Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの液圧可変容量形ポンプと、特に制御される液圧走行モータ と、少なくとも1つの2段のパワーシフトドライブとを備え、このパワーシフ トドライブがその被駆動軸を介して建設土木機械の軸を駆動し、パワーシフト ドライブが空気圧、液圧または電圧によって少なくとも1個のシフト弁を介し てシフトされる、自走式建築土木機械の液圧走行駆動装置をパワーシフト可能 に切換えるための方法において、スイッチ(7)を操作することによってパワ ーシフトドライブ(1)を負荷に依存して自動的にシフトするために、少なく とも1個の切換え要素(5)に作用連結された少なくとも2個の圧力スイッチ (3,4)が、異なる応答液圧で順々に操作され、一方または他方の圧力スイ ッチ(3,4)によって液圧式走行回路内の予め定められた負荷状態に依存し て切換え要素(5)が操作され、この切換え要素がパワーシフトドライブ(1 )をシフトするためのシフト弁(6)を電気的に操作することを特徴とする方 法。 2.建設土木機械の走行速度が監視され、予め定めた速度値を上回るときに、パ ワーシフトドライブ(1)のシフトダウンが阻止されることを特徴とする請求 項1記載の方法。 3.走行速度を監視するために、走行速度に比例する周波数信号が評価ユニット によって評価され、周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)を介してシフトを可能に するかまたは阻止することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 4.周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)がシフト弁(6)に作用することを特徴と する請求項3記載の方法。 5.周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)が付加的な弁に作用し、この付加的な弁が シフト弁(6)に対して平行に配置され、かつこのシフト弁に液圧的に結合さ れていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 6.パワーシフトドライブ(1)のシフトアップが専ら負荷に依存して圧力スイ ッチ(3,4)を介して行われることを特徴とする請求項3,4または5記載 の方法。 7.建設土木機械の走行速度が監視され、建設土木機械の停止時にパワーシフト ドライブ(1)の低いギヤへのシフトダウンが自動的に行われることを特徴と する請求項1または2〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 8.圧力スイッチ(3,4)の低い応答圧力が、可変容量形ポンプの最大吐出量 の範囲において可変容量形ポンプの圧力に対応するように調節されることを特 徴とする請求項1または2〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 9.圧力スイッチ(3,4)の上側の応答圧力が、最大システム圧力の範囲にあ るように調節されることを特徴とする請求項1または2〜7のいずれか一つに 記載の方法。 10.少なくとも1つの液圧可変容量形ポンプと、特に制御される液圧走行モータ と、少なくとも1つの2段のパワーシフトドライブとを備え、このパワーシフ トドライブがその被駆動軸を介して建設土木機械の軸を駆動し、パワーシフト ドライブが空気圧、液圧または電圧によって少なくとも1個のシフト弁を介し てシフトされる、自走式建築土木機械の液圧走行駆動装置をパワーシフト可能 に切換えるための装置において、パワーシフトドライブ(1)を負荷に依存し て自動的にシフトするために、スイッチ(7)と、異なる応答液圧を有する少 なくとも2個の圧力スイッチ(3,4)とが設けられ、圧力スイッチ(3,4 )が切換え要素(5)に作用連結され、この切換え要素がシフト弁(6)に連 結され、この切換え弁を電気的に操作することを特徴とする装置。 11.走行速度を監視するための評価ユニットと、この評価ユニットに接続された 周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)が設けられ、このスイッチがパワーシフトド ライブ(1)のシフトを可能にするかまたは阻止することを特徴とする請求項 10記載の装置。 12.周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)がシフト弁(6)に作用連結されているこ とを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。 13.周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)が付加的な弁に作用連結され、この弁がシ フト弁(6)に対して平行に配置され、かつこのシフト弁に液圧的に結合され ていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の装置。 14.周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)が第1の出力部を備え、この出力部がリレ ー(12)を介してシフト弁(6)に作用連結されていることを特徴とする請 求項12記載の装置。 15.周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)が第2の出力部を備え、この出力部が他の リレー(13)を介してシフト弁(6)に作用連結され、他のリレー(13) がシフト要素(6)とスイッチ(7)およびリレー(12)の間に配置されて いることを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。 16.周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)がそれぞれ1つの出力部を有する別個の2 個のスイッチによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項15記載の装置 。 17.圧力スイッチ、切換え要素(5)、周波数に依存するスイッチ(9)および リレー(12,13)が、共通の電子式、液圧式または空気圧式スイッチング 回路ロジックとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10または11〜 16のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
