Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. たとえば熱交換のために、回転式インペラ(17)によって流体をポンピ ングするための循環ポンプ(29)であって、熱源から冷却装置(28)への第 一のフィーダラインと、前記冷却装置から前記ポンプへの戻りラインと、前記熱 源(25)からの流出流をバイパス(30)経由で分流させて前記ポンプに戻す ための弁(26)とを有する循環システムに含まれ、 前記バイパス(30)が、主としてこのバイパスからの流れが前記インペラ( 17)への流入流の予旋回を生じさせたり、増大させたりし、その予旋回が、エ ンジンによって要求される出力を減少させるように前記ポンプ(29)に接続さ れていることを特徴とする循環ポンプ。 2. 入口(19)が前記インペラ(17)の中心に対して向けられ、出口(2 0、21)が前記インペラの外縁から延びている請求項1記載の循環ポンプ。 3. 前記バイパス流が、中央ポンプ入口(19)に対して実質的に接線方向に 接続された少なくとも一つの通路(22、23)を介して前記ポンプに案内され る請求項1記載の循環ポンプ。 4. 前記通路(23)が、断面積が前記中央ポンプ入口(19)の方向に単調 に減少する湾曲した外壁面をもって形成されている請求項3記載の循環ポンプ。 5. 前記通路(23)が前記中央入口(19)の周囲にらせん状に延びている 請求項3または4記載の循環ポンプ。 6. 前記通路(23)が、前記バイパス(22)からの前記流れの流速を前記 入口(19)の方向で接線方向に増大させる面積減少を形成する請求項1〜5の いずれか1項記載の循環ポンプ。 7. 少なくとも一つの入口(19’)が前記インペラ(17’)の中心に対し て向けられ、前記バイパス(30’)が少なくとも部分的に前記入口(19’) の周囲にらせん状に巻かれた状態で延びている請求項1または3記載の循環ポン プ。 8. 前記バイパス(30’)が分岐している請求項7記載の循環ポンプ。 9. 入口(19”)の部品が、前記バイパス(30”)の中に延び、開口(3 4)を含む羽根を設けられた装置(33)の中心に対して向けられており、前記 装置(33)が、前記バイパス(30”)からの流れを、前記開口を介して前記 入口(19”)からの流れに対して実質的に接線方向に向け、予旋回を生じさせ る請求項1記載の循環ポンプ。 10. 羽根(32)を設けられた前記装置(33)が、主として、前記バイパ ス(30”)からの前記流れの中で前記インペラの直前に設けられている請求項 9記載の循環ポンプ。 11. 前記予旋回が前記インペラの回転方向の旋回である請求項1〜10いず れか1項記載の循環ポンプ。 12. たとえば自動車のエンジンを冷却するための、回転式インペラ(17) によって冷媒をポンピングするための冷媒ポンプであって、前記エンジンからラ ジエータへのフィーダラインと、前記ラジエータから前記ポンプへの戻りライン と、前記エンジンからの流出流をバイパス(22)経由で分流させて前記ポンプ に戻すための弁とを含む冷却システムに含まれ、 前記バイパス(22)が、実質的に前記バイパスからの流れが前記インペラ( 17)への流入流の予旋回を生じさせたり、増大させたりし、その予旋回が、モ ータの所要出力を減少させるような方法で前記ポンプに接続されていることを特 徴とする冷媒ポンプ。 13. 前記流量がエンジン運転状態に依存する請求項12記載の冷媒ポンプ。 14. 前記弁(26)がサーモスタット制御される請求項12記載の冷媒ポン プ。 15. たとえば自動車のエンジンを冷却するための、回転式インペラ(17) によって冷媒をポンピングするための循環ポンプであって、前記エンジンからラ ジエータへのフィーダラインと、前記ラジエータから前記ポンプへの戻りライン と、前記エンジンからの流出流をバイパス(22)経由で分流させて前記ポンプ に戻すための制御弁とを含む循環システムに含まれるポンプにおける流量を前記 エンジンの運転状態に関して最適化する方法であって、前記インペラの中心に対 して向けられた入口(19)と、前記インペラの外縁から延びるらせん状の出口 (20、21)と、 実質的に前記バイパス(23)からの前記バイパス流が、主として前記入口( 19)からの中央入口流と合って、前記入口流の旋回が生じたり、増大したりす るように設けることを特徴とする方法。 16. 前記バイパス流が前記入口流と実質的に接線方向に合う請求項15記載 の方法。
