[Cleaning Treatment Step] The pump P 1 is operated to discharge the aqueous cleaning treatment liquid in which the detergent, degreasing agent, etc. are dissolved from the cleaning treatment liquid tank B through the liquid distribution pipe (24) and the liquid distribution tank (9). container
(1) Fill inside. The aqueous cleaning treatment liquid is usually heated to about 60 to 80 ° C. by the heater (33). The aqueous cleaning treatment liquid is supplied until the object to be treated (18) in the treatment tank (6) is completely immersed, and the liquid level at that time is the level gauge L 1
Detected by the signal from the level gauge L 1 , the pump P 1 is stopped and the supply of the aqueous cleaning treatment liquid is cut off. After maintaining the above for about 3 to 5 seconds, the low-speed motor M 1 is driven to rotate the processing tank (6) alternately at low speed for forward and reverse rotation for several minutes, so that the object to be processed (18) is completely washed. , Processing tank
Stop the rotation of (6). Next, the motor-operated valve MV 1 is opened to collect the aqueous cleaning treatment liquid in the container (1) from the liquid distribution pipe (28A) into the cleaning treatment liquid tank B. After most of the aqueous cleaning treatment liquid in the container (1) is discharged, the high speed motor M 2 is driven to continue high speed rotation for about 2 to 3 minutes to shake the aqueous cleaning treatment liquid adhering to the object to be treated. Cut. The above is the cleaning process.

[Washing Step] The washing water in the washing water tank C is filled by the pump P 2 into the liquid distribution tank (9) and further the container (1) through the liquid distribution pipe (25). The position is adjusted by a level gauge L 2 linked with the pump P 2 . The washing water is usually heated by the heater (34) in the same manner as the aqueous washing treatment liquid.
It is heated to about 80 ° C. When the washing water in the container (1) reaches a predetermined liquid level, that is, when the object (18) to be treated is completely immersed, the pump P 2 is stopped and the low speed motor M 1 is driven. The drive of the motor M 1 is, for example, 1 minute drive (forward rotation),
A cycle of 5 second stop, 1 minute drive (reverse rotation), 5 second stop is repeated once or twice or more. Of course, only normal rotation may be performed intermittently or continuously. Next, while maintaining the low speed rotation by the motor M 1, the motor-operated valve MV 2 is opened to collect the wash water from the container (1) through the liquid distribution pipe (28B) into the wash water tank C. After most of the cleaning water in the container (1) has been discharged, the rotation is continued for about 1 minute to shake off the cleaning water adhering to the object to be treated (18). The above is the washing step. If there is a high possibility that the cleaning solution adhering due to the shape of the object to be processed will mix into the cleaning water tank C, the motor-operated valves MV 3 and MV 4 are opened before the cleaning step and the processing tank (6) is opened. If the cleaning water is discharged from the discharge pipe (29) to the outside of the system while maintaining the low speed rotation, new cleaning water is sprayed from the new cleaning water spraying device D for about 30 seconds to clean the cleaning water. Dirt is improved.

[Drying Step] Next, high-speed motor M 2 is rotated at a high speed to completely dehydrate the container and at the same time.
The operating device H is operated through the hot air passage hole (32) of the lid (30) of (1) to blow hot air from the hot air dryer E for 3 to 5 minutes.
Spray on 8) to dry completely. In the case of the present embodiment, since the aqueous cleaning treatment liquid and the cleaning water are heated to about 60 to 80 ° C. as described above, the object to be treated (18) is dried very quickly. The above is the drying process. In this case, open the motorized valves MV 1 and MV 2 of the liquid distribution pipes (28A, 28B),
Hot air is sprayed through the container (1) onto the surface of the aqueous cleaning treatment liquid in the cleaning treatment liquid tank B and the surface of the cleaning water in the cleaning water tank C to keep the heated aqueous cleaning treatment liquid and the cleaning water warm. .

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, it is not necessary to move the object to be processed from the processing device to the processing device. Therefore, the device, the labor and the like required for moving the object to be processed are omitted and the porous structure is provided. Since the object to be treated in the treatment tank rotates with the porous treatment tank while being immersed in the cleaning treatment liquid or cleaning water, the objects to be treated are bound by centrifugal force, do not collide with each other, and are not damaged, and The details of the product can be quickly washed and washed with water, the treatment efficiency is improved, and the washing treatment is performed uniformly. Also, it adheres to the object to be processed,
Since the permeating cleaning treatment liquid and cleaning water are also centrifugally dehydrated, the residual amount is reduced and hot air drying is facilitated. For this reason, in the present invention, the ease of degreasing and drying with an organic solvent typified by CFC and trichloroethane, which has been conventionally used, is made possible even with an aqueous cleaning treatment agent. In addition, the recovery rate of the cleaning treatment liquid and cleaning water is improved, the cleaning treatment liquid is less likely to mix with the cleaning water, the amount of cleaning water used during cleaning is extremely small, and the frequency of cleaning water replacement is great. Therefore, the amount of waste water for cleaning is reduced, the treatment is simple and easy, and the treatment cost is reduced. In the present invention, the aqueous cleaning treatment in line with the protection measures for the ozone layer in the atmosphere was first put into practical use. .
