し、かつ洗浄処理液が洗浄水に混合することも少なくな
り、洗浄の際の洗浄水も極めて僅かですみかつ洗浄水の
更新の頻度も大巾に削減されるから、洗浄廃水量も少な
くなり処理が簡単かつ容易であり処理費用も低減され、
本発明において大気圏のオゾン層の保護対策に沿った水
性の洗浄処理が始めて実用化されたのである。
