Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 哺乳類被験体の一領域における細胞死をin vivoで撮像する方法であって 、 (a)前記被験体に、生体適合性のある放射性核種で標識したアネキシンを投 与するステップと、 (b)標識されたアネキシンが被験体内で局在化が達成できた時間後に、前記 被験体を放射線検出装置の検出界内に配置するステップと、 (c)前記放射線検出装置により、被験体内に局在化した前記放射性核種から 出た放射線を測定することで、放射線の画像を構成するステップと を含み、前記画像が、前記哺乳類被験体の前記領域における細胞死の表現である 、方法。 2. (d)前記画像を処理することで、前記標識されたアネキシンの非特異的 局在化から生じた信号を減算するステップ、をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方 法。 3. 前記非特異的局在化が腎臓内である、請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 前記放射性核種が、ヨウ素123、ヨウ素131、ガリウム67、インジウム111 、フッ素18及びテクネチウム99m(Tc99m)のうちのいずれかから選択される、請 求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5. 前記放射性核種がテクネチウム99m(Tc99m)である、請求項1乃至4のい ずれかに記載の方法。 6. 前記Tc99mがアネキシンにヒドラジノニコチンアミド(HYNIC)を介して結 合される、請求項5に記載の方法。 7. Tc99m標識付アネキシンの投与される量が、約5から約20mCiの間の用量に なる、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。 8. 前記放射線検出装置がガンマ線検出装置であり、前記放射線がガンマ線で ある、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法。 9. 前記ガンマ線検出装置がガンマ・シンチレーション・カメラである、請求 項8に記載の方法。 10. 前記画像を構成するための前記ガンマ線の測定が、標識されたアネキシ ンの投与後約5分から約2時間の間に行なわれる、請求項8又は9に記載の方法 。 11. 前記画像を構成するための前記ガンマ線の測定が、標識されたアネキシ ンの投与後約1時間に行なわれる、請求項8乃至10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12. 前記細胞死がアポトーシスにより引き起こされる、請求項1乃至11の いずれかに記載の方法。 13. (b)及び(c)のステップを選択された間隔で反復するステップをさ らに含み、 前記反復するステップが、細胞死の過程にある細胞数の変化を反映した、前記 領域からの放射線の強度変化を経時的に追跡するのに有効である、請求項1乃至 12のいずれかに記載の方法。 14. (b)及び(c)のステップを選択された間隔で反復するステップをさ らに含み、 前記反復するステップが、細胞死の過程にある細胞の位置変化を反映した、前 記領域からの放射線の局在変化を経時的に追跡するのに有効である、請求項1乃 至13のいずれかに記載の方法。 15. 前記放射線検出装置が3次元撮像カメラである、請求項1乃至7のいず れ かに記載の方法。 16. 前記アネキシンがアネキシンVである、請求項1乃至15のいずれかに 記載の方法。 17. 標識されたアネキシンの投与される量が約300μgたんぱく質/kg未満で ある、請求項1乃至16のいずれかに記載の方法。 18. 標識されたアネキシンの投与される量が約1から10μgたんぱく質/kg の間である、請求項1乃至17のいずれかに記載の方法。 19. 標識されたアネキシンが静脈内(i.v.)投与される、請求項1乃至18 のいずれかに記載の方法。 20. 標識されたアネキシンが腹腔内(i.p.)投与される、請求項1乃至18 のいずれかに記載の方法。 21. 標識されたアネキシンが鞘内投与される、請求項1乃至18のいずれか に記載の方法。 22. 標識されたアネキシンが胸膜内投与される、請求項1乃至18のいずれ かに記載の方法。 23. 標識されたアネキシンがリンパ内投与される、請求項1乃至18のいず れかに記載の方法。 24. 標識されたアネキシンが筋肉内投与される、請求項1乃至18のいずれ かに記載の方法。 25. 前記領域が概ね被験体全体を含む、請求項1乃至24のいずれかに記載 の方法。 26. 前記領域が頭部又はその一部を含む、請求項1乃至24のいずれかに記 載の方法。 27. 前記領域が心臓又はその一部を含む、請求項1乃至24のいずれかに記 載の方法。 28. 前記領域が肝臓又はその一部を含む、請求項1乃至24のいずれかに記 載の方法。
