Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 85%を越える不透明度、30g/m2を越えるが100g/m2未満の基 本重量及び約30%を越える平均破断伸長度を有するシート材料。 2. オレフィンポリマーを含んでなる請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 3. 高密度のポリエチレンである請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 4. 平均伸長度が約35%を越える請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 5. 平均伸長度が約40%を越える請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 6. 基本重量が85g/m2未満である請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 7. 基本重量が70g/m2未満である請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 8. 実質的に独占的に不織の繊維である請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 9. 不透明度が90%を越える請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 10. 面接着されたフラッシュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状フィルムフィブリ ルを含んでなる請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 11. 点接着された請求の範囲第1項記載のシート材料。 12. 接着点が部分的により柔軟なように破壊されている点接着されたフラッ シュ紡糸プレキシフィラメント状繊維の単一のシートからなる請求の範囲第1項 記載のシート材料。 13. 85%を越える不透明度、30g/m2を越えるが100g/m2未満の 基本重量、20in−lb/in2を越えるスペンサー破壊度及び約35%を越 える平均破断伸長度を有する封筒材料。 14.オレフィンポリマーを含んでなる請求の範囲第13項記載のシート材料。 15. 高密度ポリエチレンである請求の範囲第14項記載のシート材料。 16. 平均伸長度が約35%を越える請求の範囲第13項記載のシート材料。 17. 平均伸長度が約40%を越える請求の範囲第13項記載のシート材料。 18. 基本重量が85g/m2未満である請求の範囲第13項記載のシート材 料。 19. 基本重量が70g/m2未満である請求の範囲第13項記載のシート材 料。 20. ポリマーをフラッシュ紡糸してそれから布地を形成する工程において少 なくとも2.0の長さ対直径比及び紡糸オリフィスの上流の減圧室内におけるイ ンラインミキサーを有する紡糸オリフィスを通してポリマー溶液を紡糸すること を含んでなる改良法。 21. 紡糸オリフィスの長さ対直径比が3.0を越える請求の範囲第20項記 載の方法。 22. 紡糸オリフィスの長さ対直径比が4.0を越える請求の範囲第20項記 載の方法。 23. ポリマーをフラッシュ紡糸してそれからシート材料を形成する 工程において約16%未満の比率でポリマーをペンタン紡糸剤中に混合すること 及び少なくとも約180℃温度において少なくとも2.0の長さ対直径比を有す る紡糸オリフィスを通してポリマー溶液を排出させることを含んでなる改良法。 24. 前記改良が更に3.5を越える長さ対直径比を有する紡糸オリフィスを 通してポリマーを紡糸することを含んでなる請求の範囲第23項記載の方法。 25. 減圧室内に静的ミキサーを更に含む請求の範囲第24項記載の方法。
