Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】被乾燥物を収容した乾燥室内を減圧状態で
加熱することで前記被乾燥物を乾燥させる減圧式乾燥装
置において、 加熱した水を減圧状態にある前記乾燥室内に供給して瞬
時に蒸発させることにより、その風圧で前記乾燥室の内
壁面に付着している付着物を除去する洗浄装置を設けた
ことを特徴とする減圧式乾燥装置。
