の電池。
21.導電性材料の中の1層とイオン導電層の間に、さらに、エレクトロクロミ
ック層を含む請求項11記載の電池。
22.イオン貯蔵材料及びエレクトロクロミック材料の間に位置する薄膜イオン
コンダクターであって、リチウム、セリウム及びシリコンの酸化物を含有する薄
膜イオンコンダクター。
23.2つの異なる材料間の電位に応答して、リチウムイオンを該2つの異なる
材料間で伝導させるための電解質材料であって、固体のリチウム、セリウム及び
シリコンの酸化物の混合薄膜を含む電解質材料。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.Li2O−CeO2−SiO2の電解質材料を含むリチウムイオンコンダクタ ー。 2.電解質材料が、モルで、Li2O約20%、CeO2約20%及びSiO2約 60%を含有する請求項1記載のイオンコンダクター。 3.電解質材料が、モルで、Li2O約10%、CeO2約30%及びSiO2約 60%を含有する請求項1記載のイオンコンダクター。 4.電解質材料が、モルで、Li2O約30%、CeO2約20%及びSiO2約 50%を含有する請求項1記載のイオンコンダクター。 5.電解質材料が、モルで、Li2O約30%、CeO2約10%及びSiO2約 60%を含有する請求項1記載のイオンコンダクター。 6.電解質材料が、モルで、Li2O約25%、CeO2約15%及びSiO2約 60%を含有する請求項1記載のイオンコンダクター。 7.電解質材料が、モルパーセントで、Li2O 10〜30%、CeO2 10 〜30%及びSiO2 50〜60%を含有する請求項1記載のイオンコンダクタ ー。 8.電解質材料がフィルムである請求項1記載のイオン コンダクター。 9.基体上にイオンコンダクターフィルムを形成する方法であって: a)窒化リチウム及び硝酸アンモニウムセリウ、ムを水に溶解し、第1 溶液を得る; b)TEOSをエタノールに溶解し、第2溶液を得る; c)第1及び第2溶液を混合して、前駆体を得る; d)前駆体を用いて基体を被覆し、フィルムを得る; e)フィルムを乾燥する工程を含む方法。 10.Li2O−CeO2−SiO2を含有する混合酸化物であるイオンコンダク ター。 11.a)2層の導電性材料 b)導電性材料の2層間にあるリチウムイオン貯蔵層 c)導電性材料の1層と、リチウムイオン貯蔵層の間にあるLi2O−C eO2−SiO2電解質材料を含有するイオン導電層 を有する電気化学的電池。 12.イオン導電層が、モルで、Li2O約20%、CeO2約20%及びSiO2 約60%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。 13.イオン導電層が、モルで、Li2O約10%、CeO2約30%及びSiO2 約60%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。 14.イオン導電層が、モルで、Li2O約30%、CeO2約20%及びSiO2 約50%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。 15.イオン導電層が、モルで、Li2O約30%、CeO2約10%及びSiO2 約60%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。 16.イオン導電層が、モルで、約25%、CeO2約15%及びSiO2約60 %を含有する請求項11記載の電池。 17.イオン導電層が、モルパーセントで、Li2O 10〜30%、CeO2 1 0〜30%及びSiO2 50〜60%を含有する請求項11記載の電池。 18.イオン導電層がフィルムである請求項11記載の電池。 19.導電性材料の2つの層が透明である請求項11記載の電池。 20.導電性材料の中の1層が反射性のものである請求項11記載の電池。 21.導電性材料の中の1層とイオン導電層の間に、さらに、エレクトロクロミ ック層を含む請求項11記載の電池。
